hello's and good morning's become more chirpy

with every breath of humid air

distance between conversations decline

as we become closer

nostalgia finds itself within present

cherry blossom beams of love

defrosting the distance i wish to keep

being with you feels like

seeing stars for the first time

being warm after being left in the cold
