I woke up on gravel, behind a rock. Vibrations pulsed through the ground and reverberated against stones. A loud shriek split the air and fire broke through the clouds.

Dragons.

I pushed myself up and craned my neck to look. A large dragon covered in gleaming translucent scales swooped down to me. His eyes were a light blue.

He brought his nuzzle to my hand, and before I knew it, he had me on the ground. He pulled his paw to me, revealing one razor sharp claw. I looked in shock as the claw was dug into my arm. Blood spilled onto the ground, and the claw was covered in Crimson liquid. The dragon simply licked it off and benched loudly.

In a flash of moments, the dragon roared loudly, releasing cold air and flecks of snow and ice around me.

"Next!", yelled what seemed to be the manager. I looked down at my arm that was completely healed.

The world around me began to crumble into an aching darkness.

     "Eh, fun.", said Carson as we walked towards Dragon School. "What?", I asked him. "The testing. Fun right?", he said facetiously.
