The next few hours went by in a blur. The little bag that Kareem packed was a huge help though.

The first aid kit was successfully used to bind his leg and Aishwarya and I started a fire. We fell into a restless sleep-without a lookout but we were luckily all safe.

When I woke up, it was probably around 9 or 10 in the morning because of the sun above but Kareem and Aishwarya were still sound asleep.

I didn't know much about the Aishwarya except that she was also an Indian that was kidnapped- a little information I got from our tiny conversation.

The little girl looked so peaceful in her sleep that it made my mouth taste bitter with just the thought of that ugly man that wanted to hurt such an innocent little angel.

I stood up and started searching for some food, surprisingly enough, after an hour of hiking I found a strawberry bush and it just looked like haven. I hurriedly picked up all the berries I could and hurried back to camp.

Back at camp, Kareem was already awake and he looked really panicked-probably because I was missing.

On the sight of me, he let out a sigh of relief. We woke up Aishwarya and started eating.

"So Aishwarya, tell me about yourself?" I asked.

"I am Indian but my family moved from Singapore a few months ago...I was kidnapped a week ago," She said solemnly-in a accented English.

Kareem and I nodded we were all from good families but we had the worst luck ever.

We chatted for a few hours before we decided to head back to the road leading to Nagaville. Kareem explained to us that anyone who goes into the forest were considered dead and so no one would search for us again-this was good news.

Thanks to Ash's (her new nickname) great idea, we knew exactly where to go to leave the forest. The rope and random things in Kareem's bag were hiding on random branched of trees to guide us to the road.

Even with our fast pace, it still took us noon to get out of the forest. We started heading toward Nagaville but my stomach growled in protest, I was starving.
