ANNA'S POV

What about your brother?.
I dared to ask but immediately regretted it.

He looked at me a confused doe eyes. " I don't have any nor either Ezra". He replied. I was suspiciously looking at him but didn't get any sign of a lie.

" Miss Ezra is very kind. You are so lucky to have her". I changed the topic smoothly.

He simply nodded." She is, but you know one thing?". He said looking here and there playfully even after knowing there wasn't anyone. Only a few kids were playing there. " She isn't my fiance actually. We are in this relationship only for business purposes". He added.

My eyes widen at his words. "What?". I said a little loudly.

" Yeah. We are best friends since childhood but we don't love each other. Only for the business impact you know".

" But Mr. William I think she likes you". I said honestly. She looks at him the same way I used to look at Tan or maybe I still...

He chuckled at my words. " No Anna, she doesn't. You must have mistaken something. We are only 'friend' ". He said the last word with blinking his eyes twice fast.

' maybe '. I thought to myself.

" Ice cream". He shouted like a kid. I turned back to see an ice cream truck stopped on the opposite side of the road. " Would you like to have one also?". He asked and quickly stood up from his place, ready to go.

I wasn't able to decline when I saw his childish behavior. I nodded and stood up too.

" Let's go then". He signaled me to walk before him. "Ladies first".

We crossed the road and stood beside each other in front of the truck. Many children were also gathered there too. " What would you like to have?". The ice-cream seller asked, looking down at us from his truck window. " Chocolate ice cream". We both said in unison and looked at each other. He chuckled and I smiled back at him.

He brought two ice creams for both of us. He handed me both and told me to go back to the park. I went and sat on the previous bench. After waiting for him for more than twenty minutes I tuned.

A wide smile spread on my lips as I witnessed him buying ice creams for all of those kids. ' same as me. I also like to buy gifts for kids.

As soon as he noticed me I turned again. My back was facing him. A few minutes later he came and sat beside me. I handed his melted ice cream back. Trying to stop my laugh when he dropped it on his hoodie.

But to my shock, he picked it up and started licking it again. I was only looking at him in disbelief.

" Your hoodie Mr. William". I said pointing at his hoodie. " It's okay I have more clothes in my car". He replied still licking his ice cream like a kid.

" What do you mean by in the car?". Words slipped from my lips. I mentally smacked my head.

" Actually I love to travel and eat street food. But when I roam around in those suits people look at me like I'm some alien that's why I always have casual clothes with me. I even changed before coming here. Look!.". He said pointing at himself like he is used to it. I didn't reply and only listen to him talking about random things.

" Anna look at there". He pointed his index finger towards the beautiful sunset. I didn't realise it's about to get dark. Time just flew today. Every year this day (when my parents dead) always passes like a month but today with him I didn't even notice the timing.

He was looking and admiring nature and I was staring at him until he turned his attention towards me. I immediately diverted my gaze.

" This is what I love the most. Living without any worries. To do whatever I want. Breathing under the sky. I just love doing random things with freedom.". He said with the eyes that hold the whole galaxy in that.

" You like it here?". I asked looking at the sky.

"Actually I can't roam around in England like this. Everyone knows me there. Sometimes I feel suffocating there. And yeah, I also like New York. It's beautiful. I want to see more". He said excitedly.

" I'm kinda bored living in the same city. It's not like I don't like New York but now I have seen every single corner of this city". I said standing from my place and grabbed my mobile.

He also stood up quickly. " What happened?". He asked a little loudly.

" I think I should go. It's getting late". I replied, normally.

" Already?". He stopped and just stood there. Looking here and there. And I was waiting for him to speak. But when he didn't say anything I spoke again. " Mr. William". I called out and he came out of his dreamland.

"Hunh". He uttered looking at me.

" I'm going. Thanks for today. Meet you tomorrow". I said with a smile and started walking.

As soon as I walked past him he called out. " Anna". I turned to see he was also looking at me. He took some steps toward me and then stopped. " Let me drop you. It's getting dark". He said hesitatingly.

" It's okay Mr. William. I'm used to it". I declined much time but he was very stubborn so I give up.

We walked near his car. I grabbed the door lock to open it but he stopped me before I open the door. " Anna. Please wait a minute". He said and went in the car at the back seat.

As he said I was waiting outside. But eventually, I saw a man on a bike who passed the whole street in a second. My heart started thumping in my chest. I just wish he isn't someone I'm thinking he is. My gaze never left the end of the street when he disappeared a few seconds ago.

I flinched a little when Won called me. " Anna. You can come in now". I went inside only to realise he was sitting on the driver's seat in another t-shirt. ' how did he come in front?. He is really something'.

" Type the address". He handed me his mobile for the map. I typed and returned it to him.

He looked at the screen in confusion. " Aren't you going to plaza hotel today?". He asked.

" Actually I took the day off from there too today". I replied.

" Oh okay okay...". Won's mouth didn't close for a second in the whole ride. He told me many more things about him and his life without his mother.

The thing I understand about him today is he is open-minded with a thoughtful character. He doesn't judge anyone and he talks about himself and himself only.

He is different, unique, magical.
He is just amazing.

We reach near my apartment building. I thanked him and got off the car. Closing the door behind, I learn near the window. " Would you like to have some coffee?". I asked.

" No. Thank you. Maybe anytime soon". He replied with his boxy smile. We bid our goodbye and he went to his destination.

I made my way towards my apartment. As I reach up there I opened the door and stepped inside. Lights were off with the regular silence in there. As soon as I walked past the hallway I heard a mattle click sound twice.

I immediately tuned only to see a dark figure sitting on my couch.
