Hey everyone, I want to share a quick but very important update about what is happening behind the scenes with my book.

If you noticed that the original upload vanished along with our incredible 450+ reads and 120+ votes, please don't worry! I am absolutely heartbroken to lose that amazing momentum and your beautiful engagement, but I had to make an emergency executive decision to save my entry for the Watty Awards.

Wattpad's submission system has a strict rule that all entered stories must have an official digital creation and publication timestamp on or after January 1st, 2024. Unfortunately, my previous upload was using an old draft book that was sitting in my drafts. I just replaced the content with the new story and didn't think much about it, but the hidden backend date of that old draft blocked the system from recognizing my eligibility.

To ensure the judging panel doesn't automatically disqualify the book over a technicality, I have completely wiped the old version and launched this fresh, clean, and 100% rule-compliant version to be submitted in The Wattys. Let's see how it goes!
