Sneaking away can be dangerous. And with your luck, it was. Your brother, Jai, was suspected of sorcery. You knew you needed to help him, but your boyfriend, Mordred, disagreed. He said it was too dangerous to defy the king in that manor. You, of course, disobeyed him.

As you broke Jai out of the cells, you scraped your arm. Not too bad, but it started bleeding a lot and blood dripped on the floor. Jai was concerned, but kept moving.

The two of you made it out of the castle and into the woods. You broke into a run, trying to get as far away as you could. Jai was starting to slow down and gasp for air. You were feeling faint, probably from blood loss of that bad scrape. Sense you and Jai got to the woods, you had the sense you were being followed.

"Here, give me your arm." Jai said, sitting on a log. You slowly gave him your arm, wincing.

"Careful, it hurts." You gasp as he touches the wound.

"Sorry," he muttered while tearing off a sleeve on his shirt. He wrapped it around you arm, before standing up again. At that moment, a sword blade was pointed to his back. You froze.

"Whoever you are, I'm leaving. I don't want trouble." Jai said, putting his arm in the air to signal surrender.

"What's your name?" A voice asked. The voice sounded familiar.

"Jai." Jai said, hesitating.

Suddenly you remembered, Mordred. The voice was Mordred.

"Mordred." You say turning a round.

"Y/N?" He asked obviously confused. "What are you doing here?"

"I told you, I'm helping my brother." You answer. He lowered his sword and sat next to you on the log.

"I told you not to go." He whispered. "It's dangerous and look, your hurt."

"I'm okay." You answer looking at the ground. You knew he was right.

"I'm just glad you're okay." Mordred muttered before kissing you.

"Uh, I'm still here." Jai said, waving his hand at you two.

"Yeah, right. Lets go." You say starting to run again. The boys followed.

The three of you stopped and just started walking. Mordred and Jai were talking, but you couldn't hear it.

"Well, this is the Camelot border. Are you sure you two won't be in trouble?" Jai said, stopping in front of you.

"We'll be fine, be careful." You say hugging him tightly. He hugged you back.

"You be careful too. I'll see you again." Jai answered before walking away.

Mordred and you have been walking back to Camelot for two days.

"What were you and Jai talking about a coupes days ago?" You ask.

"Nothing much, but I think he have me the 'If you hurt my sister' speech." Mordred answered.

"He's nothing to be scared of. He acts all tough, but he's a big softy." You say.

"Am I a softy?" Mordred asked, glancing at you with his beautiful eyes.

"I guess. Your mainly just nice and kind and sweet and......"

He kissed you, cutting you off. "And you're all of the above. Plus more."
