Lapis' POV

It's been awhile since we finished eating, Peridot has been leading me to a place where she wanted me to go to..

"Could you just tell me where we're going?" I said a bit nervous.

She looked at me and grinned.

"Oh cmon! You weren't nervous the last time I-" She suddenly stopped talking.

Did she just..? Did she just remember something from the past?

"You remember?" I asked stupidly.

"I..uh..W-we're here!" She said pointing at the cinema.

She rushed in and bought tickets of the movie 'A Dog's Purpose'.

"OMG DOGS I'M SO EXCITED LET'S GO!" I shrieked excitingly, completely forgetting what just happened a few moments ago.

I pulled her to the middle and motioned her to sit down.

She shook her head. "I'm just gonna buy food and drinks. I'll be back." She said smiling.

I nodded and she went off.

Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something..
Eh, it's probably just me.
Puppies! I thought as I noticed the trailer was showing.

*a couple of minutes later*

Peridot came in holding the food and drinks and I helped her to our sits.
She came just before the movie started.
We sat down and enjoyed watching.

*skipping to the ending of the movie cause I'm such a lazy bitch (excuse me for my language)*

The movie was so cute and amazing, I swear my eyes had stars in them.

"I see you enjoyed the movie." She said chuckling.

I wrapped my arms around her neck forming a hug.

"I LOVED IT SO MUCH THERE WERE PUPPIES AND DOGS EVERYWHERE!" I said.

I realized I'm acting like a kid who never seen a dog before, and so I blushed.
I parted myself from Peridot and heard her chuckle.

"Well come on, the fun's not over yet." She said.

She has more plans?
Well okay then.

"Okay." I said as I skipped next to her.

I heard her chuckle again.

"What's so funny?" I said grumpily. Acting like a kid.

"You're just so damn cute." She blurted out.

For a second there she looked so calm and relaxed but when she realized what she just said her eyes got wide.
I saw her blushed then when she noticed that I was staring at her, she hid her face.

There were silence for a few minutes until we reached an arcade.

An arcade?

I looked at Peridot and she seemed embarrassed.

"D-do you like arcade or nah?" She asked.

I remembered she loved arcades.

"Yeah sure! I'm fine with it." I said smiling.

We went in and pretty much had a lot of fun.

I've never had this much fun in an arcade.

We then finished playing and Peridot managed to earn enough tickets to get a price.
I waited for her at the entrance of the arcade then she finally came out.
She seemed to be holding a blue scarf.
She then gave it to me. "Here." She said smiling.

I looked at the scarf. "Huh? Why give it to me?" I asked.

"I thought you'd like it since it's blue." She said still smiling.

Then it hit me.

"How'd you know my favorite color was blue?" I asked.

She looked nervous for a second, but she then looked calm after.

"Uh? Doesn't it show?" She said snickering.

What?

I noticed almost everything that I'm weaing was blue.

"Oh." I said a laughing a bit.

I thought you finally remembered me...

"Well let's go. There's still one place that I had to show you." She said.

*Time skip to the Water Park cause it's 3 AM yay!*

"Here we are." She said.

I stared at the Water Park entrance in awe.

HOW COULD I NOT NOTICE THIS BEFORE?!

"I am lost of words. Let's go see dolphins!" I said running in like a kid.

I swear I got a glance of Peridot smiling and shaking her head.

A/N:(I'm having trouble guys. I got a writer's block right in the middle of this chapter! Ugh.)

She managed to catch up with me.

"I think the dolphins are this way." She said pointing somewhere while giggling.

"Lead the waaaaaaaaay!" I said.

We pretty much ran around the park for a good 2 hours.
I'm worn out and I could tell that Peridot was exhausted too.
So we headed towards my car.

Me and Peridot hopped in, but before I could start the engine, I hugged her.
"Thankyou for today. You made me really happy." I said.

She smiled and hugged back. "You're welcome."

I got myself out of the hug but our eyes locked into each other.
We were both slowly leaning to each other.

Just.. A few inches away..

Our lips were just inches away.
She forced her head down.

"W-well, I guess we should get going. It's gonna be dark soon." She said.

I snapped back to reality and started the car.

"Y-yeah." I said.

The whole ride was silent, until I heard silent snores beside me.

I giggled. She fell asleep..
