This is a great party dress, tea party dress, birthday dress, or any dress really. I found it one day and I thought it would look great on my summer birthday. 

A nice parasol, some white gloves, or maybe red. And a lovely cup of tea with just a hint of milk, and cookies! We can't forget the cookies, tea and cookies are one of my favorite snacks! Oh, isn't this darling? I think I might wear it for my twenty first, and have some lovely tea with it. Sure I could go to a bar and drink, but...nah, I prefer my tea. And cookies!

Maybe some crescent rolls, with grated cheese, lightly salted...
