Peter has the troops stationed from the top of a mountain all the way to the bottom. Peter and Oreius are at the front of the army as they look out across the field in front of them. Edmund is at the top of the mountain, where he will be safer.
"They come, Your Highness, in numbers and weapons far greater than our own,' A griffin explains as he lands beside Peter.
"Numbers do not win a battle," Oreius states as he looks at Peter with a determined look still present on his face.
"No. But I bet they help," Peter says before he looks up the mountain at Edmund, who nods. Peter unsheathes his sword, pointing it towards the White Witch's army causing horns to be blown and the army to cheer. The White Witch's army starts charging towards them while Peter waves his sword signaling for the griffins. A swarm of griffins appear over the top of the mountain, carrying huge rocks before dropping them on the White Witch's army.
"Are you with me?" Peter asks as he looks at Oreius.
"To the death," Oreius answers him, causing Peter to frown because he hoped that they would not meet such a fate.
"For Narnia!" Peter yells as he raises his sword into the air. "For Aslan!" Peter leads the charge into battle.
Susan, Zoe, and Lucy wake the next morning to find that nothing had changed with Aslan.
"We should go," Susan says as she looks at Lucy sadly.
"He's so cold," Lucy says as she pets him one last time before they start to walk away. They look back one last time before starting down the stairs. The ground shakes, causing them to fall as something behind them cracks. "Susan!" They look back to see the stone table split in half. "Where's Aslan?"
"What have they done?" Susan asks as they look for Aslan before the sun shines bright in their eyes as Aslan walks through the arch before them.
"Aslan!" Susan, Zoe, and Lucy cheer as they run over to hug him.
"But we saw the knife. The Witch," Susan says as she pulls away from Aslan.
"If the Witch knew the true meaning of sacrifice, she might have interpreted the Deep Magic differently. That when a willing victim who has committed no treachery is killed in a traitor's stead, the Stone Table will crack and even death itself will turn backwards," Aslan explains as they walk around the table, looking at the Narnian words craved on the sides.
"We sent the news that you were dead. Peter and Edmund will have gone to war," Zoe explains as she worries about them.
"We have to help them," Lucy says as she unsheathes her dagger.
"We will, dear one, but not alone," Aslan tells her as he lowers her dagger with his paw. Aslan lets out a slight roar before a horse as black as night appears. "Zoe, you will join Peter on the battlefield for it is destined for you to be by his side. Though some better armor will do you well." Aslan roars again, only louder, causing Zoe to close her eyes. Once Zoe opens her eyes, she finds herself in a new dress and armor. "We won't be far behind you." Zoe gives him a nod before pulling Susan and Lucy into a hug.
"May we meet again," Zoe says as she climbs onto the horse before taking off.
"Climb on my back. We have far to go and little time to get there. And you may want to cover your ears." Aslan tells Susan and Lucy before he lets out a mighty roar, taking off.
"Fire!" Edmund orders as the White Witch heads into battle. A centaur shoots a flaming arrow that releases a Phoenix, lights a wall of fire between the two armies before the White Witch uses her magic to put out the fire.
"Fall back! Draw them to the rocks!" Peter orders before a retreat horn is sounded.
"That's the signal. Come on!" Mr. Beaver says as the army heads for the mountain. Edmund raises his sword before waving it, causing the archers to start firing. A dwarf from the White Witch's army takes out Peter's horse, causing Peter to fall off. Oreius sees how close Peter is to the White Witch's army before charging back into battle.
"Stop!" Peter yells as a rhino charges back into battle with Oreius before it is taken out. Oreius takes out the White Witch's general before charging at the White Witch. Oreius swipes at her but she ducks out of the way before turning Oreius to stone with her staff. Peter looks around in shock before he hears a horses neigh, causing him to turn to find Zoe riding over to him. Zoe jumps off of her horse beside him before unsheathing her sword.
Aslan, Lucy, and Susan arrive at the White Witch's castle, where they find many Narnians turned to stone. Lucy begins to cry as she finds Mr. Tumnus while Aslan walks over to her before breathing on the faun. Mr. Tumnus slowly comes back to life.
"Susan, this is..." Lucy starts after catching Mr. Tumnus.
"Mr. Tumnus!" Susan says before pulling them both into a hug.
"Come, we must hurry and search the castle. Peter and Zoe will need everyone we can find," Aslan orders after breathing on another statue.
Peter and Zoe look around as many of their army falls. Zoe knew that Peter wouldn't leave but she at least needed to make sure the others left Narnia.
"Edmund! There's too many! Get out of here! Get the girls and get them home!" Zoe orders before she and Peter start fighting.
"You heard her! Let's go!" Mr. Beaver says as he starts to drag Edmund up the mountain. Edmund stops as he sees the White Witch starting to make her way towards Peter and Zoe. Edmund unsheathes his sword as his eyes lock onto the White Witch's staff. "Queen Zoe said get out of here!"
"Zoe's not married to Peter yet, so she's not queen yet," Edmund says before running back into battle. Zoe sees Edmund running for the White Witch before running in that direction. Edmund misses the staff as he attacks before the White Witch attacks with it. Edmund dodges the staff before bringing his sword down on it cracking it in half, causing it to lose its power. The White Witch disarms Edmund before going to stab him with the broken staff but Zoe pushes Edmund out of the way, causing him to fall down the mountain. Zoe lets out a gasp of pain as she slowly looks to see that the White Witch had stabbed her in the stomach with the broken staff.
"Peter," Zoe breathes out as she holds her stomach before searching the battle field for him, wanting nothing more than to be in his arms as the pain takes over her body.
"Zoe!" Peter yells as he watches her fall to the ground. Peter in a fit of rage starts charging towards the White Witch while taking out every creature of her army that blocks his path. The White Witch picks up Edmund's sword before charging towards Peter. The White Witch is able to knock Peter onto his back before he quickly gets back up. The White Witch attacks again but Peter dodges. With a roar, Aslan appears at the top of the mountain.
"Impossible!" The White Witch says as she and Peter are both distracted. Lucy and Susan lead the rest of the Narnians to where they can be seen. The White Witch takes the chance to attack Peter as he is still distracted but he quickly blocks. They parry back and forth before the White Witch knocks him on his back again. She stabs his arm pinning it to the ground, causing Peter to cry out in pain. Peter blocks her attacks with his shield before he loses the shield. The White Witch goes to attack but Aslan attacks her instead before killing her. Peter stands up as he watches the new troops run around him before Aslan walks over to him.
"It is finished," Aslan tells him with a nod.
"Peter!" Lucy and Susan call as they run towards their brother before Lucy hugs him.
"Where's Edmund and Zoe?" Susan asks as she looks around before they see Edmund, who is holding Zoe head in his lap as she struggles to breath from her wound. A dwarf starts to sneak up behind Edmund. "Edmund!" Susan quickly kills the dwarf with an arrow. Lucy, Susan, and Peter quickly drop down beside Zoe.
"Peter," Zoe gasps out as Edmund moves out of the way so Peter can take his place.
"I'm here, Zoe. I'm right here," Peter says as he grabs her hand pulling it to his chest, causing Zoe to lightly smile at him.
"It's okay," Zoe breathes out as the pain slowly starts to fade away while her body feels heavy. "I'm ready to go, because this moment is perfect. I never hated you, Peter. How could I hate someone, who I am in love with." Peter smiles down at Zoe as her eyes start fluttering because she is fighting to stay awake just a little longer. "I love you, Peter Pevensie." Zoe's eyes close as her breathing slows down. Lucy pulls out her flask, allowing a drop to fall into Zoe's mouth. Zoe stops breathing, causing the Pevensie siblings to start crying.
"No! No!" Peter says as he cries before leaning his head against hers to where only she can hear him. "Please don't go." Peter pulls the box out before taking out of the ring. "Zoe, please. I need you. Zoe, I... I love you." Peter slides the ring onto her finger before Zoe starts to cough as she open her eyes. Peter quickly pulls her into a hug, causing Lucy, Susan, and Edmund to smile.
"When are you gonna learn to do as you're told?" Zoe asks Edmund jokingly as she pulls him into the hug before Susan and Lucy join the hug. They pull apart as the see Aslan walk forward before blowing on a faun that was turned to stone. The faun comes back to life before Lucy grabs her flask to go to take care of the injured.
The next day they arrived at Cair Paravel, where the Pevensies would be crowned kings and queens. Edmund and Peter stand on one side of Aslan while Susan and Lucy stand on the other as they walk towards the thrones. They stop in front of the stairs that lead to the five thrones as the Pevensies look at the thrones with smiles on their faces. The Pevensies then walk up the stairs to the thrones before standing in front of them.
"To the glistening Eastern Sea, I give you Queen Lucy the Valiant," Aslan announces as he stands in front of them. The Beavers walk up with the crowns with Zoe and Mr. Tumnus, who picks up a small silver crown with blossoms on it before placing it on Lucy's head. Zoe would not be crowned until she married Peter. "To the great Western Wood, King Edmund the Just." Zoe picks up a small silver crown with leaves on it before placing it on Edmund's head, making sure it is straight as she gives him a proud smile. "To the radiant Southern Sun, Queen Susan, the Gentle." Mr. Tumnus picks up a gold crown with yellow flowers on it before placing it on Susan's head. "And to the clear Northern Sky, I give you King Peter, the Magnificent." Zoe picks up the last gold crown before placing it on Peter's head. Zoe steps back with a smile on her face as she bows to Peter, who bows back as he winks at her which causes her to blush. The Pevensies sit in their thrones as Aslan turns to them while Zoe stands back beside the beavers and Mr. Tumnus. "Once a King or Queen of Narnia, always a King or Queen. May your wisdom grace us until the stars rain down from the heavens. Long live King Peter! Long live King Edmund! Long live Queen Susan! Long live Queen Lucy!" The crowd repeats after Aslan as Zoe looks at each of the Pevensies as she says their names.
Zoe watches from the balcony as Aslan walks along the shore away from Cair Paravel. Lucy runs over to the balcony before letting out a gasp as she sees Aslan.
"Don't worry. We'll see him again," Mr. Tumnus tells her as he walks over to them.
"When?" Lucy asks as Zoe arches an eyebrow in question.
"In time. One day he'll be here and the next he won't. But you mustn't press him. After all, he's not a tame lion," Mr. Tumnus explains with a smile.
"No. But he is good," Lucy says with tears in her eyes, causing Zoe to wrap a comforting arm around Lucy's shoulders.
"Here. You need it more than I do," Mr. Tumnus says as he hands her a hanky before they look out to find Aslan gone. Mr. Tumnus and Lucy return to the party while Zoe stays on the balcony, watching the sun set.
"Did I mention how beautiful you look tonight?" Peter asks as he stands beside Zoe, nervously.
"Not that I can think of," Zoe answers him with an overdramatized thinking face.
"Well you do," Peter says with a smile, causing Zoe to look down as she blushes before he notices that Zoe is playing with the ring on her finger. "I don't know if you heard me when I said it the first time but..." Peter lightly cups Zoe's chin to guide it up so she can look at him. "I love you, Zoe Bradbury."
"Really?" Zoe asks as she looks at Peter in shock.
"Really," Peter answers her honestly before he slowly kisses her, causing her to smile. Once they pull apart, Zoe looks out at the sunset taking in the perfect moment while Peter wraps his arms around her waist which allows Zoe to rest her head on his chest. Zoe looks down at the ring as she had many times since the battle.

"Where did you get this?" Zoe asks as she holds her hand up, so he can see it.
"From Mr. Christmas when he gave us our weapons," Peter answers her as he takes her hand before kissing it while Zoe turns to face him.
"It's perfect," Zoe says as she wraps her arms loosely around Peter's neck. "I love you, Peter Pevensie."
"And I love you, Zoe Bradbury," Peter says with a smile as he places his hands on her waist before kissing her.
