We are a community friendly species and do not wish to engage in any sort of drama! If another member has been bothering you, please contact one of the Admins privately and we will take action as soon as possible.
Please don't go off on your own to white knight or mini-mod as all those will also be held accountable to your name as well!

Everyone is human and have their own lives to worry about off the internet; so please be patient and do not rush anyone!
However, if after ONE WEEK no update has occurred with you, please PM either Strabii or Http-PhxenixWxlf so we can assist you as soon as we can!

Please do not ask Strabii to help you with your species unless if she is willing to offer help herself.

Unacceptable behavior includes:
Guilt tripping
Putting yourself down
Scamming
Vulgar activities
Hate speech
Harassment
Impersonation
Theft
Shame
Namedrop
Use multiple accounts to enter raffles or used to obtain extra prize
Stealing art/art theft
Revoking characters they clearly no longer own
Lying.
This also includes things such as messaging a user that they do not deserve their Fokko or forcing them to resell/trade/give them away, using alt. accounts or their friends to contact you with even after you blocked them or told them to stop.
These will absolutely not be tolerated and action will be taken accordingly to the severity of the incident.

We will be going by a "Strike" system. Depending on the severity of the incident, you may lose privileges, striked, or banned.
However, we believe people should be able to redeem themselves. Strikes will be lifted within 3 months. However, if rules continue to be broken you will continue to be striked, and possibly banned.

By owning a Fokko, you agree that if you are banned from the species, your Fokkos will immediately return under @Strabii's ownership to be raffled off to other members of the community who may want to own a Fokko of their own.

If you plan on deactivating your account but still wish to own your Fokkos, please contact @Strabii to discuss your Fokko's ownership before you do.
If you don't contact @Strabii and deactivate, you agree that your Fokkos will immediately return under @Strabii's ownership to be raffled off to other members of the community who may want to own a Fokko of their own. You will not receive your Fokkos back even if you reactivate your account because you did not contact me before you made your decision.

Inactive Accounts will NOT have their Fokkos raffled off AS LONG AS the account STAYS UP AND REMAINS INTACT.

If you are having any issues with an Admin, please PM Strabii about it and she will do her best in assisting you.

We retain the right to decline service to empty or suspicious accounts.

♫ MASTERLIST, UPDATING OWNERSHIP, AND RESELLING RULES ♫

ALL ownership AND username changes MUST be notified on the Masterlist entries of the Fokko in question! This includes changing accounts!
If no update or notice has been made, you or the new owner may be accused of character theft! This is to make sure all the entry logs are up to date, and that no one is being scammed of a Fokko.
This also means please be careful when buying/trading for a Fokko! Always check the Masterlist before you agree to anything! Admins will not be held responsible for any of your mistakes, and compensation will not be offered.

Upon receiving a new Fokko, it will be locked to you and cannot be transferred within one week to prevent trade fodders.

You may only resell for as much as you spent on them for, and the value of any NEW additional art added on as well. Fokkos received as gifts or from a trade (art/characters) can only be traded/gifted and only allowed to be resold if they have received NEW additional art.
If you receive a Fokko that already has extra art, this art with cannot be used to increase the Fokko's value. ONLY new art you get of them can be added to the value.
If reselling, we trust you to price fairly and accordingly. Scalping will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. Failure to comply may only result in stricter rules, so please do not be the one who ruins it all for everyone.

To update ownership, both parties (new owner and old owner) need to be present. One person first comments on the Masterlist of the new owner receiving ownership, and then the second owner will have to reply "Confirming" to have it officially updated!
If only one party responds the Masterlist will NOT be updated. If you are changing accounts, you will basically reply to yourself but with two different accounts.
If applicable, include how the new owner received ownership, "resold for $$," "traded for art," "gifted," etc.

REGARDING CO-OWNS
Co-owns are NO LONGER allowed and only there will only be one owner be listed on the Masterlist. This is to prevent potential ownership conflicts, and prevent cheating in the ARPG.

♫ MYO PROCESS ♫

MYO stands for "Make Your Own" respectively.

"Traits" are essentially mix and match parts you can choose for your Fokko's design!

Anyone is allowed to make their own Fokko! We are a Semi-Open species!
However, we are still Semi-Closed as well, so there are a few trait limitations! You are allowed to create your own Fokko for free as long as you use only COMMON traits. If you wish to use Rare or Mutation traits, you must own the items in your Storage Bank account.

You do not have to ask for permission to make one as long as you understand the rules to making them!

If you ever can, include "Fokkos are a Semi-Open species by @Strabii" so that more people can discover the species! <3

*Note: Existing OCs or Existing copyrighted franchise characters cannot be converted into Fokkos.
You can lightly reference designs but we do not endorse this as you could risk yourself of getting into legal trouble. If something appears too similar to something copyrighted we will decline your Fokko. This rule was implemented after a few designs have been made based on existing characters, but we will update those accordingly.

♫ ADOPTABLES AND CUSTOMS ♫

Only APPROVED Guest Artists are allowed to make Fokko adopts and take Fokko custom orders! Any Admin of the Fokkos team is allowed to make Fokko Adoptables. Please refer to the proper chapter to find the list of all the Admins with this privilege.

Normal members of the community are allowed to make Fokko Customs AS LONG AS they follow the normal MYO rules and are NOT gaining any sort of Monetary (points, $$) or Physical (art, designs, etc) profit.
This means that you can ask a friend to design for you or make a gift design for someone else! The person creating the Fokko simply cannot be earning any profit even if you are willing to spend monetary($), physical(art/merch), or intangible(characters/art) value.

*Note: Even if you aren't gaining any profit, normal members cannot make "Free Fokko Adoptables"

If you had offered on an Official Fokko Adopt, you do not own the design until you have COMPLETELY finished your payment. Trading/Selling/Gifting them off before you complete your payment is considered scamming and cheating.

♫ SPECIES ARPG ♫

The ARPG is completely optional to you if you do own a Fokko! While there may be a lot to understand, you don't have to feel pressured to learn it all at once!

Fox Coins are the In-Species Currency of the Fokkos.
1 Fox Coin = 1 dA Point ($0.01 USD)
Fox Coins can be traded with other users, used to purchase In-Specie items from the shop, and can be used to purchase adopts as well! You can use them to commission people who accept Fox Coins as payment, or trade them however you want. This includes trading them for dA Points or other currencies, however, we do not monitor this and compensation will NOT be offered for scams, so please trade CAREFULLY.

All Fox Coin transactions should be made on the "Bank Updates" chapter. Any username updates or account change updates should also be made on this chapter as well.

Items can also be traded with other users! You can use them to commission people who accept Items as payment, or trade them however you want. This includes trading them for dA Points or other currencies, however, we do not monitor this and compensation will NOT be offered for scams, so please trade CAREFULLY.

To use or transfer items, visit the chapter "Item Usage + Updates Hub"! From there you can find instructions on how to use items. Any username or account change updates should also be made on this chapter as well.

Please note! You cannot use items/Fox Coins until they are listed in your Bank account!
Please also be sure to save proof of your items too! This is in case if we make a banking error, but we cannot fix what you may be missing without proof. Comment links and screenshots are acceptable as proof.

Missions are little drawing of writing tasks you can do with your Fokko to earn Badges. By completing certain m
Missions, you can earn bonus items and unlock other Missions to do.

Some Missions are required to be completed to participate in certain events.

Missions can ONLY be done by the owner of the Fokko. This means no collabs or asking someone else to do a Mission for you. There may be some missions that allow collabs but only then will it be stated.

♫ DESIGN AND CHARACTER EDITING ♫

You can personalize your Fokko as your ideal OC! You can give them a name, write a bio, draw them, roleplay with them, or for any personal use! <3
The only restriction is that Fokkos CANNOT be used for commercial purposes.

You are allowed to change accessories and hairstyle whenever you wish.
MINOR saturation and hue changes do not need reapproval or items.

Traits and major design/color changes REQUIRE the use of items.
To use items, please visit "Item Usage + Updates Hub" for more information.

Some design editing items may require you to draw new art of your Fokko.

Fox Fire that appears on a Fokko's body can be turned on or off.

Using ONE mutation item gives you choice of using ONE new mutation type or mutation sub-type.
For example, if you use one Growth Root, you can grow sunflowers on your Fokko's tail. If you also want to grow daisies on your Fokko's head, you will need two Growth Roots total for the two types of flowers.

Mutations can be turned on and off. For example, if you have a Fokko who has unlocked "Glow," you can turn it off and not make your Fokko sparkle. However, the mutation will stay with the Fokko once it has been unlocked.

Changing Mutation locations, colors, and type will require a "Modification Potion" and approval at the "Item Usage + Updates Hub."
For example, you have "Garden Growth" mutation unlocked and you want to change the type of plant and move the mutation from around the neck to the tail. You will need to draw your Fokko's new appearance and have it ready for approval or changes.

Fokko pets are now called "Smols."
Fokkos can own as many Smols as they want. However, to use them in the ARPG you will need a Silver Tamer Bell in order to register them. Smols can be any existing animal on Earth, or well known mythical creatures. However, Smols cannot be made from other Original Species.

Kebiis are also a Fokko companion pet. However, they can be used as their own separate character as well. You will need a Gold Tamer Bell in order to register a Kebii to a Fokko.
New Companions may also be unlocked in the future! These can also be registered to a Fokko with a Gold Tamer Bell.

Deactivated Accounts or usernames listed that no longer lead you to the accurate account will have their items voided after 1 month if no updates have been received.
Inactive Accounts will NOT have their items voided AS LONG AS the account STAYS UP AND REMAINS INTACT.

You can request to remove your Fokko from the species.
Personally I find this a bit rude, but you have the right to ask for your Fokko to be turned into a normal oc.
If so, you must be the listed owner on the Masterlist. Once the confirmation is done, the Masterlist entry will be replaced with an edited image signifying the Design has been removed from the species.
The now non-Fokko will still have to follow the designer's rules, however.
It cannot be turned back into a Fokko.
