"It's 8 A.M.! I FORGOT TO WAKE UP EARLY!" Lana screamed and sat up on her bed.
Hailey blinked a few times trying to get used to the bright light that shone in the room and opened one eye lazily to look at her ranting sister as she groaned and threw a pillow at her.

"We start from today evening, idiot." She mumbled but loud enough for Lana to hear and turned her back to sleep again.

"Oh...geez.." Lana fell back on her bed and returning back to sleep in no time.

Rebecca knocked on Liam's bedroom and entered to find him sleeping.
"Time to get up."
But he still continued sleeping. She pulled him by his ears as he wriggled under her grip and tsking every now and then.

"I'm awake! Let me go Bec!"

"Better be downstairs in thirty. You've to work overtime for yesterday's leftover. You told me to remind you."

" Fine."

Rebecca closed to door behind her and left. Liam ran a hand through his hair as he started at the gray wall of his room for a few seconds. He yawned and pushed the silk bedsheets off him. He picked up his towel from the closet and went into the washroom for a bath.

After showering, he entered his walk-through closet which was full of his collection of branded white shirt and black suits with different matching tie. He put on his Rolex watch and adjusted his tie, putting down his tight collar. He stared at his reflection and brushed back his hair, a few damp black strands covering a part of his forehead.
Content with himself and his get up, he smirked at himself as he walked out of his room and went straight to the dining room downstairs.
Rebecca was unpredictable and scary sometimes. He was well aware of that but he knew she had a softer spot for him than Ethan.

Two plates of oatmeal cinnamon pancakes and an almond milk smoothie was place on the huge 20 seater table. The chef was aware of the exact same breakfast he would have every morning. It was under Rebecca's instructions. He sighed and ate his food in silence until Ethan joined him soon.

"Complete all the pancakes today. Bec doesn't seem like she's gonna let you off the hook today. Something might have pissed her to get her in this mood."

"Whatever Ethan."

The black BMW stood in front of the porch as they elegantly entered the car. Faint old music played in the car as the engine started and they took off for their busy day at office.

Lana dozed off on her bed as Hailey came out of the restroom after doing her makeup.
It was 10 in the morning.
Lana walked sleepily into the bathroom and freshened up. She wished if only everyday of her life was like this.

They went downstairs and soon found Rebecca in the kitchen, laughing with a few maids. She was ready to leave for work too. Exchanging good mornings, Rebecca instructed the head maid to give them the introduction of the rooms especially the library and Ethan and Liam's office in the mansion. After a quick breakfast, they were ready for the visit.

Rebecca left after a while and they accompanied the maid who introduced herself as Kelly for the house tour. It was probably gonna take them a few hours to get a full glimpse of the mansion.

But unlike that, Kelly showed them the rooms which Lana and Hailey might be needing. She skipped a few rooms saying 'restricted'. Hailey wanted to ask what was those rooms about but she knew that she wouldn't be answered in return. As they turned on their heel for the stairs, they were mesmerized by the paintings that were hung on the wall.

Author's Note: I know that I'm updating very less these days and I'm sorry about that. It's just that my schedules are messed up and it's taking time to get into my old schedule.
