It was almost sunrise when Ali arrived at Viktor's house. He quietly opened the windows and step inside the room.

He could see Viktor is sleeping on his beanbag and Reverse is still laying on the bed,almost not moving.

Not moving?

Ali: Crap-*drop his bag on the floor*

That made Viktor suddenly woke up due to the noise.

Viktor: Ali? You're back?

Ali: *turn on his IRIS* Yeah,yeah I'm back. Viktor,can you do me a favor and extract the cure into a syringe? I need to check on Reverse.

Hearing his panic tone made Viktor immediately do what he was told. He took the syringe in Ali's bag and open the caution box,seeing a purplish liquid in a container and cautiously extract all the liquid inside.

With Ali,he scanned Reverse and almost cry out when the data stated that his heart is beating really slow it didn't pump enough blood for his body. His breathing is also slow Ali had to squint to see if his chest is rising or not.

Not to mention the heat around him he could probably cook an egg on him.

Ali: Please... Please hold on Reverse.. I'm here now. I-I got the cure. You are going to be okay.

A tap on his shoulder makes Ali turn around to see Viktor is ready with the syringe. Ali pull out his medical glove and take it. Carefully,he injected it into Reverse's bloodstream and emptied it.

He threw the syringe in a garbage bin and sit next to Viktor. Watching anxiously as Reverse is still not responding to the cure.

Seeing his friend in so much stress breaks Viktor's brotherly heart. He put a comforting hand around Ali.

Viktor: He's going to be okay,Ali. You saved him. He's strong, remember?

Ali: I- I don't know....If anything happened,it would be my fault. What if his body is rejecting the cure? What if I did the wrong calculation? What if instead of  healing him it would just made it so much worse?! What if-

His rambling was cut off when Viktor shaking him.

Viktor: Ali! Calm down! You are overreacting.

Ali tried to control his breathing.

Viktor: *look at Reverse* See? He's starting to breath normally now. Just calm down and scanned him again.

When Ali finally calmed down,he look back at Reverse and scanning him again.

True to Viktor's word,his breathing is normal now. His heartbeat is beating in normal phase. His body did accept the cure.

Ali let out a relief sigh and slumped back on the floor. He did it. Reverse is going to be okay.

A wave of tiredness suddenly washed over him as he drop on the floor, hazy eyes threatening to close. He could hear Viktor's worried calls for him.

A sleep won't hurt,right?

TIME SKIP

Some moments later,Ali woke up to the sound of giggling. He blinks  to clear his vision and see he is still in Viktor's room. He was laying on something soft.

He could hear the familiar deep chuckle.

Reverse.

He immediately sit up just to see Reverse is now awake,sitting on a beanbag and talking to Viktor.

Both of them look at Ali when he sit up suddenly like that.

Viktor: Yow sleepyhead. It's about time you wake up. You almost out for a day.

Reverse: Pfft- Sleeping like a dead log.

Hearing Reverse's annoying snicker,looking so much better and with that annoying smirk of his,makes Ali smiles gratefully.

Ali: Reverse!*launch himself on the beanbag to hug Reverse* Huaaaa!! You are okay! I did it!

The galaxy Conqueror stunned for a while before chuckled slightly and patting the back of Ali's head with one hand.

Reverse: Yeah,yeah. You did it. Now stop crying you sappy brat. 

Ali sniff for the last time before letting go of the hug and wipe his tears away. Reverse just chuckled and pull on his cheek.

Reverse: Sappy.

Ali:*hit Reverse's shoulder* Shut up-

Both of them laughs before realizing their third person 

Ali: Er..Hehe..Sorry Viktor. I was just being overdramatic.

Reverse:*sips tea* Like always.

Ali:*glare at Reverse* Anyway,thank you so much for your help. I couldn't do this without you.

Viktor:*swat hand* Your welcome Ali. That's what friends supposed to do anyway.

Ali smile a little. An awkward silence falls onto them before Reverse suddenly fake yawn.

Reverse: Hoamm....It looks like I need more rest to be back to my usual self. You brats settle out whatever business you have. I want to sleep.

Then,Reverse stand up from his bean bag,casually lift Ali up like he weighted nothing and flopped him on to beanbag before going to the bed and sleep.

Viktor:*flabbergasted* Wow,he didn't lie when he said you weight nothing to him.

Ali:*pout* He is just too strong!

Viktor: Pfft-

Both of them stay quiet for a while before Viktor decide to start first.

Viktor:*pour a cup of tea for Ali* So Ali,wanna tell me where have you been pass these years?

Ali nervously sips his tea,trying to stay calm. With a deep breath,he began to speak.

Ali: Do you remember the day Cyberraya got attacked by the rebels from Pinggiran?

Viktor: Oh yeah. That....tragic day.

The same day Ali lost his father.

Ali: You know about the news of the secret organization that helped in that accident? Well, I was one of them. The speculation is true.

Viktor nodded calmly but he is screaming inside.

What the heck?! Secret organization?!

Ali:*deep sigh* I was an agent working for MATA. And also,the rebels attack was also because of me.

Viktor: Because of you?

Ali: I-....I betrayed the organization. I leaked out all their plans and helped the rebels to steal azurium. I don't know....She told me it was for the best if I wanted to help peoples in Pinggiran.

Viktor:*disapproving face* Ali,you knew stealing is bad.

Ali: I know! But,I was so frustrated and angry at that time! I felt useless while going to mission with...with that cocky bastards!

His fist tighten really hard. Feeling the hatred for himself.

Viktor is still listening loyally.

Ali: I tried. I-I swear I tried so hard to at least be useful. But...They won't just stop with that cocky attitudes and I just...I need someone to be with me at that time. The rebels found me and accepted me. I thought I was doing something good...At least..

Viktor: Afther that..?

Ali: I was actually helping them to destroy Cyberraya. Their leader,Niki,built a powerful suit with the azurium that we stole. And at that exact moment,she told me about the truth about my mother's death. She betrayed her,Viktor...My mom freaking helped her yet she still betrayed her! Ungrateful scum. I hate her so much I want her to die.

Viktor startled at Ali's vicious tone. He never heard that from Ali.

Ali:*calm down**deep breath* Yet, I still let her go. She doesn't matter anyway. Then at that moment,I remembered my status. I am a traitor because I helped them. Not knowing what to do,I ran away before anyone at that scene can see me.

Viktor nodded again.

Ali: When I was hiding in a building,I.....saw a pool of blood under the debris. I..panic and tried to help. But then..

Viktor noticed Ali begin to tremble and his eyes started watering again.

Ali: I-I saw my dad's body under the debris. The metal pole was stuck in his body but he was protecting a child under him. He was no longer breathing. I felt my life was done at that moment. I was scared. I was alone, I am a criminal. I don't want the child services or MATA to get me because I was scared. So,I ran. I ran for my life. I don't want to live in that miserable life of me anymore. That's why I ran away.

Viktor let out a deep breath after hearing Ali's side of story.

He had been through lot. All by himself.

Viktor: So,the men at the mart?

Ali: Yeah,they were agents sent by MATA to capture me.

Ali let out a sigh and sinks himself into the fluffy beanbag. He felt a little light after telling Viktor the truth.

Viktor: So now you just run around,doing illegal errands just to live your life?

Ali: Hm...Kinda. But Reverse told me not to do any illegal dangerous activities while he is here. *whisper* He's super duper rich-

Viktor: Not gonna lie,he seems like he can throw away money using the laucher thingy.

Both of them laughing,imagining Reverse with Supreme Dollar Laucher.

Viktor: Ouh yeah. How did you meet with Reverse? Oh,and is he a sorceror or something? He heal my throat.

Ali: Heal your throat? What happened?

Viktor: He was trashing around so I tried to wake him up. But then he choked me before I told him who I was.

Ali almost spit out his tea when Viktor  said that.

Ali:Pfft-*wipe his mouth* Sorceror?Well,almost correct but not really. He is the Galaxy Conqueror.

Viktor: Galaxy Conqueror?

Ali: Yeah. I found him stuck inside a meteorite that fell into the ocean few weeks ago.

Viktor: Ah,I see. At this point I won't even ask if this was real or not.*peak at the sleeping Reverse* So,how was he like?

Ali: Well, he's edgy,has an obsession with stabbing things and penguin stairs thingies toy,kinda annoying but really strong,a really good cook,super rich,has alien thingies superpowers,always has personality split and a habit of unaliving people that he thinks are not worth of his time.

Ali just casually said that like it was nothing. Viktor could feel his jaws dropped to the ground.

Viktor: Sick! And he ruled the galaxy?! Man,that is so cool!

Ali: *sudden excitement* Right??! Remembered when he beat up that drunktard at the mart? He is super cool.

Viktor: Oh, definitely.

Ali; Yeah!

Viktor lean back to his beanbag trying to catch his breath after the excitement gone.

Viktor: You and him must have a good relationship. Well, considering both of you are kinda in the bad side.

Ali: *pout* Hey,I just steal,not kill.

Viktor: *chuckled* Anyway,he really does seem taking a good care of you. You look a little healthier than the last time I saw you.

Ali: Reverse just do what he wanted. If I don't want to eat,he will tie me to the chair and tickles me until I gave up and eat. Not a really good fight actually. What, do you think I can win against the greatest Conqueror in the galaxy? No way.

Viktor: But he does seems like he would sacrifice everything for you.

That caught Ali's attention.

Ali: What do you mean?

Viktor: Well,we talked. And he asked me about your past with me. And whenever I mentioned anything about your achievement,he had this 'big bro proud smirk' his face. I guess he really do care about you.

Ali: Meh,he more like a motherhen than a brother.

That's making both of them laughing.

It felt so good.

Viktor: So,what are you going to do now?

Ali lightly sigh and sink into the beanbag.

To be honest,he doesn't have the answer himself.

MATA is on hot trail to capture him.

They now knew about Reverse.

Ali: I don't know. Maybe,keep going on what I do? Nothing is going to change. I can't go back to my old life. I don't want to stay in a foster house or a freaking jail.

Viktor: How about you stay with me?

Ali: No, it's too dangerous. If anyone see me with you,you and your family can be in a great danger.*sigh**ruffle his hair* I can't let that happen to you and your family.

Viktor look a little saddened.

Viktor: But we still can keep in contact,right?

Ali:*soft smile* If you let me,yeah we can.

Viktor:*smile* I will help you as much as I can,I promise. 

Ali:*soft chuckle* You already helped me enough,Viktor. But,yeah. Thank you.

Their heart expression session finally ended when Reverse got up and squirmed a little, stretching his body

Reverse: Dang,my veins feels like it was burning. *yawn**look at Ali and Victor* Done already?

Ali: *chuckle* Yeah. Are you okay? Any discomfort?

Reverse: *shake head* Nah,but I am hungry for blood right now.

Viktor froze and Ali just chuckled in amusement.

Ali: I will get it don't worry. Just don't walk around just yet.

Reverse: I am not a damn baby-

Ali: *already scroll on Viktor's phone* Yeah yeah whatever. Hey,do you have food delivery application?

Viktor: Y-Yeah,why?

Ali: Ah,good. Can we order that famous hot cocoa with some food?

Viktor: I thought you meant real blood-

Ali: Ouh,that? Well,at first I was the same as you but after knowing Reverse now I knew whenever he mentioned blood,it is either he want that cocoa or he want a bloodbath.

Viktor: How you just casually said that will never fail to catch me off guard.*shake head**take his phone bavk*  Just sit tight there. I will order some food and cocoa for you 'blood craving'.

Reverse,Ali: Yay.

So that's how they end up spending time more at Viktor's house, exchanging story and so on.

They are safe. The first storm in their life just passed.

It's time to relax now.
