The next day Pure built the hydrogen engine and was taking it for it's very first test run.

Pure: Ok, let's try this out.

Pure started up the engine.

Pure: Looks like it is working, now to run diagnostics to make sure everything is ok.

Pure starts running the diagnostics of the engine and everything was green across the board.

Pure: Now to run a side by side with a carbon engine, Seth did you make any smaller carbon engine models?

Seth: In the back, next to the other prototypes.

Pure: Thanks.

Pure grabbed the carbon engine and put it next to the hydrogen engine. He set it up and started the engine, he did a side by side comparison to see how they would work.

Pure: Looks like both of them are doing ok and outputting almost the same but the hydrogen has a little more horsepower. Daiyu, the engines are being tested and I need another pair of eyes.

Daiyu: On my way.

Daiyu came to Pure's workshop where she saw the two engines at work.

Daiyu: How are they running?

Pure sent over the information to Daiyu and she started to look it over.

Daiyu: The hydrogen engine is a little unstable but a few tweaks in the ECU should fix that.

Pure: Ok, tell me when.

Pure started adjusting the ECU to make it more stable.

Daiyu: Ok, right about, there.

Pure: Ok got it, Locking the ECU.

Once Pure locked the ECU he placed both into separate cars. The hydrogen engine was placed in an electric engine and the carbon engine in a normal car. They started them up and they worked.

Pure: Let's set them to eighty miles an hour for durability and full engine testing.

Daiyu: I'll stay here and keep an eye on the engines.

Pure: I got to put in upgrades to Randal, Seth and Vincent's vehicles then put in their weapons and gadgets.

Pure got to work upgrading Randal, Seth, and Vincent's vehicles to pro class. Meanwhile Arachnid was feeling better but she was on bed rest for a week before going back to work. She had Lilith in her arms with custom clothing on that she made and feeding her.

Arachnid: Here you are my little snowflake, drink up.

Doctor: How are you two doing today?

Arachnid: I'm feeling better now and so is this little one. She is hungry at the moment.

Doctor: Well I did a blood analysis and she is clearly a hybrid, her white hair comes from you and her fur comes from her father, even if she is a baby she will be beautiful.

Arachnid: She already is.

Doctor: I'll leave you two alone, I'll bring some food for you later.

Arachnid: Thank you doctor.

The doctor leaves Arachnid and Lilith alone. Meanwhile Alisha and Carolina were in Chun and Ming's room. They started to crawl and so they let them crawl around and get used to crawling. Ming and Chun were there watching them.

Alisha: They are getting good at it.

Carolina: Looks like PJ is climbing up on Chun.

Alisha: At least he is trying.

Carolina: Alisha can we talk?

Alisha: What about?

Carolina: Chun, Ming can you watch the kids for a little bit?

Chun and Ming nod, Alisha follows Carolina to where Chun and Ming sleeps and sits down.

Carolina: It's about our relationship.

Alisha: What about it?

Carolina: I know we both love Pure and we love our children but what about when we are married?

Alisha: I'm not catching on.

Carolina: Hear me out for a minute, we both have different personalities, brought up different ways and we might fight.

Alisha: I see what you mean and I don't mind learning from either side of the marriage, we help each other and that is all that matters.

Carolina: I know, we have known Pure for a long time but what about us, how will we get along with each other while married to Pure?

Alisha: We can get to know each other now.

Carolina: But how in a small period of time?

Alisha: I know we have our differences but we can try.

Carolina: Let's lie down and talk about it.

Alisha: Ok, let's take off some of our armor too.

Alisha and Carolina take off some of their armor and lie down on the mattress.

Alisha: Want to go first?

Carolina: Ok, my name is Carolina, I'm the succubus queen, I like cooking, reading and I wanted to become a lawyer.

Alisha: On purpose or by instinct?

Carolina: A bit of both really, since I was deaf to a degree at a certain age Pure said I could use that as an advantage. After that he and I used to help each other with our homework. Once we were done, we used to play a game of who is lying, during lunch or break we would watch people and their expressions to see how I would separate lying from the truth, once I got good enough I could tell who was lying from just looking at them and we started to form our bond there but I wanted to keep it as friends. He agreed and respected my wishes, after that we kept in contact after graduation. After that I got kidnapped by someone sneaking up on me and knocking me out with a cloth that had some sort of chemical when I was walking home after getting off the bus. Then the rest you guys already know.

Alisha: Wow, that was nothing like I was imagining.

Carolina: And what were you imagine?

Alisha: I mean since you are the whole succubus thing I thought you would be...

Carolina: Nah, I was never that type, I didn't even have a boyfriend at the time.

Alisha: Oh ok.

Carolina: Your turn.

Alisha and Carolina continued talking while Ming and Chun had Pure Jr. and Auriella, they were crawling around the garden looking at the flowers and the water there. Pure Jr. Saw a flower and sat up he was trying to reach it but wasn't tall enough to reach it. Chun came close and picked the flower for him, Chun gave the flower to Pure Jr. And he held onto it. He continued crawling with the flower and was going to the pond where Ming and Auriella were looking at the water lilies and the drone there maintaining everything. Pure Jr. came crawling to Auriella and she saw him coming. Both of them were playing and looking at the little pond, Pure Jr. put the flower on top of her head and Ming took the flower and put it in her hair. It was a little bruised but it was ok. Both of them got tired and started to crawl to Chun and Ming and they gently picked them up and put them in their fur, both of them yawned, Ming and Chun put a tail on them like a blanket and they started to sleep soundly. Both Ming and Chun laid down and was enjoying the scenery. Meanwhile Jade, Trinity and Mima's pregnancies were progressing normally and they were already showing their signs of pregnancy.

Mima: Are you girls ok?

Trinity: I'm fine but I never thought that this is how it would feel like.

Jade: I know, it feels different, strange and calming at the same time.

Mima: I can literally feel it's little heart pumping inside me.

Jade: Sometimes at night I can see it's little face when I sleep.

Mima: They say that can happen sometimes.

Trinity: I wonder if this is how it felt for the others?

Mima: I don't know, but I kind of like it.

Jade: I' m getting hungry again.

Mima: Jack, are you anywhere near a takeout restaurant?

Jack: I'm in the US, check my location and see if I am close by to one.

Mima checks and he is close by to a pizza parlor.

Jack: Horatio, am I close by to the pizza parlor that you usually go to?

Horatio checks where he is.

Horatio: Yeah, you are two blocks away from it, just say my name and the men there will whip up the usual order.

Jack: You got the cash for it?

Horatio: Tell them to put it on a tab I got to pass across there a little later.

Jack: Ok, if you say so.

Jack flew to the pizza parlor when he was done with handling his emergency and told the people working there what he came for. Once he did the pizza parlor went to work to fill the order. Since the team helped greatly with their business, they upgraded a lot of things over the months, even a huge oven that could be able to cook massive orders or do a really big pizza able to satisfy Lucinda. Meanwhile Daiyu had finished checking the engines and got a result.

Daiyu: The results are in, looks like the carbon engine is for power but the hydrogen engine is for endurance and adding in the battery a normal electric car carries it could last a good twelve hours.

Pure: What about hover cars?

Daiyu: A simple calculation to the oxygen flow should compensate for hover vehicles.

Pure: Get those calculations doing and try the cars out at max power to see what kind of power we are dealing with and how to upgrade the engine to street, racer and pro classes. I'm almost finished with the vehicles and will help with this.

Daiyu: All right let's get started.

Pure and Daiyu got back to work, when the workday was over Jack brought back the pizza in his dimensional backpack

Mima: Pizza time everyone.

Everyone came to the main hall to get their pizza. Pure brought Arachnid in his tails and set her down, she had Lilith in a small web around her neck holding her while she took a nap. Everyone sorted out which pizza they wanted and sat down talking.

Pure: Randal, Seth, Vincent, your vehicles are done and ready to get their weapons and equipment.

Seth: We will tell you tomorrow, how are the engines holding up?

Daiyu: The carbon engines are good enough for power and the hydrogen engines are for endurance.

Seth: And the hover vehicles?

Pure: A simple change in the flow intake of the oxygen to compensate for the extra power that hover vehicles need. How are the children doing?

Alisha: They are doing ok and they started to crawl on their own, we let them crawl around in Chun and Ming's room and they liked it.

Alisha and Carolina set Pure Jr. and Auriella down on the ground and they started to crawl to Pure. Since they are hybrids they learn faster and catch onto what they have to do.

Pure: Come on, come to daddy.

Pure Jr. and Auriella crawled slowly to Pure and they gave them time to reach Pure. Once they got to Pure he lifted both of them up.

Pure: Good job.

Pure kissed both of them on their cheeks and they looked at their father smiling. He set them down in his tails and continued talking.

Pure: How soon are you girls delivering?

Xiao: Doctor says in the summer but actual due date is still unknown.

Artemis: The doctor says the eggs should hatch next month.

Pure: Good. How are the projects coming?

Xiao: The water purification project is working and is currently cleaning any polluted water there is. We have been getting reports of the solution working on contaminated water and the health officials have taken samples and the results have been positive so far but we need to make a better solution for more contaminated areas.

Daiyu: Remember, you are out of the lab, I will take care of this one.

Pure: Seth, notify the companies that the hydrogen engine is ready for distribution.

Seth: Roger that.

Pure: Any luck on those new security measures Randal?

Randal: I had to ask Rick for some help since I was busy with Arachnid and Lilith, we are currently making some headway with the new procedures, but we need to do some more test runs to make sure it will hold.

Pure: Ok, take your time.

Alisha: The girls have finished with interrogations and collected the information that was needed.

Pure: Anything from Immanuel?

Jack: Trust me, the warden there knows how to make him sing like a canary.

Pure: Who is the warden anyway?

Jack: Alisha, I believe you know who it is.

Alisha: Who?

Jack: The only Captain whoever liked you at the base.

Alisha: Wait a minute, Captain Valatine

Jack: Try Major Valatine, she is still in the military and was assigned to the prison to teach criminals a lesson. I was doing a pass-by of the prison to see how it was holding up and when I got there she had three men on the ground breaking up a fight.

Alisha: They used to call her the Big Alpha and for good reason, she used to be really bossy and tough on new recruits until she met me who was taking everything she got and kept asking for more. She was impressed and we used to do extra training and laps.

Jack: Well she is extra aggressive after the war. She asked for you if you get the chance to pass by the prison.

Alisha: I'll pass by and give her a visit.

Zhēnbǎo: All right everybody, dig in.

Everyone enjoyed their pizzas and drinks and just relaxed for a while. Pure handed Pure Jr. and Auriella back to Alisha and Carolina to breast feed them. Arachnid was breast feeding Lilith as well and everyone was enjoying their pizzas together. Once everyone had their fill everyone turned in for the night and everyone was satisfied, even Lucinda.
