o look over everything or the city while on the roof when i see a flash of red get shoot down with blue, ouch that might be coldness it can slow any speedster down, i ran down making sure i had a mask on and i ask this guy name cisco who did eletrionis if i can get help with an idea for a suit, e accepteed not knowing its for me
