o1.| AGENT ROY STARK

DRAWING AN ARROW FROM HIS QUIVER, HE AIMED IT AT THE TARGET IN FRONT OF HIM, BEFORE ALLOWING THE ARROW TO FLY FREELY. A smirk tugged at the corners of his lips as it pierced the bullseye, before he pulled out another arrow. He was about ready to fire another one, until he heard the door to the training room open and close. He let out an annoyed sigh, before lowering his bow and returning the arrow to the quiver. He turned around to see Director Nick Fury standing there, a manilla folder in his hands.

"Good to see that you're still destroying the targets that S.H.I.E.L.D provides for you," Fury said to him, causing the youngest Stark to let out a low chuckle.

"Funny," Roy replied to him. "Real funny."

"Glad you think so," Fury stated, before offering him the folder. Roy glanced down at the folder, before glancing back up at him. Roy sighed again as he took the folder from Fury's hand, before splitting it open to see an image of a red-headed woman.

"Another mission, sir?" Roy questioned him, and Fury nodded.

"Natalia Alianova Romanova," Fury answered him as Roy approached a bench in the training room, and took a seat. His eyes glimpsed over the file before his eyes were glued to the image of Natalia. "She's highly trained in judo, karate, aikido, savate, boxing, and multiple styles of kung fu. An expert acrobat, Olympic class gymnast, athlete, and aerialist. Expert marksmanship in sharpshooting and knife throwing; master interrogator and tactician. Talented hacker, seductress, and assassin. She mastered skills in espionage, infiltration, disguise, and demolition."

"Sounds like a difficult target," Roy pointed out to him as he closed the file and offered it back to Fury. "What do you want me to do? Find her, hang out? Drink?"

"It's quite simple, Mr. Stark," Fury snapped at him, clearly irritated with Roy's sarcasm. "Watch her."

"If this woman has all of those skills, I'm pretty damn sure that it won't take her too long to figure out that she's being followed by an agent from S.H.I.E.L.D," Roy explained to him, not watching his mouth - which usually got him in trouble. He only realized what he had said when Nick gave him a look that he always gave him when Roy outspoke, "Director Fury, I apologize.'

"It's fine, Stark," Fury replied to him with a slight shrug. "But I am assigning you this mission because you are simply the best candidate for it."

"Barton-"

"Is already on a mission," Fury cut him off.

"Nichol-"

"Is also on a mission," Fury cut him off again, "Believe me, son, if it wasn't you, it would be one of them. The three of you are our best agents currently, so it would make perfect sense to send one of you after this young woman."

"Where does one get training like her's?" Roy questioned. "I doubt you can just go to a local school and ask to become an assassin"

"She was raised in this placed known as the Red Room," Fury informed him, "An exclusive training facility that had been created master assassins, for god knows how long. Usually, it is young Russian women, no man has been known to go through their training. They start their assassin's from a young age, and that's where they live up until their graduation ceremony."

"So, a school for assassins?" Roy questioned him, not really believing the story that Nick was feeding him. Roy folded his arms over his chest, before letting out another sigh. "I can take it that this is a solo mission?"

"Yes," Fury answered him quickly.

Roy let out a heavy sigh, "When do I leave?"

And here is the first chapter! You get a little insight on how James Roy Stark became the one to go and find Natasha. Next chapter we will get to see him go out and find her and him actually get to interact with young Natasha. But we all know that Natasha is a badass and she's going to want to kick Roy's ass. And she probably will!

Part One will mainly be all AU. I don't really plan on doing any of the movies, right now, this story will heavily consist of AU. I find it easier to update when it's an Au than with the movies.
