I need all of you who currently have a trainee(s) under this company to PM me/comment 1-5 character flaws for each character you currently have on here. They don't have to be huge (e.g. iljin, participated in underaged drinking), but send at least one. It's also kind of a check to see if y'all are active (though I'm pretty sure you are since this only started a couple days ago).

UPDATE: I'm going to try and explain this better. What I need is for you to PM me/comment and tell me 1-5 things that are NOT good about your character (eg. he/she can be a little judgmental). This WILL come into play once I actually start writing. It will make the characters more real. And they don't have to be SUPER bad (eg. he/she smoked underaged, robbed a store, etc.)
