Author's Note: Hey, guys! So, this is where things are gonna start getting a bit more crazy. A new plot point is about to start up, some new drama's gonna start and, most importantly, someone else is gonna die. So, let's just get right on into it!

Gear's POV:

I'm pretty sure everybody's still in shock that Lizzie died. Add that to the fact that we're already halfway through the night...

And it's batshit crazy.

Oh, and Drama King over here is still being as insensitive as they come.

"I honestly think we should get used to the fact that we're all going to die, so let's just give up on saving ourselves." He badgers, not helping the situation.

Here's the thing; what if we want to save ourselves? Because that's exactly what I wanna do!

"OK, therefore, we ended our alliance with you and this is why we all want you dead!" Lia shouts, pretty ticked off right now.

"And also, is that the reason you and the twins are working with us now?"  Val asks, sounding pretty tired.

And boy, can I relate.

"Yeah," Veronica confirms.

"Can we just find this next artifact and get out of this place, please?! I'm getting sick of you guys fighting all the fucking time!" Oli growls.

OK, if even Oli's pissed off, this is a really bad thing.

So, we need to get moving.

Since 2 of our 3 artifacts so far have been in the lounge, we all conclude that the next artifact is probably outside at another location.

But, before we begin the next death mission, we obviously need to check the map.

Lia: 'So, we're looking at this map and there's a police station near Laceline Rockettes and the drugstore. How big is this town!?'

Whilst we try to figure out why the fuck there's a police station, Lia's trying to hit on me.

"So, Gear... what are you looking for in a girl?" She asks, walking her fingers up my arm.

"Um... here's the thing; I'm not really looking for anything in a girl... I have a girlfriend and she's stood 10 feet away from us." I respond, really confused.

Is she OK? Why is she hitting on me all of a sudden?

"OK, I'm going to need you to just... stop. I have a fucking girlfriend and we have shit to do." I command, pushing her off of me and walking away from the group, Lia following as we return to the team.

Val reads the note on the map to us.

It reads:

'The Stone Man worked at Laceline Rockettes before a drunken customer turned him to stone. He now wants blood to tear the stone walls down.'

"So, there's another thing trying to kill us now?" I question, very confused.

"Yeah. Isn't it obvious?" Zach bleats.

"OK, Zach, just shut up already or I will kick you." Lia threatened. We all went quiet.

Valentina: 'Well, that escalated quickly.'

And... Lia's back to hitting on me as we all head outside; she isn't having much success as I'm just trying to flat-out ignore her.

And I've had enough already.

"Lia, for the love of God, stop hitting on me! I have a girlfriend and she's literally stood right next to me!" I snarl, very annoyed at the whole situation.

"OK, no need to attract attention to us..." Oli bleats.

"Bitch, we haven't even found the artifact yet, so we're not attracting attention to ourselves!" Veronica argues, not being very helpful.

Lana: 'Whilst the group is arguing for no reason, I find a hammer on the table of one of the game stalls and it has a note tied onto it.'

"Guys, I found a hammer!" Lana shouts waving it in the air, somehow not dropping it on her head. 

Which I'm damn glad about because I don't want her to have a concussion.
But, anyway...

She reads the note on it and it reads:

'Around the game stalls in this carnival, there are boxes that can be broken with this hammer. Most of them are empty, but one of them contains the Stone Man's Gauntlet. Once the gauntlet is touched, the Stone Man will be released.'

Vanessa: 'So, based on what the note's saying and what's happening right now, I assume that our next artifact is this Stone Man's Gauntlet and our next guardian we need to defeat is the Stone Man. This isn't looking the brightest.'

"Wait, there's a box over here!" I point out, grabbing it and putting it on the stall where Lana was standing. 

She smashes the box open with the hammer; there was nothing in it.

"Hey, Gear!"  Lia shouts, waving her hand in the air. 

Everybody turns around.

Bitch, what are you here for now; to help us, survive... or just to be a bitch?

"Did you just come out of the oven?" Lia quips.

Um... what does this have to do with anything?

"Um.... no? I didn't see any and also, it's freezing out here!" I remark.

"Because you're hot." Lia denotes.

I'm sorry... didn't I just say, like, 2 minutes ago that I had a girlfriend?

"Lia, what part of 'I have a girlfriend' do you not understand?!" Veronica responds. 

Despite being The Cupid, she sure didn't ship this.
And goddamn, am I glad.

"Guys, whilst we did that, I found three boxes," Oli interjects, holding three boxes in front of his face.

Vanessa and Val grab one each and put them on the table.

Lana smashes them both; nothing in either of them.

Oli then puts the final one on the table, only for it to have the same result.

To clear the tension, we all begin to search.

Soon, Val found another box we need. 

"Got one! Wow, this is heavy!" She calls out, struggling to carry it.

"Don't worry, I got it," Zach mutters.

He takes the box out of her hands... and drops it on the floor right in front of her.

Wow, rude.

"Zach, what the hell?!" Lana fumes, approaching Zach.

She seemed downright furious; I should know, we've been together two years.

The next thing I knew, Lana slaps Zach across the face.

Now, that's the girl I know and love.

"The fuck was that for, you Russian hooker!?" Zach screams.

REALLY?! Really, Zach!?

Veronica: 'Oh, not this again. *She would facepalm.*'

"OK, you did not just say that in front of me!" Lana rages, getting more annoyed by the second.

"He called you that earlier, Lana. I'm going to leave it at that, though. It was when you were at the challenge." Vanessa interjects, trying to calm Lana down.

That was quick.

The twins come over and we all have to help in a sense or another to carry the incredibly heavy box to the stall.

Lana smashes the box open and inside is the Stone Man's Gauntlet.

By first instinct, she picks it up.

"Um... Lana?" Val asks, looking anxious.

"Yeah? What's going on?" She responds, looking confused and worried.

"You.... just released the Stone Man." Vanessa stutters.

Suddenly, there's this loud crash further uptown.

We turn around towards Laceline Rockettes and see...
