Groak
Pizza and Dogcopter: The Musical. It was a perfect little date night.
"Oh, I guess these are the last two slices." Steven noted.
"Cheers." Connie held up her piece with a cheeky smile as their pizza slices touched.
Lion groaned in the corner as they brought the slices to their mouths. The giant pink pet seemed to be starving for a slice of the all meat delight, but Connie wasn't having it.
"That's quite enough of your groaking, Lion." Connie pointed away and the predator sighed, his ears pinned back as he trudged into the bedroom.
When her gaze returned to Steven, they sparkled with mischief. "What's with that look?"
"Groak: To stare at someone eating in the hopes they will share."
Her jaw dropped and Steven couldn't help the hearty laugh that erupted from him. "You looked at my search history, you buttmunch!" Her playful smack started a full on play fight and much to her surprise, she found herself winning.
"Admit it, or else!" She tried to keep the laughter out of her voice to no avail.
"The world will never know, it will die my secret and be buried with my remains!" He declared.
"You asked for it!" She leaned down, as if to tickle him and he almost immediately tried to squirm away. Instead she placed a kiss directly behind his ear, sending shivers up and down his spine. A few more kisses and some strategic wiggling later, she could feel him responding intensely.
"if I tell you how I know that, I get to do whatever I want to you." The room previously filled with laughter was silent enough to add gravity to a situation that didn't need any more heat.
"I consent." She smirked down at him and placed a kiss on his nose. "Now admit you were snooping."
"I was NOT snooping! I learned it because you do it ALL the time."
"I do NOT!" Connie defended.
"Whenever I'm eating you always give me puppy dog eyes, or pout, or say 'Ah' demanding I give you some. Even-," He burst out laughing, "Even w-when we ha-ave the SAME THING!!" His stomach ached with how hard he was laughing and it eventually got to Connie and she joined in.
Connie's cheeks were darkened with embarrassment as she admitted, "I just like when you feed me." She poked out her lip, using the very same set of puppy dog eyes she used to snatch his food.
Steven hugged her close to him. "I have something to feed you. Now you won't have to groak at me."
"You're so schmaltzy. Naughty. Schmaughty."
"I'll show you 'schmaughty'."
Groak: To stare at someone eating, hoping they will share with you.
