RECAP OF CHAPTER FOUR:

Once everyone was finished being traumatized and puking, Olivia started picking a fight with Mercedes, blaming her for yeeting Zeph into the oven. During the argument, Mercedes' eyes glowed an electric blue, and she began transforming into a werewolf. She threw Olivia around for awhile before Jules punched her in the face so hard, it knocked her out. Ally ran in and discovered a ring on Mercedes' finger, and realized that her father had connected her lifeline to that ring, and changes her into a werewolf if she's pissed off, or during a full moon. Ally even had Jules try on the ring, resulting in him transforming and fighting her for a bit before she took it off.

After a bit, Ally told the group that a man with his son ran in and was asking for help. Everyone ran downstairs and Mercedes realized that the son would turn into a werewolf (because of how he was attacked and bitten by one), and they all found a cure. Turned out, the father was the werewolf that attacked his son and he turned, taking off Mercedes' ring and almost causing her to die. He'd only give it back and give them the artifact, if they participated in another obstacle course. The last one to cross the finish line, died.

Long story short, Cody won and saved Mercedes and Hestia Montgomery ended up getting mauled by werewolves. Yea, I started to get lazy while recapping the chapter....sue me.

After everyone got some well deserved rest, Mercedes woke up the next morning to about twenty mannequins in the room, causing her to scream. It was very, very....creepy. What happens next? Only I know....
