What Aliyah is wearing for the day.

**Aliyah's P.OV**

Why is she making me go to Boston having me leave her here all by herself? Not that is bothers me.

''No mom I can't just leave you all by yourself here. If I am getting married a least you come with me, settle on a place besides me?" I said wanting her to see I cared for her but in reality we both knew it was act

''You leaving in one week."

I run to my room and lock it. How could she do this to me? I wish my dad was here like old times. Why did she have to do this to me just because I looked like him? It wasn't fair! And the funny part it in her only child, and she's getting rid of me this fast.

**Aliyah's mom P.O.V**

Since my husband died, I cry ever night. I know I am mean to my own daughter but it's because she looks exactly like her dad and he's gone. I'll never seem him again. This morning when Aliyah was at school Amina called. Amina is my friend and she has this kid named Adam who wants to marry Aliyah. I'm trying to make it up to Aliyah for all the years I have been a bad mother. Make her be with someone she loves and they love her back.

*knock knock*

She's doesn't open the door.
I try again. But still no answer.

"Aliyah, honey open the door I have to tell you something.''

**Aliyah's P.O.V**

Did she just talk sweet to me? I open the door and she's standing there crying.

"Mom are you alright?'' I ask in a panic.

We may have our differences, but she's still my mother.

''Yes, I'm alright. Can I come in?"

I let out a relieved breath, ''Sure come in sit down."

''Honey is time I get you married. I know I haven't been a good mother to you since your dad died and I want you to marry someone that loves you and will take care of you. I know I haven't been doing a good job of that. So I want to make up for all that. Please, just let me."
