It's okay if you had a bit of a rough day. It's okay if you want to scream "why me?" at the world every now and then. It's okay to be mad.

It's okay if you wanna cry. It's okay if you just need some alone time. It's okay to be sad.

It's okay if you have panic attacks. It's okay if your throat closes up and you feel like you can't breathe. It's okay to be anxious.

It's okay if you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. It's okay if you get so happy some people find it annoying. It's okay if you don't like to interact with strangers. It's okay if you break down.

It's okay to have feelings. Your emotions are valid. If anyone tells you otherwise, they obviously need to sort out their own problems before they go shoving their foul opinions down innocent people's throats.
