{JJ's POV}

"Mommy?" I hear "Henry?" I asked "No." They say "Mason?" I ask "Guess again." They say "Lauren?" I asked "Yep." They say "That can't be possible Lauren died." I say as the tears roll down my cheeks "I did but I'm here. I have to talk to you." She says "How?" I asked "Just listen. They're going to come in here in about 5 minuets to check on you. Now when they check on you all they'll see is some blood on your face and hands. When they ask if you need anything say daddy and an ultrasound." She says "Lauren? Why?" I asked "Just do it ok. Oh and don't worry about Auntie Em, Garcia or Blake. They're ok." She says "Em is?" I asked "Yes. They're coming." She says "Mrs. Reid! Glad to see you're awake!" The doctor says "Do you need anything?" "Yes. I want to see my husband. And I need ultrasound. Can my kids come in?" I asked "How old are your kids?" They asked "6 and 2." I say "No sorry ma'am. Your husband can but not your kids. No one under 18." They say "Ok. His name is Spencer Reid." I say "Reid?" I hear them say "Henry go to Aaron. That's me?" I hear Spence say "Your wife wants to see you." They say "Here let me see Mason." I hear Derek say followed by footsteps "Spence." I say smiling as he walks in the room. He's been crying because his eyes are red and his cheeks are flushed. "Hey baby. I'm glad you're ok." He says coming to my side "We need to get an ultrasound." I say as he grabs my hand gently as he sits next to me "Why you're not pregnant?" He asked "I know but.. I have a feeling." I say as they bring in the monitor "Ok." He says as the lift up on shirt and put the jell on my stomach "Ok Jennifer-" they says "This will be cold. Got it." I say "How many do you have?" The nurse says "T- three." I say as Spence looks at me "One passed away." "Awe I'm sorry to hear that." She says scanning my stomach "Mrs. Reid when was the last time you-" she says as she stops scanning "Ma'am when was the last time you did it? Unprotected." She says "Uh what like a month ago?" I asked "Yeah." Spence says "Well you're pregnant. This is odd, but I can already tell what is it." She says "Really?" I asked "Yeah. Would you like to know?" She asked "Spence?" I asked "Let's do it." He says "It's a girl." She says smiling. I'm having another girl. "Thank you Lauren." I whisper just loud enough for me to hear "You're welcome mommy." She whispers back

{Emily's POV}

"Derek?" I asked "Mrs. Morgan! You're awake! That's good, do you need anything?" They asked "My husband." I say "Sure thing. Derek right?" They asked "Yes Derek Morgan." I say "Derek Morgan?" They say once in the hall "Yes that me." Derek says "Sir your son can't come." They say "Oh! No this is my friends son." He says. He must of had Mason or Henry in his lap. "Aaron?" He says "I got him, go on." He says then I hear footsteps "Emily." Derek says smiling his puffy eyes, and tear stained cheeks "Hey." I say "Ma'am we held off getting an X-ray until you woke up, we really need one. Is their a chance you could be pregnant?" The doctor asked "Can we check first?" Derek says "Yes sir. We need a ultrasound please." The doctor says to the lady in the hall as she brings in in the room. "Take my hand." Derek says as they put the stuff on my stomach. I do as he says and watch the screen. "Ma'am I'd like to tell you something." The doctor said "Yes what is it? Is something wrong?" I asked "No ma'am nothing's wrong." They say looking at the screen then back at me "You're pregnant."
