Frost had found herself in the hands of a so called "blessed" or a "holy" family apperently some family blessed by God anyway she had found that she actually quite enjoyed their company especially their eleven year old daughter named August.

She was a bit shocked to find that they knew she was a demon and how exactly they wouldn't tell her as they always told her that all would be revealed in due time..almost as if they knew something she didn't know and that concerned her she hated that feeling of one knowing more then she did.

However what confused her most of all was the human culture and lifestyle.

Human lived such short purpose driven life's which she could just not fathom her mind around it.

Some aspects however she did enjoy while being a demon didn't mean she had to eat she could still eat just like a regular human could and she found she really enjoyed meat.

But above all ice cream and any other cold food she was especially fond of.

She had once been tricked to a thing they called "eating out" and tried what they called a "ghost pepper smoothie" some drink they called it.

Yeah uh needless to say she did NOT enjoy it and it did not go well for Frost who spent the night puking her guts up she had forgiven them of course but she would be wary the next time that would happen.

She also quickly adapted to a "clueless but more responsible" big sister role to August who was such a sweetheart on the inside and for the first time ever since she left Hell she felt a certain of emotion.

Happiness and for the first time she smiled not out of battle lust or confidence but just out of genuine happiness.

Something she wished to keep feeling for millennia.

Now came around a "month" they called it (Humans keep track of time like that?) Called "September" Frost had no idea why it was called that but she didn't ask questions it only made her brain die even more.

Anyway come "september" a thing called "school" came around and once she heard classes she immediately grasped the concept of it. It was bascially the same thing she had gone through in Hell..minus all the violence mostly she had been told.

She had been given supplies and taught how to use them as she had never really been taught to use a pencil and right essays down in a war fortress...don't think human schools really teach magic either...

Also she had been warned to NEVER use her powers around others unless it was one of the most DIRE circumstances she had been warned that there would be those that she did not enjoy being around and unlike demons humans don't return to their homes when killed.

She would have to work on her self control here of people really weren't gonna get along with her in this place called "high school" and apperently her physical age in human year was "18" so she was allowed to go and spend what was called her "final" year

In some ways this would be the toughest challenge the "young" ice demon would face.

And then the day came

Picking up what was called a "backpack" and wrapping it around her shoulders Augusts father had already left for his own business to do somewhere else something called a "contractor"

The mother had driven them to this highschool in what was called a "car" the first time she had seen it she had thought it was a highly deformed and mutated monster and even more once she got inside it she had touched a "seatbelt" and jumped and nearly froze everyone.

Not to mention it took her fifteen times to "buckle up" as they called it

But now she had mastered it as she pulled up to a smaller school August went to a "elementary school" for younger humans or something of that sort

Pulling up to the larger school now she started to feel anxious he had never seen show many humans some walking alone to inside the building some talking with other humans and laughter could be heard.

Larger yellow cars had stopped in front of the highschool and let out large amounts of kids each doing their own thing.

She was very anxious but also curious she knew these humans posed no threat to her she could end every one of them in an instant so why did she feel the anxiety that she felt?

The mother "Autumn" smiled and told her to take a deep breath and compose herself.

She seen some kids with bright pink or green or even blue hair so having super white hair like she did didn't seem to be that much of an issue now.

Taking a few deep breathing and whispering to herself "..I can do this now...lve literally lived in Hell for hundreds of years high school can't be as bad as Hell...right?" She whispered to herself as she smiled at Autumn and said "don't worry mother.. I'll be fine!" She said and opened the car door.

And fell on her face

She had severely misjudged where her foot had been and did a nice faceplant into the grass.

She shook her head quickly standing up and sheepishly looked at Autumn

"I didn't see anything dear" she replied as she nodded and shut the door and turned around.

Luckily it seemed no one had seen her epic as fuck arrival into the grass field as she started to walk forward.

"..lets hope no one has the bible nearby when talking to her..." deadpanned Autumn as she drove away heading to her own job at a local convenience store.

After a few moments of walking she heard a few humans havung s conversation.

"Hey did you hear about that new meme about that girl who apperently turned into a shadow to reach a higher self or something?" Asked a girl

A guy replied "yeah apperently it's quite a sight to see her" he replied

*"does that mean I'm not the only magic user in this realm or was this some of that "computer magic" the humans call it?"* she thought as she walked along

She kept walking along before nearly bumping into a girl and being taken by surpise said "sorry-!" To which the girl said it was fine.

As she nodded and walked by the girl suddenly said "wait a minute...who are You?" She asked

Frost froze..no not literally froze but she turned around and awkwardly said

"O-oh sorry I'm new here that's probably why you don't know me-!" She said

The girl thought for a moment then shrugged "ah well like me your new here sooooo...LETS BE FRIENDSSS-!" She said loudly and before she could react the girl wrapped her arm through Frosts and proceeded to drag her up the stairs with into the school.

The girl had blonde hair and blue eyes and was a little taller then she was as she stood around 5.6 feet tall and had a strange aura to her it was almost...angelic in nature.

After a few moments of dragging she finally managed to walk in her own tho the girl didn't seem bothered by this as they walked into what was called a "Gym" the size was certainly underwhelming to her after all she had been in caves that where hundreds of miles long.

"This is where we will be assigned to out classes and our teachers" explained the girl who also then added sheepishly

"Oh sorry my name is Rose and yours-?" She asked her name smiling

"F-ro..Fubuki" she said

She had nearly said Frost which of course was her real name but to help her blend in more with the human world she had taken on the humanish sounding Japanese name of "Fubuki" she didn't have a last name as she had told others that it was unable to be pronounced so she never bothered trying to do so.

Standing by a wall Frost or "Fubuki" and Rose waited for their names to be called up as humans certainly more grown and older then most other humans here other then Frost herself..she probably was older then all of them combined well..maybe not some figure she had heard some "Queen Elizabeth" human she had heard about apperently she had been deemed immortal at this point in time.

Finally after what seemed like hours the teachers finally called their names and she felt a lot of eyes focus on her and she had heard one guy say "she must be new here I ain't recall ever seeing her before..the two of them as well" he whispered to his friend next to him.

One girl said "she is cute not gonna lie"

She didn't know if that was directed at her,Rose or some thing human in the mix.

After getting handed a piece of paper called a "schedule" and with almost getting lost as Rose decided to run ahead and leave her in the dust.

She also totally didn't nearly walk into a "bathroom" thinking it was a classroom.

She also totally didn't fall up the stairs she was gonna teleport to the classroom but then again she didn't even know which one it was.

Finally She got to her class room walking in and finding that she was the last student to arrive.

All the other students fixed their eyes on her and she mentally sweat dropped

*"This is gonna be interesting...."* she thought as she awkwardly walked in

*"What did I get myself into......?"*

(How Frost and Rose where sorted into their classes is actually how I used to be sorted in my highschool before they changed it we'd go to the gym wait for the teachers to arrive they'd have lists of names for each teacher and they'd list of names ince everyone had an assigned teacher we'd head to our "homeroom" for the year)
