I couldn't tell you how long we walked or where exactly we were walking to but I needed to sleep. I was so tired. So dead inside.

We left the woods and day ago and I couldn't continue. Sleep was a far away fantasy and I was pretty sure that the witch didn't know where we were going.

I dropped to the ground and sighed. "How much longer? I can't continue..."

I heard her laugh and I didn't bother to turn and look.

"But my dear we're already here."

I rolled over and looked around. There was nothing.

"Where's here! We're in the middle of nowhere! There's grass! Grass and dirt and more fucking grass! Oh look a flower!"

By then I was stomping around and waving my arms. I had enough of this world I just wanted to go back to my house and sleep. And...

I stopped and turned to the witch who had an amused smile on her face. I didn't care that I made a mock if myself I was concerened...

"I haven't eaten... I haven't eaten since I got here! I'm not even hungry! What the hell is going on!"

She looked at the ground and turned back to me.

"Maybe we should go inside... I'll explain things. And we could both use a shower. The gods know we could..."

She turned away muttering about soaps and gods and something about a kettle and I stared at her. She just kept walking and right before my eyes she disappeared. My jaw dropped and I couldn't believe what was going on.

"Where did you go what the hell is happening?"

She popped back out of nowhere and looked at me.

"Well are you coming or you just gonna stand there girl?"

I nodded dumbly and walked after her, not even thinking twice about an invisible wall until I passed through. My body tingled as I went in, sending shivers down my spine.

And it was beautiful. There was the warm Brown Cottage look something of a fairy tale. Although what was going on around here anything could be lurking inside. But I followed her inside anyways, what was the worst that could happen? I can just wake up back in that cell, but I knew that somehow that wouldn't happen.

"First things first, we need showers, new clothes and some Gods damn food." She handed me a set of clothes and pubes to a room. "Go into the third room on the right and hurry up because I don't want to be be explaining things all night."

And shower I did. The water was the best thing I had felt in my entire life. The soap what's the best smell I had smelled had since I've been stuffed in prison and between the sunlight outside and the soft rug under my feet I was totally content.

I wrapped myself in a towel, avoiding the mirror entirely. I didn't know that my face it becomes something from not eating and so long and then I probably looked just as scary as I felt before. So I would wait as long as possible.

When I walked out, she stood in front of big pot stirring things and whatever it was it smelled delicious.

Foooooooddddd. Oh sweet, sweet food.

Support whatever she was looking into a bowl and set it on the counter in front of me. I was so happy I didn't even bother to ask what it was. She could be feeding me troll for all cared. It's not that I was hungry I just miss the Comforts of home. That's something I really don't understand.

As I slurped down whatever was in the bowl, I turned to ask her every question I could. But before I uttered anything, she held up a hand.

"We're safe as long as we need to be. Now let's start with how wet escaped first. Those are Inbrius DNA activated doors. Only the Inibrius can open them, it stops anyone from escaping, especially those that they don't like. Nobody can get in and nobody out."

I just nodded along, content with food.

"So, you open the door we escaped, we were transportaled out of there by me, walking and yada yada yada transportaled again and here we are this is my house."

Her house, that made a whole lot of sense.

"And as for why you're okay without food for so long... well we'll have to start from the very beginning."

I sat on the couch near the fireplace and waited. I was calm, completely calm. It was a great feeling.

"It all began nearly two hundred years ago..."
