Gellert Grindelwald X reader. This a beauty and the beast kind of story but in reverse.

There aren't many legends among wizard kind and one that few people know of and even less believe,is of the Werepire. A beast made of a half vampire and half werewolf,it is said because of these two monster's together that the person that is the Werepire can appear to be normal to the unsuspecting person. A group of wizards known as the Beast Hunters had made it there job to find this werepire and kill it,but they are not strong enough to do so.

The group decided to try and enlist the help of one of the most powerful wizards ever,his name Gellert Grindelwald. But Grindelwald worked alone and he didn't trust others easily,the Beast Hunters knew that without his help they would all die. The Hunters had found out all they could about this monster,and where ready to make the journey to kill it. They only had to convince Grindelwald to join them. And now the Hunters stood waiting for the man they need help from.

Grindelwald had chosen the meeting place as he didn't trust the hunters or what they stood for. To the outside world The Beast Hunters tracked and killed cursed monster,but in actuality they experimented on them to learn how they came to be cursed,and to try and improve there powers. Grindelwald watched them from the shadows,he could see all four of them clearly and he knew more about them they would like people to know.

Of course Grindelwald had his own reasons for being here tonight and if what they told him to be true,he knows the true identity of the Werepire as well. He just hoped it isn't her,but someone else. He steps forward into the moonlight and the other four men turn to face him
"Bout time you showed up" the first man said
"I am here but it does not mean I will help you" Grindelwald said
"Just hear us out" the second man said.

"There is no need really" Grindelwald said" I know what you really wish to with this monster as you call it"
"What do you know?" The third man said somewhat nervous
"That is for me to know,and you to maybe find out" Grindelwald said cooly,the four men exchange glances and the last man said
"If you know what we do,then why do wish to help us?"
"To prove my power,why else?" Grindelwald lied
"So you will help then?' the first man said.

"Yes but I will do this on my terms" Grindelwald said,the men didn't know what he meant by that. The five of them dissaperated and arrived at the location the Hunters contact had told them. The Hunters looked around cautiously but Grindelwald set off
"Where are you going,the beast could be anywhere" the second man said
"I do not fear this monster " Grindelwald said
"Are you meantal?" The first man said" this monster can either be in Vampire form, Werewolf form or the Werepire form"
"That is of no matter to me" Grindelwald said without stopping.

The men looked at him confused but followed anyway. The Hunters each had their wand's out but Grindelwald did not,he came to a clearing where he could see large paw prints on the ground and could smell blood on the air
"The monsters lair" the second man said as the Hunters had caught up to him
"I will go in alone " Grindelwald said
"That's not the plan" the third man said
"I said I will do this on my terms" Grindelwald said and walked off down to the monsters lair.

At the bottom of the hill stood a large cave opening, Grindelwald could here breathing coming from inside. He stood there not sure what to do,would she even remember him. Could he still reach the human that she used to be. Grindelwald walked slowly into the cave, lighting up his wand as he went. The light lit up a large dark shape on the ceiling of the cave and two blood red eyes looked down at him. Grindelwald watched as the so called monster dropped infront of him,and stood tall.

It was hard to believe that the creature before him was once a beautiful woman,she had long H/c and bright E/c. Her laughter was very infectious and she had brought so much happiness into his dark life that he had fallen in love with her. Sadly Y/n had been taken from him before he could tell her,for years Grindelwald believed her to be dead. Until he had heard rumours of a woman matching Y/n's description around. That was when Grindelwald had learnt everything he could about the Beast Hunters and what they did.

Grindelwald's plan had finally worked,he had found Y/n again and hoped to set her free. The monster before him stood at least ten feet tall,with jet black fur and blood red eyes. The Werepire in its true form looked like a massive Werewolf with the wings of a giant bat,long front teeth turned red at the end. Grindelwald watched as the beast stepped closer to him,but he didn't back away. He kept eye contact with it
"Do you think you can kill me human?" The Werepire spoke in Y/n's voice
"I am not here to kill you" Grindelwald said.

The beast laughed at that
"You humans are all the same,you say you wish to help me but you only wish to kill me" the werepire said
"I won't hurt you Y/n"Grindelwald said,the werepire stopped an almost puzzles looked crossed its face
"What did you call me?" the werepire said
"Y/n that is your name" Grindelwald said" We knew eachother many years ago"
"That's impossible" the Werepire said "no one knows me"
"I do,and I will help you" Grindelwald said.

"The only way to break the curse is threw love,and I don't love I only eat" the Werepire snarled
"You don't but Y/n does" Grindelwald said,he then hit the beast with a spell. He stepped back as the werepire began to change before him. The tall dangerous monster became a smaller and less dangerous human female.
"Gellert" Y/n said"How did you.."
"Did you really think I would come here unprepared"Grindelwald said walking over to the woman
"You cant save me,no one can" Y/n said"I know you didn't come here alone"

"You mean those so called Beast Hunters?" Grindelwald said" I set them up,the Minstery is out there now dealing with them"
"But what about me,I can't leave here the monster is almost unbearable"Y/n said sadly
"I can save you"Grindelwald said" With the most simplest way possible"
"Don't tell me you have to kill me" Y/n said sarcastically
"No with the true loves kiss actually" Grindelwald said smugly
"That is a lot simpler" Y/n said
"Kiss me and I will set you free."
