(Chapter 32)
[Kemeil's pov]
The memories of my childhood here, filled my mind with a great hope, as I looked at the unchanged landscape. The roads and infrastructure was more developed, but it still felt like home.
The men that Itrisha had released has been helping us nonstop, along with thier friends and families that have seen the evil side of Chief Anlong.
Spain was still very beautiful in all it's splendor. We separated and went into the meeting hall dressed in our disguises. The meeting was just being started and we stood to the sides where the lights were dimmer.
Sleven stood beside me as we paid rapt attention to the meeting and the men and women who attended, the speaker discussed changes that would occur in thier evil organization.
Halfway through the meeting and there was still no sign of Chief Anlong, I chanced a discreet look around the small hall. I knew this place from some memory that kept eluding me.
We wanted to stage an ambush but just can not get the right chance, he was always surrounded with an army of armed men. At other times, he was in the midst of innocent civilians.
There was a small curtained off section through a doorway close to the stage, perhaps that must be where he was listening to the meeting from I thought.
I looked to the other side spotting Jamie and Chrushnar, they stood facing forward like us, which prevents us from being seen clearly.
When the meeting adjourned we walked out like the others, a man stopped Jamie and he turned and shook his hand, in greeting like a member.
We did not know anyone here, but the man whispered something in Jamie's ear and I saw his eyes widened.
I walked out with Sleven keeping our gazes ahead of us, pretending to be talking about the meeting.
We walked the short distance to the borrowed car, they weren't behind us and I did not see them coming out from the building.
"Maybe we should have waited and see what was happening." I said worrying a bit, Sleven took out his phone. "Hi baby will you be home soon?" He mimicked in a female voice. "Not sure yet honey," replied Jamie, "I'll talk to you when I get home."
We drove off to the forest where we were camping out to wait, the two coastguards we had kept with us, busied themselves making tea and serving us.
They wanted Chief Anlong dead so they could get back to thier families. They worked hard at whatever tasks we appointed them to.
We have been out since this morning, hunger and other anxieties bothered us.
Some of the others have already arrived and the others were arriving now, yet Jamie and Chrushnar wasn't.
I took out my phone and called Chrushnar, the phone went straight to voicemail. I got in the car as I tried calling him again, but it went straight to voicemail again.
Sleven and a few others looked towards my strained face. "I feel like something is wrong, call Jamie again." I told Sleven and he did but got voicemail also.
I took up my bag of guns and Sleven jumped back in the car with me, the others followed. I did not come here to lose my brother and my best friend, I did not come here to our land of birth to lose anyone of my friends and family.
Slowly driving back to where the meeting was held, I parked and we walked to the entrance of the now almost deserted hall.
Their were only a handful of people straightening back up the hall, I recognized one of them to be one of the men that we had interrogated, back in Uraguay and who was now helping us.
I walked over to him my guns under my coat, he tapped his finger on the chair pointing downwards and I walked passed him. He looked over at a man who was looking at me and the man walked to the front saying 'let's go' to the others.
Has the rest of the people strolled out, he beckoned to me, I walked quickly over to him. "They are downstairs being interrogated right this minute." He said quickly.
"The man that just left he is my cousin, he is supposed to call downstairs if anything happens up here, but he won't we need help to save our families that have been taken captive, because I and others had disappeared for a while." He said anxious and desperate.
After finding out from him the best way down to the underground and out back again. I called in the others, we quickly drafted a plan to save Jamie an Crushnar.
"So you won't rescue my families?" The man asked. "You mean your families are under thier too?" I asked him, "Yes it's an underground prison." He told us.
There were a lot of guards, the few men he and his cousin got did not possess any weapons, they were just normal people.
It was sad to see that so many years after and Chief Anlong was still successfully oppressing people right here in thier homeland. I wasn't going to allow my brother and my best friend to die, so we worked with the plan we had.
We call for the others camping in the forest for back up, as we went downstairs we took out the guards with silenced gunshots.
Some of the prisoners were excited to see what was happening and we told them to keep quiet. They pointed us in the way that Chief Anlong held my brother and best friend.
They were freed by the spaniards without weapons and the women and children were told to hastily go up, I was surprised to see such a huge system of underground prisons.
There was chaos as we took out some of the many men with Chief Anlong. He and a few others ran to a side exit leading upwards, Jamie and Chrushnar were severely battered.
I dashed to where Chief Anlong and the others were escaping through, but we were kept back by gunshots. Okang and another held up Chrushnar and Francis and Darren held up Jamie.
They could hardly stand, my anger and hatred stood, as Sleven quickly reloaded my guns and handed them back to me.
I took Francis's rifle and set off in the direction where Chief Anlong and his men went. The others took the injured back up to the hall, while we were still held back by Chief Anlong's men.
"It seems like that exit is blocked or it isn't an exit which is why they're still holding us off." I said to Sleven, using hand signal I directed the others has we crept slowly to where the Chief and his men were.
But as we went a barrage of gunshots were fired, from thier direction and they were coming back towards us. Gunshots started to rain from thier side and as they ran towards us we rained shots on them too.
Me and Sleven looked at each other and the others as Chief Anlong and a few held up thier hands in surrender backing to our direction, we stood our grounds forcing them to stop.
Then those before them came into view, my eyes behold my father, uncle Vaughn, his sons and some of the guards who were our back up.
So there was another entrance, I said in my mind. "Anlong we always played here when our fathers used to work here, this was a storage for goods, wine, champagne ecetera.
You have turned it into a prison, your own prison holding people against thier will.
"Kambohany I killed you years ago, is this some sick joke?" Chief Anlong said angrily.
"No I survived, so my son's won't live with your blood on thier hands, I survived to make sure you die." My father said sharply.
Chief Anlong flung a knife that had been hidden beneath his arm at my father and he caught it, I looked at Sleven and we both grabbed the Chief's arm.
My father used the knife and plunged it several times into the Chief's neck, just like Rye's father had done to him, years before.
He screamed trying to get out of our hold and me and Sleven let go off him so my father could finish him.
We burned the place with him and his guards dead bodies in it. Authorities came but we walked pass them fearless, the agent that had been working with me over the years, held up his hand to the others and let us pass.
He came to us in the forest after, to inform us of what had been reported, Chief Anlong's guard turned against him and execute him, burning down the great hall he had made an underground prison under.
And that's how the tale would remained for centuries to come. We packed our bags and head home to Uraguay, four months after we had left to get rid of Chief Anlong, it took us long but it was worth it.
Me, my families and friends are finally free. We all head home feeling like we have a achieved a lifetime achievement and it probably was.
I doctored my brother and best friend all the way home, glad though some of us are injured none of us lost our lives and that was what meant the most to us.
Everyone was waiting for us when we got home, home in Uraguay because I don't think we will ever call Spain home again.
Those were the longest months of my entire life, I lifted my twins feeling thier weight and I was never happier to make it home.
Chioma and my half siblings were here along with uncle Vaughn's families. Within the happiness was grief Chioma's mother had died from diabetic ketos acidosis.
The sadness showed on Chioma's face, as she tried to be happy with our victory. I hugged her and told her how sorry I was, after offering my condolences to her and my half siblings, I went and sat beside my father.
We sat alone while food was shared and past around, Itrisha brought a tray of food and place it on the table between me and my father.
She squeezed my shoulders without saying anything and left us to eat. I was overwhelmed with all sorts of emotions.
"I love you dad and I'm glad that you are still alive." I finally told my dad. We stood and hugged each other, I did not care if the guys were going to make jokes about it later.
It still felt unreal that my dad was alive, I still can't believe he survived such a great ordeal. I hugged him with all the strength that I had missed him with.
He patted my back and we sat down and ate. "I'm deeply sorry for your lost also." I offered my condolences to him, Chioma's mother was a good woman.
I'm grateful to her for helping to save my father's life and for being there for him. Will life change for the better for us, I wondered as I ate, but I knew we will have to wait and see.
Two days later I sat and listened to uncle Vaughn, they did not wish to go back to Kenya and hoped they could stay here. The virus was rampant in that country and we prayed for the people who were affected thier.
They were all welcome to stay, the land was big enough. After securing safe passages for our two coastguards, they went with a safely made up story to tell officials thier.
They would say they were being held as captives by Chief Anlong and had escaped when his own men, staged a prison break then they later heard that he was killed.
My detective friend wrote and signed a legal document, which will also enable thier safe return to thier homes. They promised to always keep in touch.
We wished them a safe journey home, we would never forget them. I was glad we did not have to kill them, now we have a great survival story behind our friendship.
The prisoners I had locked away, were thoroughly interrogated by the detective. They were taken away with thier hands and feets bound and thier faces covered back to Spain to stand trial.
The only prisoner I had left when all the others were extradited, was Annette.
She had sown a lot of sheet sets, curtains and other things over the months than I had left. I had them fixed one of the buildings into a double bedroom studio apartment for her. Then instruct Nicolette to place her thier.
Everyone was trying to make the best of the rest of thier lives, no one wanted to be a guard anymore.
So only a few elders were available for guard duties. I allowed her children to live with her and fenced round the area.
She would not be allowed out of the fence off premises without permission. She had helped to get Petran killed and because of her jealous unkindness she had nearly let them find Itrisha and the others.
I can't forgive anyone who put my families life in danger, those I care about I held dare to me. Annette was secretly vicious and I'll be keeping a close watch on her.
I went to visit my mother and saw her with the newest addition to the family, Mishand's daughter was the splitting image of her father.
My mother put the baby in my arms as I sat down on the couch, Kaheim had moved to the back with his family. He was ashamed and wanted to go away, but I had told him not to, there was still his safety to think about.
Lance had proposed to Kiara before he left and now they were planning thier wedding, it was no secret that Lance really loved Kiara, but played Mishand like she had played Kaheim.
He did not love her and none of us felt sorry for her, she flaunted her name to get what she wanted, which was two children fathered by a man who did not love her.
It's time she acted more mature, Kaheim and Lance's families are now at odds. I can not fix everything, they would have to work it out, hopefully peaceably.
I ate the wholesome meals Itrisha prepared putting on back flesh on my body and stamina in my system. Reorganizing back the wine and champagne business, the stores and other businesses we operate.
My father spent most of his time planting, half a mile from here and nearer to the farm lands.
I allowed him to focus his energies in making the wine business the best of the best again. He needed an outlet to mourn and to vent.
The builders throw themselves into building up large houses for themselves, their families and other building projects.
No one wanted to live too far from each other, we have grown accustomed to living together.
Some farmers had taken over Everol's and his families houses, so he ask the builders to build new houses on another piece of unoccupied parcel of the land.
That was fine by me and my father, Chioma and her siblings still reside with us. Uncle Vaughn would be living in the house, Everol now occupied which had belonged to Petran.
Sleven moved in with Nicolette, his daughter Nicole and his grand baby that I still can not pronouced the name of.
There had been no privacy for me and Itrish, but we talked at meal times, it seems I'm just getting to know her fully.
She took great care of our children and was always busy doing something. Some of Chioma's families that had came with them desired jobs and I directed most of my time in trying to find jobs, not only for them, but for all of those here with me.
It has been over a month now since I arrived back home, just knowing Chief Anlong is dead and those who were apart of his evil organizations who haven't been caught, have to be hiding and running for thier lives with thier families, gave me a sense of peace.
We managed to get building permit for container houses and my dad and Chioma worked in that field along with those who could.
Chrushnar and his group that had once worked with him, started back thier work on the wharfs, as my first shipment for the stores arrived.
Okang's wife was vexed with him as he went back to managing the night clubs again. Mishand asked to run the stores but that wasn't going to happen.
Itrisha and Kristen would managed the clothes stores, Margaret and Nicolette would managed the food stores.
Diana went to work in the pharmacy with her sister, Sleven would be going back to work as guard and Managing director at the stores.
Francis would take on the duties Petran once did, by the time I was finished with finding and placing every one in jobs another month and a half had past.
I was extremely tired at nights and I mainly slept in either the couch in my room or the one downstairs. Chioma and my half siblings occupied Lori and the twins room.
The house I was having built for them would be completed soon. My dad slept with uncle Vaughn and the others in the buildings that were used to house the prisoners, but were now turned into proper houses.
We only kept the interrogation underground building closed off, just in case.
Annette had a lot of company close to her and Itrisha sometimes spoke about her at meal times. With everyday that passes even though we haven't had sex in months, I loved her a little more.
I used to think that she wouldn't understand if I told her about my job and my day, but she did understand and sometimes gave me a few good ideas where needed.
Her suggestions helped me to be victorious and I find it more and more relaxing to tell her about my job and my days at work.
Chioma chose furnitures for the now completed house, she wasn't far away just some metres from our house.
I hope Itrisha didn't miss her company too much, I was glad she had friends seeing Annette, Reneize and Mishand had failed her.
She said she had forgiven Annette, but I did not want Annette around my children. I made sure her children especially Petran's daughter had everything they needed, but she was staying captive.
Whatever she sew that was sold, she was given the money, with her electricity bill deducted from it, I only paid for her water bill and she will not be granted any internet access.
We lived in the suburbs life was peaceful as it is, Itrisha enrolled in school and she started working as a manager at my clothes store she once worked at.
Mishand was put in charge of the farms produces, I was not joking with her, she need to get her life straight. She made us all look like idiots, with what she did.
I had nothing against Lance he remained respectful as he always was. He provided for his children as far as I knew.
My father was always in love with my mother and they weren't vexed with each other over where life had place them. So when I notice them spending more time together, I cleared my throat and walked pass whistling.
I came home to a changed and redecorated house one evening, wondering if I came through the wrong door.
Chioma and her team had the house painted and shifted the things around, it was lovely the new curtains were lovely too but because I knew they were sewn by Annette I commented on everything else except them.
Itrisha prepared a delicious meal the following Sunday afternoon and I devoured a huge plate of french fried chicken, curried mutton, rice and peas with fried ripe plantains and a delicious tossed vegetable salad, then went back to sleep in the couch.

I was awaken by the twins excited laughter as they went away with Lori and my little brother and sister.
From my position in the couch, I watched Itrisha's sexy ass has she wiped the kitchen floor with a mop. My dick stood straining against my clothes.
As much as I wish I could just hold her and relieve myself of this sexual frustration, I knew I would only hurt her. I would have to make slow sweet love to her.
