While going to Semester exam, a boy stopped Sivaangi in college. He is studying in the same college with Sivaangi but she didn't have any idea about him.

Arun-"Hi Sivaangi, Nan Arun (Hi Sivaangi, I'm Arun)"

Sivaangi just looked at him but uttered a single word.

Arun--" unaku enna theriathu aana enaku unna therium. ennaku unna romba pudichuruku. enaku ithuku munnadi love at first sight la nambikkai illa, but una pathathum athu unmai-nu nambiten. I love you SIvaangi, ne udane solanum-nu illai. Nalla yosichu sollu (You never know me, but I know you. I don't believe in the concept of love at first sight. But it's true, I like you as soon as I see you. Think properly and say.)" , saying this he went without looking at her. 

But Sivaangi's body trembles like anything else and slowly fell unconscious. Ashwin ran to her and did his best to wake her up, but was unsuccessful. He brought her to the hospital, told Raju and Rakshan. 

In Hospital, 

Raju-"papa enga da (Where is she)?"

Rakshan--" thangam enga(Where is she)?"

Ashwin--"ulla than iruka, rest eduthutu iruka. Adhiga stress la irukura nu Doctor sonaru. Trips yeritu iruku. poi paarunga (She's resting in that room. Doctor said that she was more stressed out. Take a look.)"

They rushed inside the room.

Raju--"ennachu ma(What happened)?"

Rakshan--"Ethunalum enkita solirukalamla, ennachu da ma(Why didn't you tell me, What happened)?"

Sivaangi--"Inaiku Arun nu oruthan pesinan, love panren nu sonnan, apuram enaku oru mathiri... mulichu paatha inga iruken, Ashwin pakathula irunthar,anna. Ippo nan nalla iruken thangam.(A boy named Arun proposed me, then I felt like.... When I wake up, I'm here with Ashwin behind me. I'm all right, Thangam. relax Brother)"

Raju--"enaku call panirukalam-la (Why didn't you call me?)"

Sivaangi--"Sorry Anna", the same moment Ashwin came inside. Rakshan too got a call and excused himself.

Rakshan--"Maya, nan ippo hospital la iruken, apuram pesuren (Maya talk to you later, I am in hospital Now.)"

Maya--"Ennachu, ippo udane cut panna, enaku pathatama irukku (What happened? I'm getting a bit nervous.)"

Rakshan--"Onnum illa, Pappa ku oruthan propose paniruken, pappa bayathula mayangita avlo thaan. (Nothing. A guy proposed to her, and she went unconscious into fear.)"

Maya--"oh, ippo enna panna poreenga(Oh What are you going to do Now)?", Ashwin came to call Rakshan as well..

Rakshan--" paiyan nalla irukana-nu paka vendiathu thaan. unmaiya love panna kalyanam pannivaika vendiathu thaan. ava nalla vaalratha pathathum namma kalyanam thaan. (If he appears to be a good boy and his love is real, then we should accept it. Once she's married and has begun her life, our marriage will happen as well.)", He spoke enthusiastically of triggering Ashwin. But Ashwin never reacted.  They went through their formalities and went home.

The next day Maya was invited and she came to Rakshan' s home. Everyone welcomed her whole-heartedly and easily mingled with hers. Within minutes, they began their teasing session as well, making Rakshan and Maya a human tomato.

But soon the climate changed there, everyone felt a little chill there, but it wasn't bothering them. They took many photographs as memories. Malini informs everyone that she is pregnant and it is confirmed, after a telephone call. Everybody's on cloud nine hearing the good news, and started teasing her. The days went by like this, and Maya used to visit Rakshan' s home two days once and took care of everyone too.

Sivaangi College has begun. The boy Arun, who proposed to her, disappeared that day. And a rumor started spreading that it was only because Sivaangi Arun disappeared. It was broadcast by the girls who were jealous of the closeness of Ashwin and Sivaangi. 

Later, the news spread everywhere, and Arun's parents filed a complaint that Sivaangi was the primary suspect. The police came to take Sivaangi into custody. Raju and Rakshan looked for a lawyer. Ashwin submitted every detail of their presence in the hospital to the police, and then Sivaangi was relieved of the case.

At home,

Rakshan-- "Thangam"

Sivaangi-- "Kavalapadatha thangam. Yaro panna thappuku nan yen kavala padanum. Enaku antha Arun kidaicha pothum, paavam avan amma romba aluguranga, athu thaan kavalaia iruku. mathapadi vera onnum illa (Don't worry, Thangam, Why should I suffer for others' mistakes? I just want Arun to be caught. His mother is crying, and I am only thinking about that.)"

Raju-"ne payabuduva nu ninachom (We thought you would be scared)"

Sivaangi-"Theriala enaku ippo bayama illa. Athu thaan neenga ellarum irukeengalae. (Don't know how, but im not scared.)" Then she looked at Ashwin and told "I will not punish myself for others mistakes." Ashwin smiled at her and thought, 'This is what I want, and that is happening'. He wanted her to face it boldly, and slowly she was attaining it.

The following day, Arun's body was recovered. There is no blood in the body, and the head has been rotated backward. It looks like some ghost shot Arun.

 Again, this also spreads as Sivaangi is followed by a ghost and it kills whoever approaches her. Sivaangi is very upset by the rumors, but she was relieved that no one approached her. But later, she was stressed out when everybody started leaving her, and so they behaved as if they saw a ghost. Ashwin did his best to distract Sivaangi and managed to do some of it through his naughtiness.

Another boy took this as a challenge and followed her home. He then proposed to her in front of Raju and Rakshan and also told them that he would marry her. That day, he was killed, and his body was in the same condition as Arun's. It literally broke Sivaangi, and everyone at college is afraid of her. She was devastated and depressed. She quit her education and stayed home.

Later, she too sensed a shadow following her. Often she felt somebody behind her in the middle of the night and screamed like anything in fear. Similarly, one day she doesn't seem to be sleeping and appears to be terrified of it.

She was tied with the holy thread, and taken good care of her. Ashwin resigned his job and took care of Sivaangi, Malini and the baby. Rakshan and Raju felt his love towards them.

On holidays Raju will look after of Malini and Rakshan will look after of Jeevan and Obviously Ashwin will look after of Sivaangi. Because of her mid-night screaming's, Ashwin slept with her, whereas Rakshan would sleep with the baby.
