I sat with my eyes fixed on Krysi's hospital room's marble floor, why on earth didn't she tell any of us?

What happened with her and the Harry guy? How did he end up getting her here?

Many unanswered questions kept rolling into my mind, what happened to my baby girl?

"Excuse me" a feminine calm voice said.

I turned away from dad to lay my eyes on the nurse waiting by the door.

"I'm here to check on Ms.Ramirez" the nurse proposed taking her steps into the room with the famous notepad held in her arms.

Dad nodded to her as I silently watched, mom and Maria just doing the same.

After a while of checking Krysi's pules and blood pressure she sighed loudly.

"Although the surgery was thankfully successful she is really fragile meanwhile, she will need a lot of rest." The nurse announced.

Mom looked at Krysi with her sad eyes as dad stood off of his chair walking to the nurse.

"Excuse me. How much did the surgery cost?" Dad asked worriedly.

"Oh? The surgery?" The nurse asked frowning to herself "It costs... $350,000 Sir" she answered looking through her notepad for the nth time.

I silently received an immense shock, I heard mom's gasp as dad stood there uneasy.

Wow, 350 thousand? My car and our house won't complete a 150 thousand dollars. It hit me like a truck, now I know why you chose not tell anyone. Not easy you're Krystal.

"When is the due date for the cost's submission?" I heard dad's question as I looked at them attentively.

"Due date? But Sir, it's already paid" she said flipping through her notepad with the same confused expression plastered on her face, right now we all had the same frown displayed on our features too.

"Already paid?" Mom asked standing off her chair and letting go of Krystal's weak hands in the process.

"Yes Ma'am, the full cost has been submitted just after the doctor announced the success of this surgery" she assured.

"Who paid?" Dad cut in asking.

The nurse flipped through her notepad once more now reaching its end and fixing her eyes on the bottom right corner of the note.

"Mr. Edward Styles, Sir" she informed.

Still not over the shock, none of us, we stayed by Krysi's side.

Its been hours but she didn't wake up yet, I glanced at Maria to find her eyes fixed, frozen on Krystal's being.

The scene of her opening Krystal's gift on her birthday suddenly popped into my mind as I remembered the huge smile on her face.

"She is going to come back, better than before" I assured yet uncertain of my own words. I hugged her as she laid her head on my chest. It broke me seeing them like this.

She nodded at me weakly before I heard mom's gasp, I turned away from Maria to look at mom.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw Krysi's hands doing a sight movement.

I felt Maria straighten up beside me as dad followed doing the same, is she awake?

Slowly Krystal moved her head as her eyes tried to flutter open.

Just when she opened then her face grimaced and she immediately shut them again trying to avoid the bright light filling the the room.

She tried moving her hands up to her eyes, likely to block out the light raise, she hissed in pain.

"Are you okay Krysi?" Mom asked holding her unmoving hand.

Slowly, she opened her eyes again meticulously copping with the bright light.

I bend my back forward towards her in a yearning manner, she slowly scanned her surroundings.

"Are you okay honey?" Mom asked hurriedly.

"Auntie? Yeah--ah" she hissed in pain as she tried moving.

"Just stay," I said firmly stabilising her on the bed properly, we made eye contact but I broke it off quickly.

I just feel mad, mad for her.
Why did she act so careless towards herself? Why did she lie to us?

"Did I do a surgery?" She asked timidly, dad slowly nodded to her.

"How much did it coast? " she asked hurriedly

"We covered that sweetheart you don't have to worry about that, " Dad told her.

As if she remembered something; she started looking around restlessly.

"Where is Harry?" She asked weakly, I sensed fear in her voice.

"He left" I replied.

She looked away, a tear followed by another started dropping out of her eyes.

What happened between them?

Her cries broke me I hated seeing her like this I am so going to kill this Harry guy she loved him so much if he did her wrong, but then again he paid for her surgery.

What are they to each other, is it their first meeting today? Did they meet before?

And where is Mariam? Aren't they supposed to be living together?

I didn't want to pressure Krystal now is not a good time. She needs rest and I needed answers, shortly soft steady knocks came on the door.

Maria opened the door and in came 4 young girls one of them I recognised as Mariam.

"Gabi!! " Krystal choked on her cries.

"OMG we were so scared " the girl cried.

"Selene, " Krystal spoke apologetically. I haven't seen these girls before though quite sure Krysi did mention these names before.

"Sorry we bugged in like this, I am Cece we are Kryatal's friends" the girl said.

Mom and Dad greeted them; they hovered around Krystal for a hug.

"Mom let's go get the girls something to eat, " I told Mom silently telling her we should leave them alone.

Mom nodded as Dad and Maria followed us, outside. Krystal looked at me apologetic. She knows I am mad.

I shook my head walking out.

I am going to deal with her later, right now I need answers. Only I don't freaking have any idea how to get to this Harry guy. Tracking him is going to be easier than finding socks ,but talking to him is going to be harder than Kanye being president 2020.

But something tells me he'll come back.
