My pulse was beating so fast from the encounter I had just now. Who was he? Definitely a foreginer with his tall frame and grey eyes.. I was scared and mostly stunned to recollect his features other than his piercing eyes.

"Mom! Lets go to the play area."

Aadit's voice brought me back to reality."Sure kiddo! Lets check out indoor play area first."The inner play area was beautifully decorated. It was organized more like a play school for under 12 yrs of age.

I left aadit to check all the available play items and there were other kids who were playing with parents watching them. They even had a couple of attendants to look after the kids . It made me happy to know supervision was provided. One issue solved.

"Mom, I want to play on see saw."

A cute little girl was standing with her dad holding his hands in the see saw area. I started walking towards them . She didn't have a partner to play and she looked a year or two younger than aadit.

 I smiled at him and said "Hi, would you mind if my kid joins ur daughter to play?"

He looked at me and simply said ,"Ya sure".

Ah no smile. May be woke up on wrong side of bed.I smiled at the little cutie pie and asked her,"Honey ,whats your name ?"

She looked at her father who was seriously looking at his phone and then looked at me with a shy smile and said , "Mihika".

"Cool name you got there Mihika. And you look beautiful dear.This is aadit , my son."

"Aadit,say hello to her."Aadit become all stiff and said, "Hello" .

I smiled at his antics. He already thought he was older and acted like she was baby.She indeed looked like one though . Cute like a button.They started to happily chat and play in see saw.And her dad was no where to be seen. My god ! Where did he go now?

An old lady approached me and said , "Hi, am Savithri. Mihika's grandma. Are you new here??"

"Hello Anuty ,Am anupama and this is my son aadit. Yes, we are new to this apartmemt, just settled in today."

She looked at me smiled and said, "That's nice which floor?"

"9th floor door # 2,yours aunty?"

"We are in 3rd floor door # 4. Plz come visit us sometime once your settled."

"Sure aunty, Will do."

Its was about 2 hrs since aadit started to play with mihika and they did become buddies.And I had to drag aadit from play area promising mihika to come visit her soon.

Reaching our floor we started to walk towards our house and I suddenly rememberd him.Oh my god ! Why did I think of him now. Stupid stupid mind.

I saw aadit rubbing his eyes and yawning. Guess he is tired . Need to give him some snacks and put him to bed.

"Aadit , will fix you cereals and milk and then go ahead and sleep."

"Sure mom."

We both had some cereal and milk. I started to wash away the bowls and saw aadit going to his bedroom.

I had temporarily fixed his bed to sleep in.I sat next to him and said sleep well I will go and arrange other things.He seemed at peace with his eyes closed and made me smile seeing him holding his teddy bear . Kissed his forehead and left him to continue sleep.I was tired as well but had to start cleaning up .

I just closed my eyes for a minute to relax myself and start another task in hand yet some burden weighed on my shoulder . I couldn't decipher the feeling and it made me antsy. Hope the decision to move alone was the right one or it wasn't ? Time will tell..
