Vipers:

Adrienne - Sprouted a pair of large white wings that she keeps hidden because she doesn't know how to use them. In the event that she eventually learns how to use them she can fly.

Alex - He can read minds. Alex can sense the thoughts of other people, usually hearing them like ordinary speech, but possibly by other senses such as sight. Usually, they sense the surface thoughts (including other mental communications), but they can also learn to push farther into subconscious and memories.

Colton - Electrokinesis. He can create, shape and manipulate electricity.

Maria - Telekinesis. She can influence/manipulate/move objects/matter with her mind.

Blake - Aquakinesis. He can breathe under water and can create, shape and manipulate water.

Rihana - Hypnosis Mic. A defensive barrier which blocks physical attacks

Reapers:

Esmeralda - Ability to create illusions and temporarily distort reality. She can make people see something that's not actually there.

Jasmine - she can create storms, specifically based on her surrondings, like outside it's a rain, ice, or sand storm, inside it's either electrical or wind. The downsides are that the storms can cause unnecessary damage when she can't control them and on the opisite end of the spectrum they can be really weak if she's distracted or just unlucky

Roselind - Empath. The power to fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others. Just by touch, she can feel what others are feeling or alter/numb a feeling, for example pain, by taking it for herself.

Lilith - She can't read minds per say but she is basically a human lie detector. 

Mason - Hypnosis Mic. Multiplying the strength of and returning the hits he's taken

Marielle - Feels specially connected to nature and animals. She is able to understand the speech or emotions of animal life forms.

Yukishiro - Unleashing the enormous amount of power which is able to take out the enemy in one hit.

Lauren - (UNKNOWN)

Alexus - Shielding powers. She is immune to any kind of  attack, her mind cannot be read. When properly controlled she can expand her power to shield others around her.

Julian - Hypnosis Mic. Healing target's body and mind

Lea - Aquakinesis. Leah has the ability to form water and control it to some extent. However, it is extremely exhausting for them and they might pass out or even die if they use it too much. 

Marco - Shape shifter (lycanthrope). Ability to transform into a rather large wolf on command (after learning how to control it). Also comes with very short temper, strength and the ability to heal faster.

Angela - Pyrokinesis. User can create, shape and manipulate fire. Can be dangerous if not controlled properly. It can be very difficult to control as it takes a great deal of effort and concentration since losing control for even a second can be fatal. She's resistant to fire.

Ace - Acoustokinesis. He has the ability to manipulate sound and sound waves.

Elizabeth - Banshee. She can feel when someone has died and can predict when someone is close to death usually by entering a trance-like state that draws her to those who are dead or near-death along with premonitions that let her know about the deaths and a banshee scream that can be used as a weapon or to trigger her divination powers.

Anastasia - Mermaid. When exposed to water Ana grows a mermaid tail, she can breathe under water and can create, shape and manipulate water. She can also emit irresistible sound that lures anyone who hears it towards the user and, when mastered, can be use to put people in a trance-like state.
