The book was intriguing to say the least, there were pictures of multiple different things scattered along the page, wizards/witches, wolves, and more. It had gold specks within each picture and it felt amazing to touch and was so gorgeous to look at too. The next page within the book was the table of contents giving me a list of what was in the further chapters of the book, listing a total of twelve chapters. Chapter one was about the basic history of the topic that i was to read which was soulmates. The second chapter was about background knowledge of werewolf mates/imprints and the difference between the two. Chapter three was about soulmates for witches and wizards, the fourth chapter was a more in depth discussion of the differences between them all.

Soulmates, imprints and mates because they were all different things you needed to know the difference between the three of them. Chapter five was titled powerful mates, soulmates and imprints, chapter six consisted of different kinds of soulmates, the lower ranked and the more powerful kind of soulmate/imprint/mate. Chapter seven was titled anumigus soulmates which is somewhat confusing if you will, but we will see when it comes to that chapter. Chapter eight was about the different cultures on the topic of soulmates, imprints, and or mates. Chapter nine was about the bond that came along with the entire soulmate, imprint and mate relations. Chapter ten was the emotions and feelings relating to towards the bond soulmates, imprints and mates have.

Chapter eleven was about how the soulmates, imprints, and mates complete the bonding ceremony or ritual. Chapter twelve was more in depth about how you feel towards your soulmate, imprint or mate and what age you typically find them. As i began to read the first chapter it started off telling me when soulmates were created. "People who believe in soulmates commonly accept that one will feel 'complete' once they have found their soulmate, as it is partially in the perceived definition that two souls are meant to unite. The term "soulmate" first appeared in the English language in a letter by Samuel Taylor Coleridge in 1822." And that doesn't even come close to when they were really created and how because that was only the year someone first mentioned the term.

It all actually came about when the gods and goddesses had some fight and were torn apart by war. When it came to spells and relation to it they needed to create stronger army's and stronger bonds, so they came up with combining of two souls into one. Which created the term mate or soulmate, the combining of two souls that would be brought together forever. The history behind the term imprint was retaliating to shape-shifters whether that be a wolf shifter, lion shifter or other kind of shifter. An imprint is another term of soulmate, but the ancestors pick for the shifter who they think will bring the strongest heir to the world and further the genes in each generation.

And imprinter also know as the shifter whom imprints on someone, they are meant to protect, love, and be whatever their imprint needs or wants in that moment in time. As described in the book it's said to be as though gravity shifts, that it's no longer gravity holding you to the earth, but your imprint. It also states that the imprinter will do anything, be anything their imprint needs whether it's a brother/sister, friend, or lover, but they will always protect their imprint. Also the book states that the pack of whatever kind of shape-shifter it is will protect their pack mates imprint with their life as well. The law in the shifter world states that no harm will come to the pack members imprint no matter what, but of course other supernatural beings can harm them in the end.

Next on topic came the witches/wizards soulmate/mate, the witch or wizard can feel the bond when they are in the same place as their other half. They can be in the same room and not even be able to tell who it is, but feel they are near them in that moment. The closer they are the stronger the feeling may be, although relating to the imprint bond the shifter will know who their imprint is the moment they make eye contact but of course it's different for witches and wizards.
