Tutoring Abbie sure was a pretty decent activity. He didn't understand some things, but he still wasn't dumb. Miss Circle has asked you to help out Abbie, her failing student, to improve with math. But Abbie never understood math. All those numbers and shapes were all like a huge mess. Same goes with you, but you somehow understood it from the start. You always knew how socially akward Abbie is, and he does not seem to improve on it at all. He still stayed the shy person he is, and kept all his feelings to himself. Instead of your usual location, aka outside in the backyard on the bench, you and Abbie studied in the library, since Abbie suggested for a quiter place. He didn't like loud places like the school backyard or the hallways, hence why he spent time in the library with you and sometimes Lana. Abbie nervously tapped his foot on thr ground, as you wrote down some formulas for him to remember. The table was crowded with textbooks, notebooks, papers and flashcards, along with other supplies. You wanted to make sure learning was fun and motivational for Abbie. "These are the formulas you need to know for Miss Circle's test in Friday, just by memorising them, you already know the half of a math problem!" You spoke ressuringly, as Abbie nodded. He just nodded, nothing else, he sometimes talks, but not often. You then rose a brow at him, a studying expression on your face. Abbie looked at you, sitting there as his foot stopped tapping. He was trying to figure your face out, but it was like a messed up puzzle piece for him. "W-What's wrong? You seem... perplexed?" Abbie questioned. "Why are you like... so nervous...?" You question, as you put the papers away and center your attention to Abbie. "What?" Abbie rose a brow concerningly. "I noticed how you've always been so collected to youreself, but in a way that you hide your feelings. You need to get some self-esteem!" You commanded, as you cleared you throat and then began the real talk. "First off, you need to BE confident, you need to SPEAK your mind." You signaled, as Abbie still just simply nodded. "Is there something you really wished you could say, but can't?" You asked. Abbie infact had something to say. Abbie took a deep sight and then asnwer "I actually do... it-it's a..
uh... crush..." He asnwered quietly. "Oh really~? Who's the lucky girl? or guy? or just person?" You were being extra nosy about it. "Wait, actually, you have to learn how to confess to them!" Abbie's heart drummed when he heard those words. "O-okay... what do I say?" He mumbled, trying to stay natural and preserved. "Just say "I love you" C'mon, we can practice!" You exclaimed, not giving a damn about being in a library. "I... love.. y-you..." Abbie muttered, blushing a small pink. "I barerly understood you! Say it again!" You motivated him, as he whinced quietly. "I... love you." Abbie mustered out barerly. "Yes! Yes! Again!" "I love you!" Abbie finally exclaimed. "Perfect! Now you can go and confess!" You cheered him on. "Okay..." Abbie said. "I love you." Abbie said in a soft tone. You rose a brow, then chuckled at him."No, Abbie, you have to say it to youre cru-" "But I love you, Y/N." Abbie spoke passionately. Then, realization hit you. Abbie had a crush on you! "Abbie..." You said in an amused way, as Abbie smiled dreamingly at you. You both gazed into eachother, a warmth washing over you. You reacher your hand to caress his face, but he took it and held it into his grip. Abbie's heart and stomach fluttered. Just when a kiss was about to happen, Lana bursted in and you both flinched away from eachother and intently stared away from eachother, a red blush apparent. "Hey, Losers!" "SHHHH, Lana, this is a library!" The libriarian shusued her. "Sorry, miss!" She said, as you and Abbie just chuckled at her.
