How could I forget?

something used so often

Something so simple

Where do I go?

I forget which path to take

Something that I need to know

Something that could lead me home

What is my purpose?

I forget what I'm here to do

Something  that makes me stand tall

Something that will decide my fate

Why was I forgotten?

Lost in the back of peoples minds

Something with no meaning

Something replaceable

But am I just that?
