VLADOVIN, RUSSIA

"Letty, I don't like telling you this one bit," Hobbs says as he looks away from the base, over at Letty. "But the game's changed. Before, we were trying just to catch Dom, but now after all of this, I want you to know if I have to, I'm gonna put him down."
"Then you might have to take us both down," Letty says with a nod of understanding.

"I'm freezing, man," Roman says as he shakes his head while pulling his jacket closer to him. "This ain't for me. I come from a different kind of lifestyle, brah. Ladies know me, they know where I'm at with it. I tried to take a piss, I didn't even recognize myself."
"Man, that's entirely too much information," Tej tells him as Ramsey looks at Roman in disgust.

"Well, one thing is for sure," Little Nobody says as he glances over at Letty. "Dom's gotta be either working with them or making a trade, cause no one will be this insane to hit this place without a damn army."
"I wouldn't be so sure about that," Letty says with a knowing smirk.
"Speak of the Devil," Hobbs says as Dom's Charger comes into view, heading for the base.

"Damn!" Tej says a few minutes later as he looks on his tablet to see the submarine's systems coming online. "I think Cipher just rebooted that Sub to slave its command system."
"What the hell is he talking about?" Roman asks as he looks at Ramsey and Hailee in confusion.
"In Layman's terms, she just carjacked a submarine," Hailee explains to him before looking from the submarine to the control room that is behind it. "We can't let it get away, there's the control room. If you can get me and Ramsey into that warehouse, we can tap into the network and counter hack Cipher. Keep it from flowing into water."
"No, what we need to do is get me on that sub," Tej argues with her as he points at the submarine. "I find the weapon's room and I can pull the lunch chip before she can fire any of those nukes."
"That is too crazy," Hailee says while shaking her head.
"What you're saying it's too dangerous," Tej argues with her again.
"We'll do both," Hobbs finalizes which causes Tej to shake his head before they each rush to their vehicle.

"Knock, knock!" Hobbs says as he uses his truck to plow through a cement wall before they all pull to a stop near the submarine and the control room. "All right. Let's haul ass, team. Double time, double time." Soldiers start shooting at them as they make a run for it. Letty and Hobbs stay back shooting at the soldiers. "Letty, let's roll."

"Go, go, go, go," Little Nobody yells at Tej and Roman as they climb the stairs of the submarine. "I got you covered, go." They reach the top of the submarine. Roman and Tej climb inside of the submarine before Little Nobody follows them.

"Move, move! Get out of here, go go!" Letty yells as she points her gun at the people in the control room before they take off running.
"Okay, how do you like this?" Ramsey says after she plugs her computer into the control panel before typing on it, causing the engine of the submarine to power down. The submarine powers back up, a few minutes later. "She's regaining control. Damn it, she's good." The door unlocks before two soldiers enter the room as Letty tries to use her gun but it is out of bullets. Letty uses her gun to hit the first soldier before the second soldier grabs the gun as she tries to shove him. Letty grabs her handgun but the second soldier grabs her hand, causing her to fire a shot away from them. The second soldier knocks the gun out of Letty's hand before elbowing her in the shoulder. The second soldier throws Letty into a control panel before picking her up and slamming her down on the control panel, causing her to break some glass with her head. Letty grabs a piece of the glass before stabbing the second soldier in the foot, then stabbing him in the arm as she stands up. Letty ducks from a punch before kicking the second soldier's legs out from under him.

Tej, Roman, and Little Nobody run through the submarine, looking for the weapons room. Cipher closes the door behind Little Nobody and Roman as they enter the weapons room, leaving Tej on the other side of the door.
"Pull! Pull!" Little Nobody says quickly as he and Roman try to open the door before Little Nobody gets Roman's attention. "Roman, Roman! We gotta find the chip, go!" Little Nobody and Roman each take a side of the room as they begin to search for the chip.

"Oh, she's slick," Ramsey says as Cipher beats her again.
"My turn," Hailee says as she takes over for Ramsey since she was out of ideas. "Gonna have to do better than that." Hailee shuts the submarine down with the only way she knows how to. Letty's second guard tackles her into a window, causing the glass to crack.
"Ramsey, Blake, how much time we talkin' here?" Letty asks as she slowly stands back up.
"She's locked us out," Hailee answers her as she slams her hand on the control panel out of frustration. "Tej, we can't stop her. You're gonna have to pull that chip."

"I can't," Tej responds on the walkie, causing Hailee and Ramsey to share a worried look. "This thing's gone into attack mode!" Tej starts talking to Little Nobody and Roman. "The door's not gonna open until you pull the chip."
"Tej, we got no idea what the hell we're looking for," Roman tells him as they try to read the controls but they are in Russian.
"I got it," Little Nobody says before he and Roman both pull chips out at the same time, causing alarms to go off and a red light to come on.
"What in the hell are you guys doing?" Tej asks as he tries to see through the window while Little Nobody and Roman share looks of shock.
"It wasn't me, okay?" Roman says quickly as he and Little Nobody both quickly put their chips back in.
"It will be labeled, "Guidance Go"," Tej explains to them before Little Nobody starts repeating it to himself.
"Okay. I got something," Roman says as he finds some words.
"What?" Little Nobody asks before making his way over.
"It says haha.. Slack slack back ...smoke, dear jack na jack. Do you understand that?" Roman tries to say the Russian word.

Letty's second soldier picks her up by the throat before throwing her through the cracked window. Letty groans in pain as the soldier walks over to her before she notices the submarine propeller. Letty punches the soldier in the balls before sliding through his legs.
"Watch out!" Hailee tells Letty as she runs out of the control room towards the guard as he grabs onto the railing. The guard lets go of the railing as he notices Hailee running towards him before she jumps, kicking him in the chest with both feet. The soldier goes over the railing, landing in the propeller.
"Wow, nasty," Hobbs says as he walks over to Hailee, who is helping Letty up.

"Nuke's going hot. She's trying to fire this thing!" Tej says as lights come on around a nuke.
"Roger that, we're moving out. Disable the nukes," Hobbs orders with a nod despite Tej not being able to see it.

"Roman, what are you seeing?" Little Nobody asks as he continues to search for the chip they need. "Come on, talk to me."
"I don't see shit," Roman answers him as the submarine begins to shake. "I'm holding on." An alarm starts blaring as a red light flashes. "What the hell is going on, man?"
"We're about to launch a nuclear missile, is what the hell is going on!" Tej answers him with slight panic. "Pull the damn chip." Tej then realizes what they need to be looking for. "Countdown. Countdown. Look for a countdown."
"What countdown?" Roman asks as he starts searching again.
"The missile needs to activate to launch. The countdown timer won't be in Russian," Tej explains to him before Roman and Little Nobody start searching for a countdown clock.
"No. No. No. Don't press that," Roman says in panic before Little Nobody pulls a chip from underneath a countdown clock.
"I got it," Little Nobody says with a smile before the door opens between them and Tej. They quickly start making their way out of the submarine. "Move your ass, Roman!" Roman is the first out of the submarine before they start running over to the cars.

"You alright?" Letty asks as she sees Roman, Tej, and Little Nobody.
"There's nothing alright about any of this," Roman complains as he rushes over to his car. "Let's go."
"What about the missiles?" Ramsey asks as she looks at them worriedly.
"We got the chip, no nukes for her," Little Nobody answers her as he holds up the chip.
"Hell yeah," Hobbs says as he gives Little Nobody a fist bump. "Let's roll."
