A loud knock at my door is what made me shot up from my peaceful rest.

"Who is it?"

"It's Irima, miss. The Queen wishes for you and your friends to join them for breakfast."

I sighed as I jumped out of bed and opened the door to see the orange girl, her firey red hair on a tight ponytail while her bright red eyes priced my forest green eyes.

"Thank you."

She nodded before running off to wake the others. I sighed as I put on my normal attire and strapped my staff to my back. I then walked out towards the huge dining room, only to see that my companions were already there.

"Ah! It's nice if you to join us, sister." Kino said as he smiled brightly at me, Alkima waved me over to sit. I sighed as I walked over and sat in between Rocket and Quill, I swung my feet onto the table and leaned back in my chair, picking up and apple and eating. Everyone stared at me, and Kino only glared.

"Uh, we, um no feet on the table, please." Alkima asked. I sighed and placed my feet down, since I sorta liked her. Everyone was quite as we all ate, I could see out of the corner of my eye that Kino was eyeing my attire.

"Why don't you wear a dress Kiana? You'll look more lady like, you are a princess."

I growled as I mumbled under my breath.

"Because, I hate them, and there is no point to them, and if you try to make me wear one I will bite your hand off."

He sighed as he stood up and walked over to me. He then took my staff from my back, I reacted quickly and shot uo, spinning around and grabbing him by his arm, twisting it behind his back and slamming his face on the table. Rocket and Drax began to laugh, while Gamora and Quill gave me a weary look. Alkima stood up and gasped.

"You've gotten stronger."

"More then you." And I that he let out a laugh.

"Kiana, you couldn't win, even if you tried."

"You should never underestimate your opponent, brother."

"Father would be proud, but also disappointed." I this I twisted his arm back more, and he let out a started cry.

"Your comments are what is going to get you killed."

"Why do you hate me so much?"

I leaned down and whispered in his ear.

"You know why, you traitor." I growled as I pushed him and straightend up.

"Thanks for breakfast. It was wonderful." I said as sarcasm dripped from my tongue, I noticed that Gamora stood up and chased after me.

"Kiana!"

I stopped and saw Gamora jog up to me.

"Are you okay?"

"Not really."

Gamora walked in front of me.

"Come on."

I caught up to her and walked at her side.

"Where are we going?"

"There's a garden here, I went there last night. I should calm you down."

I only nodded as I followed Gamora through the long halls. She pushed open a pair of large glass doors and we walked outside. It was simply breath taking, different types of flowers decorated the garden, roses, lilys, poppys, sunflowers, violets and many more. My eyes widen as I walked around

"Gamora, this is..."

"Amazing. I know."

I smiled over at her as we coutinued to walk. During out walk we stumbled upon a familer orange girl. She was bending down as she smelled a rose. Once she noticed our presence she quickly jumped up and dusted herself off.

"Miss Gamora, Miss Kiana, I did not see you there."

"Please, it's just Gamora and Kiana." Gamora said as she flashed a smile, before getting nervous.

"Uh, you won't tell the king about this, right?"

"Why would we?" I asked as he let out a breath of relive.

"Oh thank goodness."

"Besides why would he care if you were smelling by a flower?" Gamora asked.

"Oh, uh, well the king gets mad if I slack off on work."

I sighed as I grabbed her hand and sat her down beside me, while Gamora took the empty spot next to her.

"Tell us about yourself Irima. How'd you end up here?" I asked.

She looked at us as if we were crazy. Gamora and I only smiled at her as if urging her to talk.

"Uh, well my home wasn't really suitable for us, so my mother thought it would be best for us to find somewhere safe fir us to stay. We traveled all over the galaxy, and right when we were about to give up hope we stumbled upon New Kimonia and they welcomed us with open arms. My mother and father live off in the quite side of town, while I'm here in the castle."

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"Oh, well, my mother said that I needed asked job. And the castle was offering potions in their trained army. I've always wanted to join it. So I cane here and asked to be put on it, I fought most of the men, and won. Once the king came around to announce who made the cut, he said I did not make it. He said a woman had no place in his army, but he would let me be a maid. So I took up his offer, even if it was horrible, and here we are now, working the same job for the last 6 years."

Gamroa and I looked at her with pity. I placed my hand on her shoulder causing her to look up at me.

"Do not worry, once we get done with him, you will be free to do what ever you desire." I said.

"Really?"

"Mmm." I hummed in response.

"You know, I could stay out here forever." Gamora said.

We all sighed as we laid down on the soft grass.

"Back on Kimonia, we had a garden just like this, but it was much larger."

"What was Kimonia like, the king rarely ever talks of his home world."

"Well, Kimonia was a beautiful, amazing planet....."

And for the rest of the day, us girls laid out in the grass, talking amazing about our home world's and old lives. Getting along quite well. And I learned to take a liking to Irima, like me she was a fighter, and will countine to be one.
