Kocho

Today you and Ulaz were in the nursery getting Mur, Laz, Kocho and Gev ready to start the day. Ulaz went to pick Kocho up while you picked Laz up.

"Dada!" Kocho suddenly shouted when Ulaz was about to pick her up.

You both stared at Kocho who held her hands out for Ulaz. He the picked her up.

"She just said her first word." He said in amazement.

"Yes, it seems that she's going to be a daddy's girl." You said.

"Yes, it appears that way." Ulaz said as he picked Kocho up.

"Dada, dada, dada!" Kocho kept saying as she hugged Ulaz's neck.

Laz

Today Ulaz was polishing his blade in the living room while Laz looked at him.

"This is my blade." Ulaz said to Laz.

"B-b-blade!" Laz said suddenly.

"Yes, this is my blade from when I was a member of the Blade of Marmora." Ulaz told Laz.

"Blade!" Laz said again as he looked at Ulaz's blade.

Ulaz felt pride and humbleness rise up in his chest from Laz's first word.

Mur

Today you were given Mur a bath after she had somehow gotten into the glitter in your craft room. She giggled as you got the glitter out of her hair.

"P-pwetty!" Mur said as she saw the glitter in the water.

"Yes, it might be pretty but it's also super messy." You said.

"Pwetty!" Mur said again.

You couldn't help but smile at Mur. You knew that she was going to probably be a handful when she grew up.

Gev

Gev was with her siblings in the living room while you and Ulaz were sitting on the couch. She wanted to get your attention and the only way was to talk like she had heard her siblings do.

"M-m-mommy! Gev shouted.

You and Ulaz both looked at Gev and you picked her up.

"You all are growing up so quickly." You cooed to her.

"Mommy!"Gev said as she hugged you.

"They really are growing up quickly." Ulaz said.

"Yes, that's why we need to cherish every moment we have with them while they're still young." You said.
