The next few weeks had been very painful. Azure had gotten more of the red substance ever day now and it grew comfortable to get the burning feeling within her body. Everything was changing so quickly. She was growing older and she knew her brothers were too and she even heard that Silver and Jet got released from the laboratory to live with a few other monsters of the Underworld. Azure was happy for them but she felt worry overwhelm as she worried that her brothers had forgotten her and/or had been raised to believe that she was a horrible monster who only sought to kill. But now, all she knew was that she had to get out of here, she had been here for a month or so now and she got used to the darkness and the occasional dripping of water and pawsteps. Ghost had been staying with her since that day after she went berserk, though he left here and there to speak with the other scientists, he really didn't leave her side or at least, her chamber. She missed the bright smile of her younger brothers and missed their love that they showered her every day with before all of this happened. There isn't one day that Azure thought about her brothers or her life if she were to escape. "Hey, wake up." Her dad's voice made her eyes snap open as she saw him to the side, holding up the needle once again, a sight too familiar. After Ghost gave her the red fluid once more, she seemed rather calm, calmer than usual. "So, I'm guessing that Silver and Jet are living a happy life with the other monsters of the Underworld?" Azure assumed, her white pupils stared up at the ceiling blankly as her ears twitched here and there. "Yes. They are living with Xeno at the moment." Ghost said as Azure tilted her head slightly. "Xeno?..." She said softly as she thought about the name, she later pushed the thought off. "The other scientists say that you'll need to be released for a few weeks to gain some of your strength back." Ghost said as Azure whipped her head to him in surprise as a smile appeared on her face. "Really?! When?" Azure threw questions at him as he rose to his paws from the chair. "Today at sunhigh. That'll be in a few minutes." He said before turning back to her. "Come on, I have to take back up. Take these with you. Now, if you want to be treated nicely, then I expect you to give yourself this amount every single day during the morning before sunhigh." Ghost said as he released his restrain on her as she rose to her paws and shook out her pelt. Azure leaped off of the bed and touched the stone ground, she hadn't laid her paws on it for a few weeks and was unfamiliar with it. Ghost then opened the door and gestured for her to come as Azure narrowed her eyes at her dad before passing him through the doorway and into the more open area outside of her chamber. Ghost then closed the door before padding in front of his daughter and leading her back up. Soon, they came to the light and it made Azure squint her eyes as she wasn't used to it, being trapped in complete darkness with only dim lighting made her used to the dark. Once they reached the top, Ghost padded towards the light and led Azure to the plain where the other scientists would be. Azure gazed around at the sight and saw all the scientists were watching her with wary eyes full of hate and fear as they easily recalled the last time she had went berserk. Azure pushed their looks away as she gazed forward and gazed past her father who kept moving forward. "I'm sure you know how to teleport already, since you performed it a few weeks ago. You should know where to go." Ghost said without looking back at her, Azure gazed up to him to meet his gaze but noticed that he didn't look back, she lashed her tail. "How long does she have before she has to return?" Ghost asked one of the other cats who worked with him as they checked a clipboard before replying. "Five weeks." She had replied to Ghost before he turned to his daughter. "You have five weeks from now to get some rest, enjoy the world outside and so on. I will come and get you once your time is up." Azure listened to her dad's words as she nodded and took the small bag that held the substances she had to take. "Now go."

Azure teleported back to her home as she found herself in the living room. She instantly heard familiar voices as she also heard gasps. She was still in midair and so, she softly touched the carpet with her paws and once she stood there for a moment, she gazed to the left and saw the sight she had yearned for many weeks now. She saw three cats, one was a small silver tabby with yellow eyes, another was jet black with green eyes and a white tail tip while the third cat was unfamiliar. "S-Silver? Jet?" Azure struggled for words as the three cats gazed at her in surprise. It was silent for a moment before Silver and Jet let out screeches of happiness as tears instantly poured from their eyes as they charged forward at their older sister. "Azure!!!" Silver and Jet cried out as they toppled Azure over and cuddled her affectionately. Letting out a purr, she nuzzled them back as the third cat came forward. "So you're Azure. Your brothers have been telling me many things about you." The cat, a cream-colored she-cat with blue eyes said as she waved her tail in the air for a moment as she gazed down at the other she-cat. "Who are you?" Azure asked as she narrowed her eyes at the cream cat. "I'm Xeno. I've been taking care of your brothers for a few days." Xeno explained as Azure's tension and wariness faded into happiness and excitement as she understood and soon, started playing with Silver and Jet before they all got tired and it was becoming dark out. "What did Ghost want with you?" Xeno asked as her brothers lay in her paws, shuffling here and there. Azure looked away as she took in a breath. "He wanted to see his results for his project he had been working on. He told me that I was his test subject since Silver and Jet didn't have any "potential" like me." Azure told Xeno everything she had learned from her dad and his intentions. "He gave me this strange fluid, the first few times was a blue color and second one was a bright red. The red liquid hurt more though. He gave me it for many days and I was trapped down there in hell for many weeks, maybe a month or so." Azure explained all she knew as Xeno was horrified by what she was hearing, Silver and Jet were listening silently, though Azure didn't notice. "Azure?" Silver's voice made Azure snap out of her memories of the pain that her father had caused her. "Is that why you have white fur now and your eyes are black?" The silver tabby tom asked as Azure gazed down at them in surprise that they heard their conversation, she noticed Jet was awake too. "And when your left eye was all blue with fire?" Jet mewed as Azure tried to put on a positive smile as best as she could. "Yes." She said to them as she licked their foreheads, letting out a purr as Silver and Jet giggled as they pawed at her white fur. "But what they said, when my power awakens, my left eye seems to glow a light blue with flames coming from it, my right eye glows too but white and not blue. And these markings on my face below my eyes here glow light blue as well. I've never had the blue markings and my white fur and black eyes until I was first given the blue fluid." Azure told Xeno as her brothers listen as well. "Did Dad persuade you two, when you called me that?" Azure asked her younger brothers who nodded to her question. "I see." Azure said as her gaze darkened, her ears lowered themselves against her head as she tightened her grip on her two brothers. "I promise, I won't let anyone hurt you two." Azure said as tears came down her face, trickling down from her eyes and dripping off of her cheeks.
