LOG 29

It has nearly come time for me to have them retake the reading test. I’m hoping for better results this time, especially from the twins. Though, as of late, I am not sure if Subject R-E will be able to take the test. In his current mental state, he would probably beat himself to death with the books. I fear that even if this behavior resolves itself, Subject R-E would sooner be found in a mental ward, rather than an office. Is that a sign I should put him down in the near future? Almost definitely. However, I have hope that I will not have to mark him as a failure, and ship his corpse back to the lab. That would be the beginning of the end for me, I’d imagine. Perhaps contact with Subject R-O could remedy this issue? He hasn’t seen his brother in a while now, after all. Why am I asking you? By the time you see this, I will have already reached my decision. These logs have become less of a way to track time, and more of a way for me to stay sane.
