Harry and Draco were asked by the professors, well except Umbridge, to put their differences asides for at least one year. Both boys agreed and to make sure neither boy lied Dumbledore made them share a dorm. So Draco and Harry decided to call for a truce to make this arrangement work since both boys knew a teacher forcing them to be nice to each other wouldn't work.

It was okay at first. Both boys didn't call each other names not jinx each other. They did have little arguments here and there but that was all. They had gotten close. Draco influenced Harry to read books that weren't about quidditch and even let him borrow some of his favorite books.

Harry influenced Draco to stop giving a fuck about what people thought. He even let Draco borrow a pair of jeans in the weekends so he wouldn't wear his clothes that yelled 'snob'.||not literally|| He even influenced Draco to dye his hair using a special potion that changed Draco's hair color every other week.

Both boys changed each other in many ways.

One day Draco and Harry were sitting in the middle of the floor, shoulder to shoulder, having a discussion about a romance book they both read.

"Honestly, I didn't enjoy it. It was too obvious and predictable! Of course she would fall in love with the town bad boy and leave the nerd just to be heart broken multiple times." Draco said. "I agree. The poor boy was heartbroken, he put so much effort into making the girl feel loved. He bought her flowers and took her on romantic dates. The bad boy just took her under the bleachers, touched her boobs and made out with her. Then took her virginity like it was nothing!" Harry said.

"The make out scenes were boring, it just said they kissed and everyone watched. They both seemed like such bad kissers when the author did describe the make out scenes." Harry said. "I'm probably a better kisser than both of them combined." Draco said. "I bet if we kissed it'd have more passion and seem more realistic." Harry added,

Draco looked at Harry for a second. Was he being serious? Harry looked at Draco and smiled. "Worth a shot." Harry said shrugging. "Yeah, it's just for literature reason." Draco said blushing. "I mean yeah, if you'd like." Harry said shyly. "Scared Potter?" Draco asked, a small smirk plastered on hi face. "You wish Malfoy." Harry said before pulling Draco in for a kiss.

Draco relaxed into the kiss and kissed back with all his night. He brought Harry closer by placing him on his lap. Harry wrapped his arms around Draco's neck while Draco wrapped his arms around Harry's waist. Draco licked Harry's bottom lip asking for entrance and Harry parted his lips a bit. Draco shoved his tongue and inside Harry's mouth and explored every inch of it.

Once they finally pulled away to breath they stared at each other for quite a while. "We probably should've started slower. Like simple kisses." Draco said blushing. "I agree." Harry said hiding his face in the crook of Draco's neck.

It was the day before the students left to go back home for the winter holidays. Draco was walking alone i the corridors when he heard a small argument.

"I don't know what you two are going off about! I'm not gay, he and I are just friends!" Harry said to Ron and Hermione. "It doesn't seem like it! You two are always together, you look at each other so much as well." Hermione said. "And you're always to busy to talk to us! The only time we get to talk to you is when we had DA meetings." Ron added. Hermione added in agreement.

"Well it's not my fucking fault the teachers asked us to be friends and to act like normal civilized people around each other." Harry said defending himself. "Yeah well they never meant for you and Draco to be fuck buddies." Ron said. "Excuse me?" Harry asked, anger in his tone. "You heard me, fuck buddies. You're not able to hide those hickeys on your neck and you were limping when you came to class last time. Even I know what that means!" Ron said. "I fell from the fucking stairs, ask Ginny she was there! And must I say this again?! I'm not gay, especially not for Malfoy. I'm just pretending to be his friend so the teachers can lay off my back about him and I. If there was ever something going on between he and I then it would mean nothing. Now if you excuse me I have a class to get you, both of you as well." Harry said walking away from them.

"He's to head over heals for Malfoy he doesn't even know it's Sunday." Ron whispered as he and Hermione walked away. Draco quickly ducked from where he hid to make sure he wasn't caught. He didn't mean to eavesdrop but Harry seemed really angry. Now he regretted eavesdropping.

Draco laid on his side of the two beds that were pushed together by Harry and him. He was already in his pajamas when Harry walked in. He heard him change and lay down. Soon he had his arms wrapped around Draco. Draco scooted away from him and Harry kept trying to cuddle with him.

Draco kept scooting away until he fell on the cold floor. Instead of standing up, Draco reached for his pillow laid on the ground. "Draco? Come up and lay down." Harry said rolling over to see Draco. "Leave me alone Potter." He said. Harry reached down to poke his cheek but Draco slapped his hand away. "Don't touch me please." Draco said.

"Draco what's wrong?" Harry asked sitting up. "Why do you care?" Draco asked, upset and angry. "Because I care about you love." Harry said. "Don't call me that." Draco said standing up. "Why not?" Harry asked standing up as well. "Because, and I quote, 'I'm just pretending to be his friend so the teachers can lay off my back about him and I.'" Draco said quoting Harry from earlier. "You heard that? I was ju-" "Save it, I don't care." Draco said putting his hand up.

"You're overreacting." Harry said. "Overreacting?" Draco asked scoffing. Harry nodded.

"Well sorry for thinking that us kissing and cuddling and even sharing one big bed meant something! I'm sorry that I took that the wrong way. I'm sorry that I have this huge gay crush on you! You know when the teachers told us that we would be sharing a room I was disgusted at the idea but I soon began to like it! I'm sorry I began to like you. I'm sorry I thought you and I could've been something, I'm so fucking sorry Potter." Draco said heading to the door. "Where are you going? Its past curfew," Harry said. "Like that's ever stopped me." Draco said leaving and slamming the door behind him.

"I mean he was overreacting! He wanted me to be his boyfriend and to show the whole school how much I liked him and all that crap! I'm not gay! I don't like him like that!" Harry told Remus and Sirius who were sitting in front of him. "Are you sure he said he wanted to be your boyfriend?" Remus asked. "No..." Harry said. "And are you sure he said he wanted to tell everyone in Hogwarts that you liked him?" Remus asked again. "No.." Harry said looking. "Are you sure he's the one that's overreacting?" Sirius asked. "No.." Harry mumbled. "Here let me tell you a story." Remus said. Harry looked up and payed attention.

"During my time in Hogwarts I met this boy and I really liked him. He was really cute and we got along very well. Well one day during our third year I kissed him and he kissed me back. He told me he was straight but he continued to kiss me. Throughout the year we always kissed when we were alone. He always said the same thing but I didn't believe him because of how much he kissed me and how he started most of the make out sessions. Anyways one day I caught him kissing a girl and I was saddened. Later that night I found him telling our friends how he enjoyed kissing the girl and how many girls he kissed that year. Well once we were alone I started asking him question and I told him that I really liked him and I ended up ignoring him for a month until one day he came to me and told me how much he really liked. He said he only kissed the girl because he was scared to admit he liked me and that he was gay. He wanted to protect his image until he stopped caring. Soon we started dating, and now he's my husband." Remus said smiling. Harry was shocked, he always thought Remus was straight.

"And where is he?" Harry asked and Remus stud up. "Right here!" Sirius das lifting his hand up like a student saying he's present. Harrys eyes widened. "Wait how come you never told me?!" He asked. "Oh come on now, you're a smart boy! You walked in on us kissing last night." Sirius said laughing. "I thought you were hugging each other." Harry said looking down, embarrassed at how oblivious he was.

Harry was on the Hogwarts express ready to go back to Hogwarts. Once the train began to move he excused himself from his friends and went to look for Draco. He walked to where the Slytherins sat and looked for Draco everywhere.

"What are you doing here?" Draco asked behind Harry. "Bloody hell you scared me!" Harry said turning around. "Sorry?" Draco said looking at him. "Anyway what do you want here?" Draco asked. "I was looking for you." Harry said. "And why is that?" He asked. "Um well you see... um..." Harry said. "Spit it out already, I'm not getting any younger here." Draco said crossing his arms. Harry sighed and pulled Draco closer to him connecting their lips.

*fast forward a few years later*

"Wait a second, that's how daddy and papa fell in love!" Teddy said crossing his arms. "Papa they stole yours and daddy's story!" Teddy told Sirius as he walked by. "Oh how dare they! Here's a bat, beat them up." Sirius said handing Teddy a plastic baseball bat. "Don't beat them up." Remus said taking the bat away from Teddy when he walked by. "Oh you're no fun." Sirius and Teddy said. "That's not what I heard last night." Harry whispered to Draco. Draco let out a laugh which earned him a smack on the back of the head from Narcissa and Harry a whack on the top of his head from Remus.

Teddy bursted out into a fit of giggles and started chasing after their puppy Patton.

Draco and Harry chuckled at the little boy and imagined their future.
