I don't know where I am right now. All I know is that I have scaly wings and a tail. My throat feels like it's on fire but it doesn't really hurt. My heavy head lay on my big claw paw things.

I remember falling. I was falling down to the ground. The grassy floor never hit me though, I just fell asleep and now I'm here.

Lifting a heavy wing, I staggered to a standing position. My new tail dragged on the stone below me. Something twitched on my head. There were ears up there! I twisted them towards the noise I heard a second ago. Rustle.

I saw a giant shadow looming over me and then I saw the beast's face. It was a dragon.

I lifted both wings and tried to fly. The big scaly wings fixed on my back flapped weakly.

"Where you going little dragon? Your wings are too small to get you off the ground yet! And from the looks of it, you just hatched! Hatched before all the rest in your nest," the other dragon said, leaning towards me and flicking its tail at the giant eggs behind me, "Let me grab some food for you, you must be very hungry! Welcome to the Dragonworld!" with that, the dragon who seemed to have a high pitched voice flew away.

I wonder if that was a female dragon, I thought testing out my tail, When a male comes, then I'll know. But what am I doing here? If I died, I shouldn't be here should I? Is this what happens when people pass?

There was a rush of wings and the other dragon's shiny blue scales could be seen. She had something brown clenched in her jaw.

"There you go little one! Fresh deer! If a sibling hatches, please do share and call me." The deer dropped out of her mouth and she flew away again. Her wings caused dust to swirl bellow her.

I shakily walked over to the meat. Extending my head forward, I sniffed it. It was a nice smell, the aroma made me want to eat it. Opening my mouth, I felt my teeth with the snake-like tongue I had been reborn with. The razor sharp teeth sank into the deer's hide and reached the flesh. I ate a bit off and heard a crack behind me. Glancing at the eggs, a big yellow one had a big crack and was shaking uncontrollably. My claws scraped the ground as I walked over. As soon as I got over there, a head popped out.
