"Holy One?" I heard Jason call me out from the door, knocking in process as I moved my view from the window to the door

"Come in!" I said, surely loud enough for for him to hear. Soon enough the door opened, revealing a man in full armor, aka Jason the lovely knight every Aetherianis woman fell in love with

Heck even my female advisers like him.

"Hey Jason! What's up?" I asked as I sat beside the window I was looking at

"You still need to continue your star reading Kyongso, you skipped your reading yesterday" he stated as he crossed his arms

Aww, no fair, today was supposed to be my rest day !

"What do you mean I skipped yesterday? I attended yesterday morning!" I stated and he chuckled. I looked at him in confusion as he shook his head

"So you did forget" he mumbled, causing me to get more confused "forget what?"

"You had an extra reading on the afternoon yesterday, that's what you forgot" he stated and I gasped

That's right! I was supposed to do advance star reading for the research of the 25th Starmaze!

"B-but...today's my rest dayyyyy" I whined, no way am I doing work today. Im flipping 17, give me a break

"No can do Kyongso, you're Holy One and you're on duty." He replied, like he's said the exact same words for more than a thousand times, which he may or may not have done...

"Im always on duty..." I whispered, which seems to have been heard by Jason and chuckled

"Alright Holy One, get up and lets go" he said, walking out of my room to the hallway

After yesterday, all us guardians were told to stay here in the 14th Starmaze and leave our advisers to rule our stars for the time being

Considering that the older and more experienced ones only had 5 advisers, they were alone, but us younger ones were told to go with our closest advisers and leave other 9 back at our star

I stared at the blank patterned wall as I thought of home. First of all, the 14th Starmaze was nothing like Aether, at all.

It was more like a mix of Erebus and Poros. Slightly dark yet very arranged.

I sighed for at least the 100th time before standing up from my bed and walking to the doors to exit my room, hoping to find any term of entertainment by walking outside.

All 16 advisers were outside, probably talking to each other as they scatter around the training field, which was quite far from here, and we were ordered not to leave castle grounds till we're told to.

Boring.

I sighed as I stuffed my hands inside my pockets, looking around the halls as I walk by.

I swear my ears perked when I heard a door being opened, then being closed after and I turned around, seeing the guardian of Thalassa our of her room

"Noona!" I exclaimed, which caught her attention. She turned to me with wide eyes, but returning back to normal when she saw me

She smiled at me and waved, walking towards me as I waved back

"Jeez! You scared me" she giggled and I giggled back "sorry~" I hummed out

"Its alright, now what are you doing out here?"

We were separated into groups, and I was with the guardians of Anake, Hypnos, Nyx, Pontos, Tartarus and Thalassa

I would be lying if I said I didnt want to be with the guardian of Chronos. He was cute, and really handsome, but I guess I'm out of luck today.

I'm just glad that Mira was here, and so were some others that I was close with, no doubt I'm still sulking both not being with Jaemin.

Oops.

"What do you think they'll ask us to do?" Asked Daesung as he looked at the door behind him

Basically, we were locked inside the room and we were told not to go outside until Yuta, guardian of Hermes, comes back and unlocks the door

"Im not sure, but lets just trust the others, they know what they're doing" I replied and the others nodded, everyone but the guardian of Nyx who was staring into space, and surprisingly the one who was supposed to be staring into space *cough* guardian of Hypnos *cough* wanst staring into space.

"Uh...Kangmae-ah, you alright?" I heard Daesung ask her, considering he was sitting closest to Kangmae, who snapped out and nodded casually

After a while of silence, a loud crash was heard outside, which caught all out attention as we all looked at the door

"Open the door..." a whisper was heard from Kangmae as she stared at the door with...tears in her eyes..?

"What?" Mira questioned, staring at Kangmae as if she was crazy as the others remained quiet, and so did I

"I said, open the door!" She exclaimed, which cause all of us to jump. We all know that Nyxirians were scary and fierce, especially when they're mad or pissed, heck even the people from Zeus are scared of Nyxirians, but I would never thought they were this fierce..

"D-do it.." I stuttered. Kangmae may sound crazy right now, but she was never wrong. And I know that she knows what she's doing

"Kyongso, not you too.." Daesung whispered as he stared at the door, as more crashing as heard outside

"Believe me, Kangmae was never wrong was she?" I asked, looking at everyone else as Kangmae remained silent with her head down

Everyone else shook their head no, and I smiled. "Then why dont we listen to her this time?"

"But how? We're basically locked in h—" before Mira could finish her sentence, a knock was heard outside

"Kids? Kids? Are you all alright?" A muffled voice was heard outside. Lord Ten.

Head snapping up, Kangmae stood up from her seat, causing everyone else to look at her as she took a key from her pocket

A key. A key!?
