*3rd POV*

Shaw was being brought into a highly secured prison. "You sure you brought enough backup with you, Hobbs?" Shaw asked. "Oh, they ain't mine. They're here to protect you... from me killing your ass." Hobbs said as a door opened and Shaw walked inside.

He sat down with a sigh as he looked at Hobbs. "You do know none of this will keep me, right?" Shaw asked as Hobbs laughs. "Well, once you dig through 38 feet of concrete and steel, my fist and a body bag will be waiting for you on the other side. So, I suggest you get to digging, boy." Hobbs said while looking at Shaw with a grin, before him and the guards turned away from Shaw and walked.

*My POV*

We were sitting on the beach as Mia played by the water with Jack. RaeLynn was holding Evelynn as we watched Mia and Jack play. "Daddy, come play." Mia called out to Brian for Jack. "Yeah." Brian said smiling.

"Look at him. Look at him." Mia said as Jack ran to Brian. "Yeah, buddy." Brian said as he grabbed Jack as we all smiled watching. "Duty calls." Dom said smiling. "It does." Brian said as he put Jack down and followed him back to the shore. 

"Hey, hey, come on." Mia said. "Let's get Mama. Yah!" Brian said as he went to Mia with Jack. Roman was talking his head off as we watched them play together. "I'm kind of medium rare, but I can get, like, well done. Just, like, really dark. What you nudging me for?" Roman asked after Tej had nudged him.

"Close your mouth for two seconds. Just open your eyes, man." Tej said as he gestured to Brian, Mia, and Jack. We watched as we smiled. "Beautiful." Roman said softly. "That's where he belongs." RaeLynn said as she kept holding Evelyn as Kayson sat behind her to keep both his daughters in line.

"Home." Dom said as we watched. "Where he's always belonged." I said softly as we watched. "Things are gonna be different now." Roman said softly with a small chuckle. We kept watching. Dom got up softly and I followed as we watched.

Dom and I slowly turned and walked away, Kayson soon joining us. "You aren't going to say goodbye?" Ramsey asked looking at us. We looked at all of them as we stared for a moment. "It's never goodbye." The three of us said. Dom, Kayson, and I turned and walked.

*3rd POV*

Everyone else looked at Brian, Mia, and Jack as they all held back their tears at the happy sight.

*My POV*

Dom, Kayson and I had drove off to clear our heads a little as Dom drove down to a stop as a car passed. We sat in our thoughts for a moment, when we heard a car pull up next to us. "Hey, you thought you could leave without saying goodbye?" Brian asked as we looked at him.

We smiled softly. "I used to say I lived my life a quarter mile at a time, and I think that's why we were brothers/family. Because you did, too." Dom said as we began remembering the memories we've made together.

We began driving as the memories kept playing through our heads. "No matter where you are, whether it's a quarter mile away or halfway across the world... you'll always be with me. And you'll always be family." Dom said as we slowly drifted down different paths as Brian went one way and we went the other.
