I entered the office and closed the door before turning to see the ruler. I looked in confusion as I saw a small girl standing behind the desk staring back at me with a curious look.

She was a short girl with Silver Blue hair, gold eyes, and fairish skin. She wore a white shirt with a pair of baggy black pants. Me and her kept staring at each other before I finally spoke up.

"Um, are you the ruler of this town?"
I asked hesitantly

The girl nodded before smiling at me "Yes, my name is Rimuru Tempest, it's nice to meet you, now why don't you have a seat?" She gestured to the seat in front of her desk.

~Rimuru Pov~

I watched the boy sit in front of me as I crossed my hands on my desk "So, I was told that you wanted to request a temporary stay in Tempest?" I began as I looked at him.

He nodded "Yeah, Rigurd invited me to stay for the food, so I came to ask if I could stay until then"

I sat back and thought for a bit before looking back at him "Before I give you my answer I have a few questions for you"

He nods and waits for me to ask my questions

"First question, what were you doing in our forests?" I asked

"Well, I travel a lot, so when I first came to the forest I was looking to hunt for some food and get some water, and that's when I met Rigurd" He explains.

I nod and close my eyes before opening them and beginning to use appraisal 'Great Sage, what do you think?'

I nod before refocusing on the boy in front of me as he looks around my office "Alright, next question, do you have any ulterior motives for this place?" I ask him as he looks confused.

"Um, not that I know of no?" He answers.

I nod again and ask my last question "Last question, do you have a name, I'm gonna need to call you something"

He smiles and nods "Yeah, my names Yuji Suijin, nice to meet you"

I smile back "Nice to meet you as well"

I hold my hand out and he shakes it before standing up.

"Alright, I'll let you go now, the inn should be close to here, you can't miss it" I tell him as he nods and leaves the room.

I watch him and go back to doing paperwork on my desk.
