You were at the shopping centre with Belle, mainly window shopping since you didn't have a lot of money. You were talking and talking and laughing about all sorts, when suddenly Belle stopped and stared at something behind you.

"What?" You asked, frowning slightly.

"Nothing..." She said, obviously lying.

"Belle, you're a terrible liar." You rolled your eyes at her.

"Just don't turn around, okay?" She said. Being the person you are, you did exactly that, but instantly regretted it. There was your boyfriend, with another girl, kissing her. Without thinking, you stormed right up to him and slapped him. Hard.

"We're through." You spat, before turning and walking away. You and Belle got the bus back to the village, you being extremely quiet the whole way there. All you wanted to do was curl up into a ball and cry.

"I'll come and see you later on, yeah?" Belle said, as you stopped just outside her house.

"Yeah." You muttered. Belle gave you a sympathetic smile, before going inside. She would've stayed and comforted you, but Zak and Lisa wanted her home. As soon as Belle was gone, your eyes filled with tears. You started walking home, with your head down in hopes that no-one would see you crying, when you bumped into someone.

"Oi, watch where your bloody- [Y/N]?" It was your older brother, Ross.

"Oh, hey, Ross." You said, hoping he wouldn't realise you were crying. Unfortunately, that didn't work out.

"Why are you crying?" He frowned in concern.

"I'm not?" You said as more of a question.

"What happened?" He asked. You took a deep breath.

"He... He cheated on me." You stuttered, tears finally falling. Ross's jaw visibly clenched.

"That asshole." Ross growled. He was about to go and find your now-ex-boyfriend and bit him to a pulp, but then he saw your tear-stained face and decided he'd deal with it later.

"C'mere," He pulled you in for a hug, holding you tightly as you sobbed, "It's okay, you didn't deserve him." He kissed your head and hugged you tighter. Let's just say that later that day, your cheating ex got what he deserved.
