''Why are you going Sammy?'' Anusha asked , her face gloomy. Sam cupped her small face in her palms, ''We will meet soon sweet heart!''

''When?'' That came from Anya

''Soon, I promise.'' She pulled the two girls into a loving hug. The girls lifted their tiny arms for Neil. He smiled, squatted and hugged them tight, ''Love you both.'' He then turned to his friends, ''Now, since we promised our two little friends that we are going to meet soon, you two better hurry.'' Arjun smiled and gave him a tight hug.

''Sam, I am sorry for everything and I am apologising to you too Radhika.'' The two friends looked at each and then at Arjun in surprise

''Why suddenly?'' Sam asked

''Well, I think I would never want any kind of pain to touch my girls and I didn't realise in my madness I gave pain not just to you but your families too.''

''Someone has rightly said, A man understands a female the day he fathers one and you have two. The world's most beautiful ones.'' Neil said. Sam gave Arjun a friendly hug, ''You know what Mr. Mehra, you are an amazing dad.'' They took their leave with a promise to see each other again.

Neil was still smiling recalling the union with his friends, the life which seemed to have turned upside down was now back in track.

''They love you so much.'' Neil said looking at lost Sam. She smiled, ''You know Neil, Radhika is their mother but me and Nandini di were there in every moment. I saw them growing up into beautiful girls, they gave me the smiles when I was in tears. So , yes I love them too.''

 Neil took Sam's hand into his, ''I want one of ours too.''

She gaped at him, ''Are you serious? I mean, if you want time I am fine with it.''

''No, I don't. I too want my family.'' Sam smiled and nodded, feeling elated she hugged Neil tight.

''Daddy, Cinderella stroy today.'' The girls clapped in excitement. That was one story they wanted a lot. Arjun started narrating the story, when he got completely involved it, he was interrupted, ''Daddy, you said Cinderella wore a blue dress , then how did it turn pink?''

Arjun blinked he actually couldn't recall what colour he mentioned the last time about the ball dress but since the question had been popped he had to answer it now,''You don't wear the same dress daily right, so she also changed.''

Radhika pressed her lips, it was fun too watch Arjun answering all their questions patiently. She found hard to believe he was the the same man she irritated all those years and back and he would lose his temper at the snap of fingers. 

He caressed their head as they dozed off. He sat there watching them sleep, a kind of daily ritual. Radhika tapped his shoulder, ''We too should sleep.'' He nodded

Radhika placed her head on Arjun's shoulder as his fingers started massaging her scalp, ''Where are you lost?'' Radhika asked

''I was thinking about the best schools in Mumbai.'' Radhika lifted her head up, gaping at Arjun, ''Your expression was as if your company is facing a big crisis, and all you are worried about is school.''

''Hey, that's the most important thing. My girls should get the best.'' He sounded defensive

''There is a world other than your daughters.'' She said , her indication towards self

He smiled, ''But they come first.'' Their eyes locked, she grinned wide. Placing her head back on to chest she said, ''You are actually a very good father.''

''I want to be the best. You should also initiate your resignation soon.'' She nodded closing her eyes, she too wanted to go back and soon.

Rajeev paced his cabin nervously, he had decided to speak to Radhika whereas Nandini was going to speak to Arjun. Radhika knocked his cabin door, he smiled gesturing her to walk in, ''How are you this morning?''

''I am good! Thank you! What about you?'' He asked , trying all to cover his nervousness.

''Is everything fine Rajeev? You don't look yourself.''

He huffed, ''yes I am not. I have been building up the courage to speak to you about something.'' She frowned and waited for him to proceed, ''Radhika, we...I mean me and Nandini are planning to get married.''

Radhika watched him unable to react, she wasn't sure how to react, ''When did this happen? And how come you didn't tell me? This is about Nandini di and I am suppose to know all.'' She looked mad

''We decided to keep it low till we were sure. Now, we want to spend rest of our lives together.''

She thought, it was a good thing. All Nandini did was giving love and support to others, she never complained but Radhika knew there was an emptiness around her, ''Are you planning to bring her here after wedding.''

He smiled, ''No, I am planning to shift in with her. She loves your daughters as her own and I don't want to snatch that happiness from her.''

Radhika smiled, ''Then fine! I too have something to tell you, I am resigning.''

''I know, and you know how I know but there is no need to resign. You can work in Mumbai office.''

''Rajeev, I am going back to my old job with BS.''

He looked thoughtful, ''That means I am going to lose a good editor. Well, in that case promise me that you will keep working for me as a freelancer. After all, I am going to be family.''

''So what should I call you, Rajeev or Bhai (elder brother)?''

''Rajeev would do, I am just fine with that.'' They shared a laugh , Radhika handed him over her resignation. Arjun had decided to pre-pone the relocation plans and they were travelling in a week.

Arjun spoke to the teachers of his daughters and initiated the exit process. He took all the necessary documents about his kids from the office while picking them up. As he drove them home, he decided to let them know about the same, ''Which place do you guys like more, here or badi ma's house?''

''Badi ma's house'' That came collective

''We are soon going to go back to Badi ma's house and live there. You guys will have a new school and friends.'' He explained, there was a silence which worried him.

''Can I take my red couch daddy?'' that came from Anya. Arjun shook his head in laughter, all she cared about was a red couch. He nodded, ''Yes, you can.''

''And my toys.'' Anusha added, mentioning all the names. Arjun smiled nodding.

As they reached home, he fed them and dallied Nandini. She had left him a message to call her back as soon as back as soon as possible. After few normal discussions, Nandini dropped the bomb leaving Arjun in shock. There was a silence as she allowed the information to sink in, ''Why Nandu?''

''because I love him and wish to spend my life with him.''

''Are you sure he is not taking advantage of you, the world is a bad place.'' He tried to explain.

She smiled, now he made her feel younger than Anya and Anusha, ''Arjun, the same man took care of Radhika like his own sister. Do you really think it's that easy to manage so many things with 2 little kids.''

''Nandu, I understand but this is about you and I can't stay without you.''

She smiled, ''I am not going anywhere, he is shifting to Mumbai.''

''That's fishy. Are you sure he isn't after your money?'' He threw another doubt ball

''Arjun Mehra, you better shut up. I wanted to inform you so I did. You are cordially invited to my wedding. If you are not willing to share my happiness, just send the girls I will be all fine.'' Arjun rolled his eyes, his sister sounded more like his daughter now.

''Do you really want this?'' He asked

''Yes!'' She replied without any hesitation.

''Fine , will see you in a week.'' He smiled hearing the squeal on the other side. Though, happy for his sister, he decided to test Rajeev once.

''What are you doing?'' Neil asked all surprised when he found Sam packing all the stuff.

''Packing''

''Why?''

''We are shifting''

''Where?''

''You know where, now stop acting.'' She replied going back to her job.

''Sam, I don't want more troubles.'' Neil hinted about the problems they had in the past

She walked to him and held his hand, ''Neil, mom had visited me on the day of final hearing. She asked me not to divorce you. We gave each other another chance then why not her, she is after all a mother. She should always come first.''

Neil pulled Sam into a bone crushing hug, ''This is why I love you.'' She smiled and then slapped his shoulder, ''Now help me pack.''

Prerna blinked when Neil-Sam walked in following the house staff, the old staff was grinning ear to ear to have his young master and his wife back. 

''Say something mom.'' Neil said

''You guys should have updated me about your plans, there is no enough food. I will order.'' Prerna quickly made a turn in attempt to hide her emotional eyes. Sam pushed Neil forward, he took a step and hugged his mother's fragile form, ''You are a pathetic liar.''

''I know, just like you.'' She retorted. Prerna extended her arm and Sam accepted it with a smile.

Shruti was happy that Manya decided to visit her family, at the same time she was uncomfortable as Manya was accompanied by Ankush. The Khanna's who had opposed the idea of Manya marrying Ankush, now marveled her choice.

''And Mom, these are Radhika's daughters.'' Manya excitedly showed the pictures of Radhika's last visit to Hrishikesh. Piyali and Samrat realized that their daughter was really happy with her life, she looked full of life.

''Ankush, thanks for visiting us.'' Samrat patted his shoulder

''Had to, she refused to leave with me and my mother threw my luggage out.'' Shruti noticed that Ankush was comfortable. He had even greeted her with a smile. Jai walked into the room supporting his body on a clutch. Amkush got up and gave him a hug, ''Thanks for coming.''

''I should have come earlier, I am sorry.'' He replied with a smile. Manya hugged her brother, she couldn't stop her tears realising that her brother would never walk normally. Her palm caressed his scar on his cheek, ''Its okay Manu, it doesn't matter now. I have everything I could think off, my family loves me, irrespective of my scars and weaknesses.''

They chatted over the food, once Manya Ankush were alone, he held her hand, ''Go and talk to Shruti.''

''Why?'' She pouted

''Because its her who helped Jai to believe in himself. Manya, at times we don't get the right one immediately. We often suffer heart breaks,and then when we find the right one we know that the heart ache was worth it. And Shruti is a good person, she fell in love with Jai's heart not his physical form. She made him feel loved. Think of this too.''

''If you say so.'' She turned to walk out and immediately stopped to find her brother and his wife standing there, ''Bhai, you knew it.''

''Right from the day I proposed her. And I am not angry, whatever happened is a thing of past. Ankush hold no ill will, so do I. They were best friends before and felt they were meant to be. Sometimes, we fail to realise the difference between love and friendship. This is what happened between them. '' taking a slow step forward, he held Manya by shoulder, ''Manu, you are Ankush's only love and Shruti is mine. I want two very important females of my life to make a new beginning, and you can't be angry knowing that you are soon going to be an Aunt.''

Manya blinked and then squealed, ''Really?'' Jai nodded. She started jumping at her place in happiness and hugged Shruti tight, ''I am so happy, I will make designer clothes for my coming niece or nephew.''
