"Nanny hai uske liye" Vidyut replied in a very stern tone..he climbed to the driver seat and immediately fastened his seat belt avoiding her presence beside him..( Nanny is there to take care of him)

"Dekho Vidyut I can understand your pain.. I know it's a great loss that doesn't mean ki.."she tried to explain, leaned her head to the car window to his side before she got cut off by his action next..

Avoiding to spare a single glance over Avni he took a deep breath and Vidyut ignited his car engine..
clutching on the steering wheel tightly, his jaw tightened. He sucked a long breath, his eyes right on the road ahead and next moment he drove off leaving Avni standing their helplessly..

She straighten her back gazing the path he passed through..
"Aryan needs you Vidyut" she whispered coherently in a deep sigh, walked inside her house, and then closed the door dropping her face sadly..

Avni was leaning against the balcony glass door seeping her evening coffee. She threw her gaze, stared at the view outside, at that orangish hue spread all over the sky. The sun setting down the horizon afar..

"Mamma Mamma!!" Arya called Avni tugging her sweat pant fabric standing beside her, caused break her state of reverie.

"Humm!!" Avni replied still being lost in the moment partly.

"Mammaa!!"Arya yelled lil louder this time to attract her attention away the balustrade towards him.

Avni hitched a bit breaking her trance..she saw Arya is standing looking up at her beside..she gave a smile before leaning to him and picked Arya in her arms..

"Mom where are you lost!! I have been calling you since 5mins"said Arya looking at Avni keenly..

"Awwww I'm so sorry baby.."she pouted breaking her smile..

"Mom I'm stuck counting the number of rows.. it's going over my head can you please help me solving it.."Arya stated calculating something moving his fingers...

Avni furrowed her eyebrows at him and then her eyes fell on his hand..she saw a folded book in his hand which is now on her shoulder held by Araya..

"Going over Ur head!!where do you learn these kinds of phrase baby.."she chuckled..

"Ar-arrrrgg Mowwwm I told you I'm not a baby.."he frawned creasing his forehead showing his disappointment by his Mom's statement...

Her laughter became louder watching his antics..

"Okkky baba u r a grandpa!! happy!!" Avni replied pulling him upward more tightly in her arm..
"Now come let's sit on the bed.."
Carrying him in her arms she walked towards the bed..she put down Arya on the matress and sat beside him..

Within some minutes later..

"Mamma it's so easy, let me colour the odd one then.."saying this happily Arya got down off the bed and rushed out leaving her room in a speedy steps..

"Aarya don't run baby.." Avni shouted seeing him running out of her room but Arya has already gone..
She shook her head smiling Acni stared at the door Arya left for few seconds before she opened her laptop on her lap leaning against the headrest and glued her eyes on the screen..

Around 7pm..Her pH rang..

"Haa bol Juhi.." she received the call keeping her eyes on the laptop screen...

"Arey main Juhi nahi puttar Bubbly aunty bolrai hu.."Bubbly aunty chuckled on the other side..( hey I'm not Juhi here I'm bubbly aunty has called you)

"Haa aunty boliye.."Avni straightened her back hearing her voice.. ( Yes Aunty)

"Sunna.. tujhey to patae hai Puttar Juhi ki shaadi tae ho chuki hai to aur lagbhag teen haftey baaki hai.. ( Avni Puttar you have heard already that Juhi is getting married and only three weeks left more)
Main tujhse milne ayungi parr phirbhi call Kiya taaki tu free rahein shadi k kuch din..( though I'll come to meet you but before that I had to call you so that you could take leave for those ritual days)
Dekh Avni mujhey pata hai ki tu bahot busy rehti hai tere reasearch Ko lekar parr main koi bahana nahi sunnewali tujhey aanahi hoga aur woh bhi 4din pura rehegi tu humsab k saath..( I know Avni you are always busy regarding your research. still I'm not going to listen any justified excuses over this topic..you will have to be with us till around 4days)

Arya ko bhi kinte din hogaya dekha nahi pehle mahine mein ekbaar aunty se milne atithi parr ajkl humsabko ekdam bhulgayi hai tu.. ( it has been long time I haven't met Arya. We haven't met. We used to meet once in a month but nowadays you have totally forgotten us)
Teri mammabhi busy hai ajkl bahot..Papaji ki kripa se kush hai, khub Sara mehnat karti hai apne shop k pichey.. usne kaha business achha chalrah hai.. call kiya tha mainu kal.." Bubbly aunty sighed..( your Mamma is also very busy these days. She is happy by the grace of God. She is working hard to set up her shop.she has called me, said it's going quite well.)

"okkay baba Aunty relax I'll come definitely..
"Juhi is getting married and I won't be there how could you think that"Avni giggled..
"Waise mummy ne kya kaha!!" She asked being a lil curious..

"Usne promise Kiya mainu ki ayegi..maine aaj India mein hamarey jitney bhi relatives hai sabko invitation card courier kar diya hai teri mamma ko bhi send kardiya.." Bubbly aunty informed..( She has promised me that she will come surely. I have couriered invitation card to all my relatives I have in India including your Mamma)

"Ookkky I'll talk to mamma and we'll be right there soon"she said in an assuring tone..

"Okkay Me and your Uncle will see you this Sunday..Arya se bhi milna hai mainu..see you then ..bye.." Bubbly aunty smiled on the other side and cut the call..

Avni kept her pH aside on her bed started doing her work back..

"Haan Neela woh pista barfi bhi 20dede Neilko bahot pasand hai.."Bebe took out the cash and gave it to Neela behind the counter in a huge sweets stores in one of the biggest malls in the Town..( Yes Neela pack some around 20pieces kaju barfi. Neil's favourite it is)

Neela packed it and handed to Sweta standing beside Bebe..

"Neelaji aapki dukaan ke mithae chorke mere Pati aur beta koi aur meethae khateyhi nahi..( Neelaji my son and husband never gulp any other sweets except from here)
Khanese phehle dekhlenge ki box me Mehta Sweets likha hai ki nahi, nahito sweets ko touch bhi nai karenge..sachmein bahot nakhre hai inke.."she rolled her eyes then laughed..
( They would always see the tag on the sweet box first whether there written Mehta Sweets or else they won't touch it. they have such tantrams you know)

Neela gave a soft smile.."achha laga sunke ki unhe hamari dukan ki mithae itni pasand hai.." ( I'm glad to know that they only prefer the sweets from this place)

"Arey sabko pasand hai..
Aivae nahi atey itne dur durse log methae kharidne.."Bebe exclaimed..( yeah everyone love sweets from this place..or else people won't be travelled those long ways)
"Waise teri beti Kaisi hai aur uska beta!!"Bebe gave a warm smile..( btw how's your daughter and her son)

"Donohi thik hai..main jayungi uske pass kuch dino k liye.."Neelama replied putting the sweets inside the box for them.. ( they are absolutely doing well..I have thought to go to meet them for some days)

"Achha!!apki beti London main rehti hai na!!"Sweta stared at Neela questionably.. ( ooh Yess isn't your Daughter leaves in London!!!)

Neela shook her head gently gestured yess giving a soft smile..

"Ab chal Sweta bahot der hogayi hai 9baj chukey hai Mandir jana hai dhup bhi bahot hai aaj..chaal.."Bebe hurried Swata to leave.. ( come Sweta let's go it's already 9 in the clock. The sunrays are so bright today spreading heat all over. We have to leave for Mandir as soon as possible.)

"Haan Bebe chaliye..Neela ji bye.." Sweta took the sweet box from her hand.. ( yes bebe letd leave)

" Bye..fir anna.. agli baar mishti doi try karna Bengal se mangwaya hai.." Neela raised her voice a bit after them(Bye please do visit again. Next time must try the Misti doi, it has been brought from Kolkata 😋)

"Okkky haan zaroor.." Sweta replied raising her hand in response backfacing Neela left the shop..

Bebe and Swata left..

Neela got busy with her other customers..

"Neil chal na aaj club chalte hai bawhat din hogaya ek boond daaru nahi utra galey se.." Ali said enthusiastically.. ( Neil let's bang the club today.. it's been decades I have gulped a single drop of alcohol. I have remembered last.

Neil was signing some documents tucking his pH between his left ear and shoulder..his one hand is held a pen and another held the documents file so that it can't be move while pressing the pen on the paper..
"humm.."he replied signing the pages of some document that has handed over him by his PA..

"Ye kya humm humm laga rakha hai..aarah hai ki nai!!"Ali raised his voice a bit on the other side.. ( what the fuck you are humming damn!! are you coming or not)

Neil signed the last paper then closing the file he forwarded it to his PA Miss.Abraham..
she took the file and left Neil's cabin closing the door behind..

He held his pH properly in ear then said..
"Arey haan I'll be there but it shall be around 10pm.. I have lined up meeting today till 9..so I won't be able to make it before that.."

"Arey ussey pehle merabhi nahi hoga I'll also leave the office around 10.. ( Dude even before that hour I won't be available)
Dude ajto blast karenge!!"his tone sounded mischievous.. ( we will have blast today)

"Raj Joy Monish all are coming and kk will also be there as well his Pub after all..Thora college Ko bhi firse yaad karlenge aaj sab mastikhors.."Ali laughed being excited on the other side..

Neil released a soft sigh..
'Yup see you all then.."he loosened his tie a bit leaned his back on his leather chair..

"Okkay chal bye.."Ali cut the call, put down his pH and got engrossed back in his work..

They often meet their college buddies whenever they get time..
