TWOOOOOOOO!
Yes! Entry numbero DALAWA tayo HUHUHU!
So, naisip ko. WHAT IF MAY GUMAWA NG KALOKOHAN SA FB LIKE NINAKAW YUNG STORIES KO O HINDI KAYA AY IBENTA NILA NA WALANG PERMISSION SA AKIN?
Naisip ko lang, what if lang? Wala ako Lawyer to defend myself, wala rin akong hacker to trace them since some of them ay ROLE PLAY ACCOUNT o MADAPAKING DAMEH ACCOUNT!
So, nakausap ko si Chat GPT. Sabi nga ng ChatGPT...

This kind of situation—someone selling your work online using an RP/dummy/poser FB account, no money, no lawyer, and no hacker-friend—can feel helpless, but you still have options, even as an individual. Let's break it down para realistic pero matapang ka pa rin lumaban:
🧠 First: Let's define the problem clearly
You're facing:
❗ Someone is illegally selling your e-book (without permission).
❗ They're using a suspicious RP or dummy account on Facebook.
❗ You don't have legal or financial resources to file a court case (which is understandable).
So now the goal is protection + action within your means.
🔧 Here are FREE or LOW-COST options you can do:🛠️ 1. Gather evidence (walang gastos)
You NEED to screenshot everything:
The FB account selling your book
Post or listing na nagbebenta
Conversations or comments (kung meron)
Anything showing na ikaw ang original creator ng e-book (e.g., drafts, file metadata, date of upload, publication post)
🔐 Kahit walang lawyer, this helps protect your ownership.
🚨 2. Report the account to Facebook (FREE)
Steps:
Go to the seller's post or page
Click "..." (options)
Tap "Find support or report post/account"
Select "Intellectual Property Violation" or "Scams & Fake Pages"
🧨 You can ask friends to mass report the same way. FB sometimes responds faster pag maraming reports.
📝 3. Submit a takedown request to Meta (FREE, semi-legal)
You can file a formal copyright infringement report through this link:
👉
(It works even without a lawyer)
What you need:
A screenshot of your original work
A statement like:
"I am the original creator and copyright holder of this e-book. This person is selling it without my permission."
The link to the FB post/account selling your work
📮 4. Public Post or Awareness Strategy (Optional but powerful)
If you're okay with going public:
Post on your account something like:
⚠️ WARNING! Someone is selling my e-book without my permission. If you see this FB page selling it, please avoid them and report.
My e-book is free/only sold through [your official platform]
Respect creators. ✊
This might scare off the seller (lalo na kung RP account lang yan) and also lets others help report.
🛡️ 5. IPO Philippines – FREE consultation and complaint
Yes, they offer free assistance even without a lawyer.
Go to:
Email:
You can just say:
"Hello, I'm the author of an e-book being sold without my permission by an anonymous RP Facebook account. I don't have resources for legal action but I want to protect my copyright. What can I do?"
💡 Extra Tips:
Save all files sa Google Drive or Dropbox na timestamped.
If you're posting your work online, add a copyright notice like:
© 2025 Kemba Clinton Jr. (Stunn3r) All Rights Reserved.
Consider uploading to Wattpad, Gumroad, or even archive.org just to create a "time-proof" record that it's yours.
❗ Real Talk:
You're not powerless.
Even without money or legal power, you can still:
Assert your rights
Build your case slowly
Scare off the infringer by showing that you are aware and not afraid to escalate

So now, kahit wala ako lawyer o even hacker na friend ay I can do this on my own. HEHE! Kabahan kana ATE!
Naisip ko lang kasi some of them ay MINOR na gumamit ng RP account for no reason. (not literal na coke, ung bato).
Kaya para sa akin, it's like if it's mine, it's mine, and if it's yours, it's yours. You have the power to stop them without money or a legal team. The problem right now is hinahayaan na lang sila kasi MINOR or bata. Kahit bata man yan, mananagot pa rin dahil ang bawal ay bawal.
YUN LANG!
