Back in the normal dimension, Roel and Aria went through and it was evening time due to the fact the dimensions always have a time difference. Both of them traveled back to the fort and landed, they saw everyone packing up since they left before lunch.

They headed into the cafeteria where everyone was talking and getting dinner. Roel switched back to his smaller hybrid form and Aria floated down. They went to get something to eat and sat down. Pure came to them with Auriella in his hand and sat down next to them.

Pure: What was up?

Roel: Master Mage was getting out of hand, Elysium, Penny and Mekuboto defeated him

Pure: Master Mage?

Roel: The most powerful mage in all of the land.

Pure: What did you do to him?

Roel: Drained him of his magic and his title, Elysium and Penny will have it when their fort is built.

Pure: And the magic, where is it?

Aria: I have the magic now, Elysium, Penny and Mekuboto recommended it but I am figuring out why they did it. Why not take the power for themselves?

Pure figured out why they did that for.

Pure: They didn't take it because they don't want to become them, hungry for power. They fought for a reason.

Aria: From what you said, Elysium was fighting for Mekuboto and their love is what defeated him but Penny, I don't know.

Pure: Were there any females in the group?

Roel: Two.

Pure: Out of how much?

Aria: I counted twenty.

Pure: He must have underestimated Penny, something you should never do.

Roel: Not when she was controlling his blood.

Pure: In what way?

Roel: To stop him, not take it out of him, like he was binding him in place, is that normal?

Pure: Well, she is a vampire and a mage so I wouldn't be surprised, what about other than that?

Roel: Keir is keeping her in check and if anyone can about that blood in her veins, it's him.

Auriella sees the orb in Aria's lap, she reaches out for it and Aria sees it, it was a light blue orb and it looked like it had a star in it. Aria gently gives Auriella the orb and she holds it, it starts to float with her and react with her.

Aria: You all keep filling us with surprises.

Auriella grabs the orb and gives it back to Aria. She puts it back in her lap for safekeeping.

Pure: Well, hope things go good out there, enjoy your meal.

Pure gets up with Auriella and they head back to eat. Everyone had their fill and was heading to bed. Aria let the orb go and it started to float with her. She let it float around her and it was floating on her right side.

Roel: You can tell it where you want it to be, just think of it like your drones.

Aria did what he said and the orb was reacting like her drones..

Roel: Thank you.

Roel: Don't worry I will teach you when we have free time.

Aria: Thank you Roel.

Both of them went to their room and went to bathe. They took off their clothes and got a shower together. Both of them cleaned each other and washed each other off. They then got out of the shower, dried each other off and put on some new clothes. Roel and Aria went into the bed and got comfortable. Aria sent her drones and the orb to the side to rest and both of them fell asleep holding each other.

In the morning, everyone was back at work and was working fine, Luna was heading inside for another water run.

Luna: Hey Kano.

Kano: Hey Luna, come for some more water?

Luna: Yeah, also another thing.

Kano was getting out some water bottles.

Luna: Which is?

Kano: What's a cute fox like you doing here?

Kano is a red fox with the usual tail, legs, eyes and body structure like a wolf but his is less muscular.

Kano: Got bored of just living in a hidden village and wanted to see what this alliance was about and it has been a pretty nice alliance so far.

Luna: Yeah, others have been not so nice.

Kano: Yeah.

Luna: So what are you going to do once this place is built?

Kano: Don't know, usually I just help out in the kitchen.

Luna: What about looking for someone?

Kano: The option is still on the table for everyone, even you.

Luna: Huh?

Kano: I know you all are getting a second chance and taking it seriously so why shouldn't I give you a chance?

Luna: Um, I never thought you would even give a girl like us a chance.

Kano: You look like the type that deserve it.

Luna: Um, thanks.

Luna grabs the water bottles and heads out with them.

Kano: Hey.

Luna turns around.

Luna: Yes?

Kano: Want to talk later?

Luna was confused.

Luna: -says slowly- Ok.

Luna leaves and heads back outside, thinking on what chances she was getting now and what she was doing about them. While she was walking she saw Eli and Rashida doing some heavy lifting together but Rashida had a scope to monitor Eli so he doesn't go into the red zone.

Rashida: Watch it Eli, you are getting close to the red.

Eli: -grunts- Got it.

Eli and Rashida were lifting up a huge tub of cement together to put down for the floors.

Rashida: Here you are men.

Eli: Thanks, this is the last tub we need for this room.

Rashida and Eli put down the tub and left the room.

Eli: -panting -Was getting dangerous.

Rashida: -panting- Almost, let's catch our breath.

Just then Luna whistles and she throws two bottles to them.

Rashida: -panting- Thanks.

Luna leaves and both of them sit down, they drink some of the water and talk.

Rashida: You are still pushing yourself but not so much now.

Eli: Yeah, still working out my limit.

Rashida: At least you are getting better at holding back.

Eli: Yeah.

Rashida: And... thank you for talking with me.

Eli: Huh?

Rashida: For once, it felt nice, not talking about my life, getting to know about things.

Eli: You're welcome.

Rashida: But there is something I have to ask though.

Eli: What is it?

Rashida: Why are you giving me a chance?

Eli: I am getting a second chance after Gram turned be into this, why not you?

Rashida: Even though I am a succubus?

Eli: Listen.

Eli holds Rashida and puts her on his lap.

Eli: Even though you are a succubus, it doesn't matter, everyone who gets a second chance takes it and learns from their past to better themselves, like what we are doing here.

Rashida: What about after here is built?

Eli: You will find something, don't worry.

Rashida checked his status and he was back in the green.

Rashida: Ok, you are all good.

Rashida gets up and helps Eli up.

Eli: How about you and I, talk some more after work?

Rashida: That sounds nice.

Eli and Rashida head to see what else needs heavy lifting, over in the harbor, Younghee and Mingyu were helping out with some maintenance.

Horatio: OK, bring the supplies in.

Mingyu and Younghee were bringing in supplies for the Indominous to make another patrol run. They checked everything and it was ready to go.

Sailor: All accounted for captain, we are ready to depart.

Horatio: Very good, prep for departure.

The Sailor leaves.

Horatio: Nice work you two, you can head back to the smelting house now.

Younghee: Alright.

Mingyu and Younghee head inside to the smelting house and Mingyu was holding Younghee with one arm as they were walking together and her tail was in his other hand. When they got there they could see Jae, Steam and Lisa working on. Lisa saw them first when they came through, she was putting metal in the vats to melt.

Lisa: Hey you two, come to help.

Younghee: Yeah.

Mingyu and Younghee take off any heavy clothing so they won't get so hot so fast.

Lisa: How are you two doing?

Younghee: We are doing fine.

Steam sees that they are there.

Steam: How you treating each other?

Mingyu: Good actually.

Jae sees them after dropping some metal into a vat

Jae: Never thought everyone would be nice to you girls, thought you would get the usual hassle.

Lisa: You know Pure and Carolina would skin them and us alive if that happened.

Younghee: Especially when you got to handle all this thickness.

Steam: Down girls.

Jae: Remind me again, who is with who right now?

Lisa: Eli is with Rashida, Younghee has Mingyu, I got to deal with Sora when he comes out of the medical bay and I don't know anything on Jose or Luna, yet.

Steam: How is Sora by the way?

Lisa: Doctor is bringing him out of the coma next month, then after that is therapy and getting back on his feet.

Jae: What about the one who put him there?

Lisa: Zero is out of the medical bay and is getting back into the swing of things. He helps out with what he can until he is back at full strength.

Steam: And Kyoko?

Lisa: Don't bother getting her away from him, she rides him in his wolf form to get his strength back since she is so light and she is usually in his fur when everyone is catching a nap.

Mingyu: Glad I am keeping away from those two.

Jae: You better.

Younghee: So, what needs doing in here?

Lisa: The scrap piles need sorting and putting in their vats and checking to see if any of those circuits can work.

Younghee: I'll grab a Spartan.

Mingyu: I got the circuits.

Everyone worked together in the smelting house to get the resources ready for building, all of the Succubus are making sure they use their second chance for a new life to a better person but for some, they don't even know what to do like Jasper. Even though he was helping out, he was still wondering what he should do next and Khrys-Marie saw it. Khrys-Marie came to him and sat down.

Khrys-Marie: Still figuring things out?

Jasper sees Khrys-Marie.

Jasper: -sighs- Yeah.

Khrys-Marie: Come.

Jasper goes to Khrys-Marie and she holds him and he felt her fur.

Jasper: It's always hard for a solider after a war, you sometimes think you can just come home and everything will be just back to normal but it isn't. Sometimes there is no home to go back to or you have nightmares of being on the battlefield.

Khrys-Marie: So what about you?

Jasper: Everyone moved on, my girlfriend has a new life, my family couldn't cope I was alive like this and I don't know what to do anymore. So what can I do?

Khrys-Marie: You can start over here.

Jasper: At what, all I have ever known is the military.

Khrys-Marie was thinking of something and what she could do to help. She looked around and saw Daiyu walking by and she noticed the two wedding rings.

Khrys-Marie: Hold on.

Khrys-Marie gets up and heads to Daiyu.

Khrys-Marie: Hey Daiyu!

Daiyu stops.

Daiyu: Yes.

Khrys-Marie: I was thinking on how to help Jasper since he doesn't know how to use his second chance. Then I noticed the wedding rings on your necklace, looks like you had a second chance and is using it.

Daiyu looks at Jasper and he was down like she was years ago, then she went on her com.

Daiyu: Hey Pure.

Pure: Yeah Daiyu.

Daiyu: I want you to take Jasper and Khrys-Marie off their schedule.

Pure: What's up?

Daiyu: It's Jasper, he is starting to act like me years ago.

Pure: OK, Seth, take them off their routine.

Seth: Roger that.

Daiyu: Ok, now, you need to help him make him forget his past and move on.

Khrys-Marie: And how am I supposed to do that?

Daiyu: Well, Liz helped me by giving me love but I think you have a better option.

Khrys-Marie: Which is?

Daiyu: You are wearing it.

Khrys-Marie: Huh?

Khrys-Marie looks at herself and she realizes it's her soft white fur.

Daiyu: Grab something that is easy to eat and take him to your room, you four are split up now right?

Khrys-Marie: We are.

Daiyu: Good, now go.

Khrys-Marie picks up some light things and went back to Jasper.

Khrys-Marie: Come with me.

Jasper: What for?

Khrys-Marie: Come on.

Jasper gets up and follows Khrys-Marie to her room. They go inside and she sets them down on the side table and takes off her clothes but not her underwear.

Jasper: What are you doing?

Khrys-Marie: Helping you.

Khrys-Marie goes to Jasper and takes his clothes off but not his underwear or the device keeping him stable. She then hugs him and turns off their coms.

Khrys-Marie: I know things haven't been going your way and you feel like you are in a mysterious world but everything will be ok.

Jasper: But...

Khrys-Marie shushes him.

Khrys-Marie: I know you are hurting but you need to let it out.

Khrys-Marie looked into his eyes and he started to cry. Khrys-Marie reached behind and locked the door. Then she walked back slowly to the bed and let them rest on it. Jasper was crying and Khrys-Marie was comforting him. While she was comforting him, she was feeding him the things she brought with her.

Khrys-Marie: Here.

Jasper ate while being comforted and he was starting to feel better holding her with her soft fur. Both of them laid there and while holding each other and listening to each other's heartbeat. Some people gets a second chance like the succubus girls and there are people who deserve a second chance, like Jasper in this case. Second chances don't come easy and getting a third is nearly impossible so what are you going to do, take it or leave it?
