Love? Wisdom?

Lucy's POV
I pivot, turning to face the girl behind me. "I'm Athena. Dragon of wisdom. If you like books, we will get along just fine." She smiles at me, and I see that behind the friendliness, there is an enlessly calculating mind, rushing at a million miles an hour. Her hair is blond, but lighter and more golden, less yellow. Athena seems quite dignified and intelligent, but never condescending. "I love books! I'm writing one right now!" "May I read it?" "I promised Levy that she would be the first person to read it, so..." I bite my lip. "You promised her that she would be the first person to read the finished product." Athena looks at me mischieviously. "I'm a dragon, not a human." Loopholes!
After the third week of studying how to predict an opponent's movements, how to avoid topics and persuade people, how to best browse a library, and how to read their emotions, Athena and I become best friends, even closer than Natsu and I had. 'Don't think about him, don't think about him,' I chant to myself in my mind. "You're thinking about him again." This wasn't a question. I look up sheepishly. "I miss Natsu. My chest hurts every time I think about him." She looks at me, alarmed. "I don't know how to deal with love... I'm a wisdom dragon, not an emotion dragon." The rest of the day is filled with uncomfortable silence. At the end of the month that I get to spend with her, I finally ask her about time in the Dragon Realm. "Your training will take three years, which, inadvertedly, will be one year in Earthland." So this place's time was the opposite of the Celestial world's?

Throughout the next year, I train with all the dragons, growing close bonds with each of them.
