Anyways, this is my entry for WhiteTheDragoness with th Mountain Fluffies!

Basic info:

Name: Mountain Fluffie

Bio/habitat: Evanescent glacier (including the forest beneath the glacier, named Pine Palace) just West of Mornings peak (if this doesnt work let me know White)

Skills/abilities/attributes:
Hooked claws,
warm fur,
able to 'shed' their fur during warming months,
smaller than the average fire Fluffie,
smaller wings,
very strong for their size.
if warm/cold enough, can breath a superheated steam, or a subzero mist (kinda like frost breath) this only applies to certain members of this Fluffie species.
Big feet/paws.

Body colours:

Horns: any tone on the yellow, grey or sometimes blue.
(rarely white horns)

Main body: Transitions to a lighter fur colour during the winter, (ex. Darker grey to lighter grey)
Tail/hind legs darker than neck/forelegs
Generally browns, greys, and white colouring, rarely light blues.

Manes: the mane colour of these guys are dependent on which season that the dragon was born in. So for example,
Blues and whites are for winter months
Greens and pinks are for spring months
Reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows are for summer months
Browns, oranges, and reds are for fall months.

The tones can vary

Wings: the wings will basically transition very closely to whatever the mane colour is. Very rarely will it occur that a dragon has different coloured wings and mane.

Mouth/tongue:
The tongue or mouth will often correspond with the mane colour.

Eye colour:
The eye colour can vary, shades of purple, green and blue are all common, reds, blacks, browns and greys are uncommon, and whites, blind, or pink eyes are rare.

Breath powers.
Only dragons born in the dead of winter, or the middle of summer are capable of acquiring a breath power.
Winter: subzero mist
Summer: Super-heated steam
The breath power generally drains the dragon fast, and the strongest breath power dragonets are born on the winter and summer Equinoxes

Mountain fluffies can climb amazingly with their hooked claws, allowing them to grip wood, ice and stone alike. They can scale sheer cliffs if they wanted to! They have tremendous strength compared to the average fire fluffie, although they are smaller. Mountain fluffies horns continue to grow all of their lives, often only stopping when broken or reached its max, occurring when the Mountain Fluffie is old.

The only real gender appearance difference is that males have a soml tuft of hair underneath their chins.

Mountain fluffies manes are often spiky and wild.

Often Mountain Fluffies will drill holes in their horns for jewelry. Feathered piercings are not uncommon, and nether are necklaces.

Mountain fluffies have big paws for walking in the snow, their feet gain extra fur in the winter, causing them to have a snow-shoe like qualities.

Mountain fluffies are allied with the cave fluffies, and dont really enjoy the company of the fire or garden fluffies.

Their main village is called Pine Palza, as it is a series of tree houses below their glacier, where they lay their eggs.

The glacier is a very sacred place for the Mountain Fluffies, as this is where they lay their eggs. Mountain Fluffies are very ceremonial when it comes to hatching, and have many superstitions about newborn dragonets and newly laid eggs. For example, an egg must not be placed in the sun for its first 10 days of development, and must be covered in snow instead. No one is quite sure why, but this helps them develop.

'Unearthed' is the term for an egg that is shone at the sun within the first 10 days of being laid.
